The cocktails here are legendary and consistent, food is divine, and service is impeccable. This is probably my favorite bar out of all the islands. Their quality of service, food, and drinks surpass all the four seasons and rosewood in the state.

Earl's is the pool bar at the Halekulani hotel. Signage is non-existent and I only found out the biz name while perusing the menu. ATMOSPHERE:The bar is seamlessly connected to the House Without A Key restaurant, so seating is a mix of low tops and poolside lounges. MENU:Pricey drinks, salads, small apps, burgers and sandwiches. BEVERAGE:Lava FlowIt's not menu-listed but is available. Textbook creamy, icy-blended and perfectly sweet. SERVICE:Male server was friendly & professional. TIP:Come sunset time, live Hawaiian music and hula can be experienced from the stage by the kiawe tree. OVERALL:High-end hotel with matching F&B prices.

Incredible atmosphere right on the beach with super attentive service. The drinks we had were outstanding but also cost an arm and a leg at $22 each. Apps also cost around $28 a plate. Ultimately you are paying for the ambiance and the live band playing Hawaiian music throughout the evening. We came here right after we landed so it was a luxurious beginning at the Halekulani to our Hawaiian vacation.

The team at Earls at The House Without a Key are fantastic! Whether you're enjoying a pool day at the Halekulani hotel, or just popping in for a drink, the welcome is warm and the drinks are impeccably made and delicious. At 5PM every day, they have Hawaiian music and hula just before the sun sets.

A new cocktail bar located within House Without A Key, but an entirely separate cocktail menu and concept. Just opened last week! Tuda's drinks are super good - a great evolution of thr quality that Halekulani is already known for! We started with Earl's Daiquiri and moved onto the Table 97 (named for the table at which Hemingway would sit: Makrut lime-infused gin, lemon, local Kula Maui strawberry, Aquafaba, and absinthe) then onto the Exotica (presumably named for the genre of music inspired by Les Baxter and made famous by Martin Denny and Arthur Lyman - green Chartreuse, Strega, falernum, pineapple, and lime). We also had the eye-catching Kawehewehe, which was described as being like an Old-Fashioned. It uses blue-tinted Kuleana nanea rum, Tuda's smoked pineapple cordial, and a vanilla foam, served over a big beautiful clear ice cube stamped "EARL's." Super fetching. Also they have pizza made in an egg-shaped oven flown in from Napoli. I believe the flour comes from Italy as well. Yum!! Yes- Halekulani prices, but: FREE valet parking (be sure to bring a DD!), open-air, HWAK ambience, beautiful hospitality (mahalo Tuda and Kale!), and live music by one of my favorite groups--Pa'ahana!!! I'll be back!

Wonderful sandwiches. Fresh ingredients prepared very well. We got the cheese steak and Italian and both were delicious. Will be a staple.
