My boyfriend and I shared a plain waffle with cookies and cream ice cream. Delicious! Love the rotating flavors and the waffle is exceptionally delicious! They make the dessert to-order and with care. I highly recommend sharing one, as it's a lot for one person.Plenty of free parking behind and seating inside as well as outside. I don't believe they have a restroom for customers. Friendly staff.

While visiting my college friends during Thanksgiving break, they took us to Double Three for an afternoon treat. OMG! Who can pass up on bubble waffles?!?There's a parking area so no need to park on the street. It's a small but a cute shop. You have to fill out an order form and then they'll perpetrate your order. You pick the type of waffle, ice cream flavor, and topping(s).We had:-Original waffle with vanilla ice cream, bananas and strawberries, and strawberry syrup-Chocolate waffle with vanilla ice cream, fruity pebbles and Nutella syrupThe bubble waffles were delicious. Light, fluffy, you can easily pull each one apart, and the corner is crispy. The soft serve ice cream was rich and yummy. This is a perfect afternoon dessert on a hot day.

Went here with my husband to try it out as we had never had bubble waffles before. We shared a red velvet cone with cookies and cream ice cream and yummy toppings. Super cute presentation! It's a lot, so it is good to share with another person. I also had a tea (the salted cream one with boba) and loved that! The girl working, Iza, was super helpful in helping decide amongst the teas. They make the waffles when you order, so it is not super fast, but it is worth it and you can go sit on the fountain outside to enjoy.

I came here after I was at the beach at Lanikai beach for a sweet treat. You order from filling out a paper and it takes around 10-ish minutes for them to make two bubble waffles. Each bubble waffle is around $12.5 including tax. It was really good. I think if you're in the mood for bubble waffles and ice cream this will definitely hit and it was very yummy but if you're not willing to spend $12 on, a sweet treat I'd probably go somewhere else

Double 3 is deliciously amazing! You can get a bubble waffle cone or just a cup. It's a little pricey but so worth it for a nice treat. You fill out a little card of everything you want, hand it in and the friendly girls on the back make it fresh for you. You can sit inside on a window seat or there's a bench outside if you prefer.

So before I start, quick overview of how I rate places. -3 Stars = It's good, glad I came but I probably wouldn't come back nor would I crave it or recommend it - 4 Stars = it's good and if I'm in the area, I will definitely come back. But I wouldn't go out of my way for it and I would recommend to someone if they are already in the area.- 5 stars = really good and I would probably drive over 30min just to get some more. Highly recommend other people try.Dessert is always tough cause it's hard to ruin plus you usually try it after you ate and are already full. This was the case here. And I was with a good friend so I was already in a good mood. Seating is a small area. Maybe seats like 10 people. And service was quick (it wasn't busy). Ice cream was good. Not sure I would specially come out here for it nor would I swing by if I was in the area, but recommend people try it if they have a sweet tooth.

Finally tried this place last weekend and it was so good! We went after my nephew's bday dinner, this was his treat afterwards. The ordering process was not bad to navigate, there is a paper in the front by the register that you fill out to choose your crepe, ice cream and toppings. I wasn't feeling chocolate that night so we opted for a matcha crepe with strawberry ice cream and pocky/fruity pebbles for toppings. Honestly, looking at all the people that were waiting before us to get their desserts, it didn't take as long as expected. It was very good, I would definitely go back for a special treat!

We went back yesterday with friends after I told them how good it is and worth wait. They were busy so we waited for 30 mins to get our order, which was fine. While we were waiting the staff was talking loudly and I don't think cared that customers were waiting inside to hear them. But one was cleaning up the store so they could go home early. The one who was making the waffles stated "i want to go home early and not stay back and clean so these people can wait, cry me a river. Then proceeded to say that they feel like they are black slaves and are in the 1920's." I think that it is highly unprofessional especially being in ear shot of the customers. I understand being overwhelmed and busy but theres a time and a place for those comments. In front of the customer wasn't it. Like always the food is good.

This is a unique ice cream experience - you get to choose your ice cream flavors, toppings, and flavor of your bubble waffle which is slightly crispy on the outside and soooo delicious! So many options for toppings. This is the perfect place for someone with a sweet tooth! Pretty expensive since your ice cream will be $12+ but a cool spot to treat yourself and family! There's not too much seating inside and one bench outside, so gets pretty crowded on weekends.

When you are ready to splurge.... You gotta try the bubble waffle cone!! I'm not that crazy about waffles but this hits the spot. The waffle isn't very dense and you can enjoy bite size portions since it's in a bubble form. The ice cream was very creamy and delicious. I had fresh strawberry and bananas and almond slices. I went all out and had caramel and whipped cream too! Take note of their sign and don't tip or it will fall out! It does come in a holder and it works just fine as long as you keep it straight up. I will be back but will definitely share with someone. But since it's made to order be prepared to wait.
