Price is about the same as most vape shops.. cheaper than volcano. Workers help right away. I personally don't have much to say. I go in, get what I need and leave. I don't have much interaction when I go in. I go in knowing what I'm getting.

Heading home to the West side from town, I decided to stop by Aiea Shopping Center to feed and old addiction... Guri Guri (aka "soft serve") from Samurai Snack Shop (right next door to this business). Parking is always a slight struggle at this mall, but patience will get you a conveniently located stall. I'm not sure exactly what it is but every time I'm in this parking lot I get just a tiny bit of anxiety. I exited my vehicle and walked eagerly toward Samurai; happily, I noticed this new-ish e-cig shop!I was in need of a box for my "cbd" cartridges... conveniently, this place happens to be here! A surprise, as it was not there the last time I visited this mall but... NICE!I had a very short interaction with the employees so I can't say for sure how I feel about the service. It seemed about average; nothing to write home about but again I'm not the best judge because I was only in there for a few minutes. I did ask several questions and the staff was responsive. I distinctly remember seeing a sign stating that they do not allow vaping in the shop. It has literally been years since I have been in this type of establishment because I no longer vape. However, that sign was a surprise to me because most of the vape shops I have ever visited were filled with smoke (here's looking at you Volcano)... It's not smoke though, it's vapor! Has the law changed? Is this just a "them" thing? There were 2 employees standing behind the counter to the right as I walked in, they greeted me as I was the only customer. Upon entering, I couldn't help but notice the huge variety of vape pens?? Boxes? What are they actually called nowadays anyway? The store is clean and bright, and clearly kept an excellent order. There are a wide variety of liquid nicotine offerings. It appears that whatever is going on in the back stockroom is a big deal! It also appears that they have a lot of inventory on hand of..... whatever it is they keep back there! I distinctly remember a young woman looking out at me as I peeked in (from the cash register stand), in wonderment. No smile or anything, this is serious business!The box I picked up for my cartridges was $30. It works well, I really like it. The one I purchased was $5 more than the older version. I was told that it heats up faster. It is compact, black (no other colors offered), it has a smooth touch surface (no finger prints or peeling paint), it is easy to use, and seems to be of good quality.I recommend this business for your vaping needs.

Christian and Darwin were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a mod and flavors that would taste good. And Christian has a good taste pallet. He recommended two flavors that were amazing. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and friendly. Darwin knew how the mod would drag and Christian could sell me on any flavor liquid he recommends. Thanks for putting customers first !! Keep up the great work.

Was a loyal customer until yesterday. I decided to finally use my points rewards online which saved me $11. So i paid $10 for an elf bar basically lol. Anyways i went to pick up my elf bar in person and it was once i hit it at home, it was dry and today its burnt after not even a day!! It's like they gave me a bad elf bar on purpose because how much i paid. So bs. Anyways yeah dont use your reward points because you'll just get ripped off.

This is my first yelp review. I'm not entirely sure why it says I'm in KS when I'm over in Manoa. Anyway, onto the review. This place is a gem in Aiea. Huge selection and if you can't find what you want, they can always get it for you. I had good experiences with the "Ajushi" and "Ajumma" who are usually in the back but occasionally come out to the front. (Yes, I took a little Korean in college).I look forward to returning when I run low again.

This shop has a variety of options for your vaping needs, super clean & workers are quick to greet & help once you walk through the door. I love the online pick up option cause I can just slide thru while I'm working & my order is always ready lol. 10/10 would recommend.

I first visited Eciggity in Aiea, a couple of months ago and bought a tank. After cleaning it, my mod wouldn't recognize the coil/tank anymore. Went in 5/22/2022 and Jude helped me. After troubleshooting, Jude placed a new dual coil in tank, and now I'm clouding out again!!! Thank you Jude and the Eciggity staff for great service!!! Highly recommended!!!

Was a frequent shopper here. Spent 40-60 bucks every week on disposables. I actually had an experience last month with a defective puff bar and came in 2 days later and they replaced it with a new one no questions asked. This time I didn't get that same treatment from the same dude! I came in on July 3rd Friday and bought a puff bar and 2 other items. I saved the puff bar for last since they die quicker. I opened it this morning 07/07 Tuesday to find it not firing at all as soon as I opened the packaging. Came in after work and the same guy who returned my product the first time said I cannot return it since it's 4 days past purchase date. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a simple replacement since they sold me a product that didn't even work. I guess loyal customers mean nothing to them ‍ time to find a new shop I guess.

Great service here. They carry a lot of stuff the others don't at cheaper prices. Online pick up is a breeze and fast. Only downside is that it's far from me. The others are just "convenient" that's it.

First time coming here and it blows. Skinny local guy sold me the wrong vape because he listened to half of what I said. I asked for the cheapest vape option that takes caliburn g2 coils. I only use mesh coils on purpose because the flavor is better. He sold me a vaporesso vape, which doesn't take g2 coils. This vape tastes absolutely disgusting. I opened the package in the store and the guy told me they can't take it back because policy says they can't resell it. Where does it say that? You sold me the wrong vape?? They have signs posted around the store about policy about disposables and vape juices but nothing about reusables. So what policy? No exchange, no refund for an employee screwing up. Obviously this place doesn't care about customers, only profit. The vape only comes with one pod which lasts about a week. Then it's $16 for a 4 pack of new pods on top of a $26 vape. For a vape that's known to have leak issues at that. Everything here is overpriced like crazy. They're moving to pearl ridge and will have to compete with volcano. Good luck. I'm sticking to Hawaii cheapest vape shop. There's a reason why they can keep customers. I used to not care about reviews but this place has ruined that.
