Dunkin'

I love the food like the bagel with egg cheese and bacon and a coffee it's the bomb and worth the price. The service is great no matter if there's a line it moves within minutes and by no time you have a great meal. The ambience is chill inside and in drive thru j commend you all with great customer service too.

It's closed. How can I recommend this place if it's closed? I did see where they brew and serve the coffee. I also saw where they stage/display the donuts. What I didn't see was where they bake it on site. So I'm going to presume that they get their donuts off site. As for price, well you're at the airport so expect a mark up. I took a photo and checked in so I should explain it. So how do I rate this? Overall three stars. It's average until I can visit and adjust my rating.

Dessert in Honolulu, Hawaii...This location of Dunkin' Donuts is inside of Terminal 1 (Hawaiian Airlines) at the Daniel K. inouye International Airport. It's just a kiosk with takeout capabilities. Seating throughout the terminal is shared.I wasn't able to use my app here. I couldn't redeem any rewards and couldn't scan the receipt for credit on my purchase. I called Customer Support, but the office was closed. I emailed Dunkin' Donuts with the receipt number and amount of purchase. I'm trying to get credit for this visit... 12 visits in a month gets bonus points...We visited after 1pm on a Wednesday, and selection was limited. There were Boston Kreme (filled) Donuts and one plain Powdered sugar Donut. We took the lone Donut and enjoyed the fluffy softness!Thanks for a pleasant dessert!

We recently stopped by Dunkin' Donuts at the Hawaiian Airlines terminal in Honolulu International Airport to grab some caffeine and donuts before our flight. We ordered an iced americano and an iced matcha latte, which were both standard and nothing particularly special, but they did the job.As for the donuts, we got the glazed blueberry, plain glazed, jelly, and old fashioned. They were all good and light, just the right treat before boarding a flight.The worker was polite and friendly, which added to the pleasant experience. What I appreciated most was that the location wasn't as busy as the nearby Starbucks, making it a good alternative for a quick stop without the long lines. Overall, a satisfactory pit stop for a caffeine and sugar fix before takeoff.

Food is good. Love the pancake breakfast sandwhich. Donuts are consistent. Drinks are always sub par. Even ordering on the app for the exact customizations is a hit or miss. Sometimes the coffee tastes burnt.

Airport Dunkin'! Good for coffee and sugar that's cheaper than Starbucks. They have one at the hawaiian terminal. Crème filled us soft and fluffy not super sweet and not fried. Coffee is great too

Stopped at the dunkin inside the Honolulu airport. Woman at the counter was very nice, I ordered an iced coffee and two donuts. Attempted to pay with my dunkin app, she apologized and said they don't take dunkin gift card as payment. I said okay never mind I have credit with dunkin and wanted to spend it. The guy who had grabbed a cup to start my drink but hadn't actually started making it said, "you need to ask next time" I said it's a dunkin' donuts! he said "dunkin express!"It was hilarious but a terrible experience. Ridiculous that a dunkin' donuts doesn't accept their own gift cards.

The service was AWEFUL!! Went thru drive-thru, the female worker did not say a word to us. She took our money, took 5 minutes to give us our order and handed it to us. NO WORDS!! She was muted!! May be she was a MUTE!!
