The smoothie I ordered was made perfectly! Nice and thick like a frozen yogurt texture. The staff are very friendly and took great care of what my family and I ordered. Great kiosk in the middle of the food court at Windward mall.

Believe it or not, actually my first time at DQ / Orange Julius and it has a variety of flavors and different sweet treats. They were busy with a little bit of a line going but it wasn't that long of a wait, workers work quickly during a rush. I got a medium cookie dough blizzard. I love cookie dough and it was sooo good. It tasted like a milkshake.

What's a Dairy Queen WITHOUT WHIP CREAM??? Especially with a Target a few feet away??? I found this to be irritating. I have supported DQ at Windward Mall for years, especially during COVID when business was nil :(But that's not the only disappointment today! I couldn't get the cashiers, plural as in 2 employees, to properly REDEEM my points for a small shake. The guy literally asked me if I'm accumulating points or trying to use points ... in which case he doesn't know how the app works so.... duh. I stated again, I am REDEEMING points. So the nice, smart female employee said she'd help me. Hallelujah! But you know what, it's like this everywhere. No one wants to work anymore. It's easier to get handouts and keep living under your mama's roof while she works the 3 jobs for your lazy butt. Happy New Year! Maybe 2025 will shake it up! But hey, Mr & Mrs DQ Owner/Manager, try keep your Whip Cream inventory stocked !! Such a little ask ...

Hubby, daughter and I came here for a snack. He got us chocolate sundaes, chili dogs, Lay's chips and a drink. The chili dog wasn't that good because the chili tasted like it came from a can. My favorite part was the chocolate sundae. This was amazingly delicious and had chocolate syrup inside the rim of the cup. Located to the side of the food court and there were tables directly up from. I definitely like the ice cream here but I don't suggest the chili dogs. Just not good. Location was just okay. Employees there were pretty fast because there was a line. Overall the ice cream is the best.

The best. Vanilla ice cream. Chocolate dipped of course!Confession... this was my biggest pregnancy craving... and boy did it satisfy!Also, did you know DQ makes ice cream birthday cakes?! It's so delicious. Better than Baskin Robbins cakes in my opinion. Instead of whip cream, they use their soft serve vanilla ice cream!

Convenient location in the mall, especially since most other locations have closed. The workers are efficient and I usually don't have problems here. I try to stop by whenever I am in the area. The dessert here is great as usual and the taste is consistent with other branches. There is seating nearby in the food court and there is hardly ever a line.

DQ and OJ locations are becoming an endangered species. I may be showing my age here, but I remember the stand-alone DQ in Wahiawa. I also used to enjoy getting a moolatte from the Ala Moana locationbor a Julius from the Pearlridge uptown location. Fast forward to present day, the Wahiawa location is gone, so are the Pearlridge and Ala Moana locations. I'm not sure where to go besides Windward Mall for blizzards, Orange Julius original drinks (my fave is strawberry), and DQ's other soft serve creations. This location is located in the food court in the mall, but facing outward towards the Kia sales store. Staff is fast and efficient and usually friendly. They work pretty fast so I hardly find myself waiting for too long for my drink or dessert. I feel the world has gone the way of boba drinks, so stop by and get one of these drink/dessert items if you want to enjoy an OG treat!

Always a solid place to get a treat at. Just a little spot in the mall. Usually only one worker, the times I've been it's been the same guy each time. He's super quick and friendly, he definitely knows how to do his job well. The place isn't the cleanest but with him being by himself I'm sure there isn't too much time to clean up. I usually just get a blizzard and they've always been really good. They don't have food but they have little snacks. The pretzels are to die for!
