Duke's Limousine

Sam did a great job coordinating our limo and shuttle services for our wedding at Kualoa Ranch Secret Island on 8/1/21. The drivers were professional and drove us safely. They were also on time, which was great! The limo was clean and looks nice. Would recommend them for sure.

I am a Wedding Planner and for my son's birthday, I wanted to rent a limousine to drive us around to deliver cake (since we couldn't do a "drive-by" due to Covid). I came up with this idea with less than 24 hours to go and with my regular contacts either busy or out of business, I reached out to Duke's! Sam helped me to secure exactly what I wanted very quickly and very conveniently via email and text, then his driver Anthony was better than I could have asked for. He showed up EARLY (even for my standards), texted me that he was early and how I could find him...since I told him he was a surprise for my son). Then he was really GREAT at helping us to get to EVERY stop I had on our list (within the time we rented the limo for) and we even had 2 minutes to spare and be able to take pictures in front of it! I will happily send future clients to use Duke's and might hire them again for my older son's birthday!

Our last minute decision but BRANDON came through for us! We wanted our guests to be comfortable and safe...that's what they provided for us. Our driver Philip was so attentive and thoughtful. They worked with our budget. We really felt the island hospitality!!! MAHALO.

First of all I would like to say thank you to Sam and his staff for a fantastic job that they did. From the beginning when we booked our charter to the end when the driver picked us up. The vehicles are very clean, in and out, also we had cold water waiting for us when we arrived. We were met by the driver who was dressed really nice and looked very professional. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the islands. We would definitely recommend this service to all our friends and family.

BRIDE HERE! I hired Dukes for my wedding this last Saturday 5.25 and they never came to pick up me and my husband at for our grand send off! That's right, they left the newlywed couple stranded at Kualoa Ranch where calling an Uber js basically impossible... not to mention a major part of our wedding got totally screwed. I am absolutely shocked by this so if you're gonna hire them, be careful because you may not have a ride home from your own wedding...

No stars for this company. My family was waiting for the driver for 45 min to attend our loved ones funeral services. I had called them to ask if the driver was on his way. Come to find out the driver forgot. They asked if we could wait 20 more minutes cause he's coming from Waikiki. I told him NO they will go in their own car. Then he asked if we needed for return home. I told home nope and hung up! I work for a mortuary and this is not the first time they have done this. I was skeptical on having a limo but because my family had already paid for one in their plan I thought maybe it will be good.

I worked with Duke's on airport transfers for a corporate incentive. Christian and team were fantastic to work with - organized, diligent, professional, and covered all of the details. Each of their drivers was outstanding. I would recommend Duke's for anyone looking for group or individual transfers.

We arranged three trips between the airport and two hotels and found this company to be responsive to our needs. At first we booked an SUV that turned out to be too small for the 6 of us with 2 small children and 7 bags, and they provided a larger vehicle for the other two trips. Our second trip included a stop at Target to buy groceries for a week. The drivers were on time and courteous. My only complaint is that somehow we got our home phone listed on one trip, so make sure everything is correct on their trip sheets. I would use them again.
