I called here a few days ago to have the Vision sensor updated to my P4Mike told me to just stop by no appointment needed. After about 15 minutes I was out the door smiling again. Mahalo Mike keep up the aloha spirit!Aloha Matt

Just a heads up this location does not repair drones. The person I spoke with said they no longer provide that service option and i would have to ship my drone to the manufacture on the mainland. My rating is simply based on misinformation online for drone repair. Please update your website.

This is the best place to go to if you need help, a repair, or looking to purchase a drone. I went into the shop to seek help with my DJI Mavic Pro, and the nicest young woman at the counter analyzed and thoroughly explained to me what was wrong with my drone. She also suggested the various options to repair my Mavic. Another gentleman then explained to me the several latest DJI drones that they had in stock since I was interested in purchasing a new one, and I was so impressed with their knowledge. I learned a lot of things about these drones that I didn't know before. And I really appreciated all of their help. Also, the owner of the shop is such a kind and helpful gentleman. Mahalo for your generosity and helping me that day! I am loving the new DJI Air 2S

Everyone I had contact with that day (sorry I forgot to ask their names) was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I'll definitely be coming back should I need anything else.

On May 25, I went to the store to purchase a Mavic battery. I wanted to buy locally to avoid high shipping costs of batteries from the mainland. They did not have any in stock, but they said that they had some on order, with an estimated arrival time of about a week. I paid for the battery to secure my place in line.I called a couple of times in June, but was told the batteries had not arrived.On July 6, they called me and told me that the battery had arrived. I was unable due to other commitments to pick it up until today (July 17). When I got there, they told me that they had sold my battery to someone else.Unbelievable.Bottom line - after waiting for 7 1/2 weeks, I still don't have the battery. And they've had my money for that entire time.

Had them do repairs to two drones. When I picked up they never reviewed any of the work. Took a trip overseas and when trying to use my drone for the first time since I had it fixed, same error messages were present. Sent two emails to them, only got one reply. Brought back into the store after getting back from my trip and after explaining what happened, I was accused of crashing the drone and my explanation of my error messages were completely dismissed. Poor customer service and cant recall ever being talked to by someone like the guy that was there. I will never go back there and gladly have any repairs or parts I need done somewhere else. I would not recommend.

After crashing my drone a couple times and a total failure in trying to have it fixed by someone else... Big Mahalo to Mike and tech Eston for doing much needed repairs on my drone. A lesson learned is to go to these knowledgeable and friendly staff here. I will truly be back here for my drone(s) and drone needs from now on. If they don't have it, just ask!

My Phantom 3 was all sorts of messed-up, saying it needed an update but one wouldn't take and the remote wouldn't talk to it or show up on my Galaxy S6 app. So, I brought in the downloads and the guy was able to get them going after a while... one also wouldn't take for him, so I didn't feel like too much of an idiot. He finally got that going. The 'only' little thing which they should maybe get up to speed on is the smartphone controller side of it. This was a key issue with me, with it working fine on an iPhone (doesn't block the connection) but with an Android, there is a menu within a menu that needs to be turned on so the signal can pass through. It's annoying but it's a constant problem for drone uses with Androids... I eventually found the setting on my own after hours of Google.But anyway, they got me up and running and it was crazy cheap, like $25. Totally worth it.
