My wife picked up Lechon Kawai from Elena's for my dinner. The portion was large with 2 scoop rice, I always enjoyed the Lechon Kawai from Elena's!But it is better to eat it at the restaurant so you get that nice crispy skin on the Lechon and the sauce. But there was enough for lunch the next day which I put in the air fryer to try and get some of it to crisp up.

A little bit of sparkle...Elena Hawaii is a tiny shop in Hilton Hawaiian Village Rainbow Bazaar and honestly by name I never gave it much thought as I was browsing around until I see some cute decor through the window. The window display is obviously filled with all things Hawai'i souvenirs many would shop for like some plumeria jewelry, mermaid print accessories along with some Christmas decor and cute plushies all that does appeal generally for us girls, though there are some hats, magnets for the guys majority are really cute jewelry and accessories. Many items are really cute and affordable prices though this shop is really cozy as I was looking at some hair clips and noticed so did another shopper so I moved so that she may browse as well and ended up loving and getting a bracelet which is adjustable so that it can be used with ease. The staff seemed to be new as she was unfamiliar with my item in particular though to her defense there is a lot of items here lol!Thank you!
