Yesterday, my fiancé was craving for a juicy burger, so today we went to Ka Makana Ali'i shopping center headed to five guys. We parked near the CheeseCake Factory and walked toward Five Guys, but noticed a light colored store which said EARL. As I walked, I noticed Burgers and looked down to find TeriBurger. I told my fiancé to try this place because it is something new for us. We walked in and told the Cashier that we were newbies here and she basically went through what they offered were Sub sandwiches, Burgers and we stopped her there. I asked what their patties were like because my fiancé wants a juicy burger. The Cashier says "Well, you've come to the right place!", We have smashed burgers. I said great, I'll get a double Mushroom Burger with added Avocado and Bacon Waffle Fries and a Double Teri Burger with Cherry Jalapeños. While we waited, we made our drinks. They offered Pepsi products with Orange Bang, Regular Lemonade, Strawberry lemonade, and there's one more, but I can't remember it. Anyway, it took about 10 mins for our food to arrive and it was brought by someone. I was surprised at how intimidating the burger was. We took the first bite and it was delicious. It hit the spot. We literally ate the whole burger, but didn't finish the Waffle fries. There were a few booths and regular tables, they have tablets by the window; I should've walked to look, but I was occupied with the baby, on one of the walls there is a nice poster boards of the owners history, and they were playing Snoop Dog, "Drop it like it's hot". Basically Good non-explicit rap music. Haha! Btw, in total with 2 refillable medium drinks, I paid $56 and some change with a $5 tip. It is pricey, but we enjoyed it and we were content. In my opinion, they should have wet naps. It can be juicy enough to where your hands are taken over by the sauce and because it's finger foods. They didn't have baby chairs or boosters. We had a year and a half old baby with us. Their condiments should be by the soda machine; when there's a line, the tables in the way and you'll end up walking or bumping into people to get the condiments. I know there's a better set up to the place, but I don't think there's enough traffic for them to care at the moment; although there are a lot of people who does online ordering cause we've seen people just come in and out of the place. The place has potential. It's there, but it's not eye catching. Go check them out.

If you love a good SANDWICH or a good BURGER, come check out EARL Kapolei in the Ka Makana Ail'i. Here at EARL's you can have the best of both worlds...literally all in one! Yes... pastrami and a patty together in one sandwich. At first, I was hesitant to order it. However, I thought the combination would be great together so I decided to take a chance. So glad I did! This sandwich burger combination was a match made in heaven! It was deLISH! The sandwich was juicy and tasty. Make sure you grab lots of napkins because you will get messy. My husband ordered...THE CREAMY GARLIC which is a fried chicken sandwich with all the fix'ins and a delicious garlic sauce. My husband enjoyed the sandwich and he said that he would order it again.Together, we shared a side order of waffle fries. It was a nice addition to our sandwiches. Just your typical waffle fries. After lunch, we both ordered a large Mango Italian ice with custard. WOW! This dessert was amazing and delicious! The Italian ice was smooth and light. The custard was creamy and dreamy. Put them both together and you get a delicious concoction! So, if you are hungry for a sandwich or a burger, come and stop by EARL's. You'll thank me for that!

Finally went to Earls after hearing all the hype these past years. Glad they have one in Kapolei now in the Kamakana Alii shopping mall right outside the food court. Couldn't make up our mind as to what to get and so the counter help did just that, helped with our decisions. I got the classic cheesesteak sandwich because the other cheesesteak options had sweet peppers in them. My sister was trying to decide between the mushroom and the Teri burger. The counter help recommended the mushroom burger. We also got the bacon fries. My sisters mushroom burger was messy but she was happy with it. I enjoyed my cheesesteak. Some iffnit fell out and I tried it with the bacon cheese fries and recommend they also have a cheesesteak fries. And they have tux. My favorite are the kettle chips which they didn't have today. So i got the chips with ridges. We also got the large Italian ice with frozen custard. Had to bring it home because it was a lot. A small Italian ice would do. I also tried the frozen custard with the fries. Loved it. Restaurant is basic. Classic-style fast food bench tables. Nothing impressive except for the food. Busy restaurant so grab a seat first and someone can order. All-in-all a good experience. Will try the fridge chicken and Teri burger next time.

Located in the Kamakani Ali'i Mall. Earls Kapolei is the 3rd restaurant on Oahu. Locally owned and operated. Gourmet sandwiches, hamburgers, and fried chicken. Nice clean dining room. Service is friendly and efficient. We tried the Rueben not on Rye and the Earls Cheesesteak.

First time trying this place and I enjoyed my mushroom single sandwich. Service was fast and the workers were friendly. Lots of free parking so it's one less thing to worry about. Definitely coming back to try more things on the menu

I placed an online order and it was ready at my pick up time which was great! I ordered the Turkey Club Sub and I enjoyed the sandwich. I do prefer a softer bread personally, so for me I would wanna try a different bread if that's possible next time. There is a small eating area and if you have time to sit down it's definitely very convenient to enjoy your sandwich fresh!!

Earl is one of our favorite spots on the island, we've probably tried every sandwich on the menu. Today we got the french dip 4.0 and it was the best french dip we've ever had and probably one of the best sandwiches at earl that we've tried. Every sandwich we've tried here is great and always has very high quality ingredients and is always super stuffed. It's pricy but I think it's still a great value for the quality and size- my fiancé and i always share just one sandwich and fries and feel very full after. Super friendly employees and the restaurant is always very clean - would definitely recommend this place!

Located in Ka Makana Ali'i, lots of parking in the front. Was pleasantly surprised that the staff was friendly and welcoming, unlike when we went to the location in Kaka'ako. The girl taking our order was patient with all of my husband's questions and our order came out fast and nice and hot.My husband ordered the Creamy Garlic Fried Chicken Sandwich, he said it was crispy yet tender chicken breast on a soft Potato Roll. He enjoyed it!I had the Reuben Not on Rye sandwich. Served on a Po Boy Roll which was a little too hard for my liking, but the Pastrami was plentiful and had very little fat. It was tasty with the sauerkraut and caraway dressing that gave it the rye bread taste. Also ordered the Bacon Waffle fries which was just ok to me. For dessert we had the Frozen Custard with cherry Italian Ice, delicious! I would definitely come back for the frozen custard! So glad the Kapolei location visit was a much better experience than the Kaka'ako visit!

Lunch in Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii...My friend was talking about a "new" restaurant called EARL. She asked me: "Do you know what EARL stands for?"I answered: "Tell me..."She replied: "Eat A Real Lunch"LOL...My friend, Noreen, is really cute!I said that we should go there... and we made plans around our family obligations... She brought her grandson in his stroller... he enjoyed the soft bread from her sandwich! We both found easy shared parking at Ka Makana Ali'i on the Cheesecake Factory side of the shopping center. EARL Kapolei is between Old Navy and the food court, next to Aunty's Hotpot House.Ordering from the tablets was easy, but confusing in a way. We thought we ordered Pastrami sandwiches, but ended up with "single" burgers with Pastrami in it - along with pickles, lettuce, onion, tomato, and cheese. The bread was a bit mushy for me, but that's ok... we enjoyed our short break from our families and appreciated the clean, bright environment!Note: Noreen had ordered a complete meal that included chips (she had to go back to the counter to get a bag), a drink (self-service), and a side of waffle fries. This THIRD location might be better than the Kaka'ako shop because of the parking situation. The Kaimuki interior is a bit smaller, but the food in all locations is consistently great!

I so love their gelati!!! Blue razz is now my favorite and yes I eat this before my sandwich. Tastes so much better right then and then rather than taking it home and freezing it for later.
