James was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was communicative, organized, and incredibly flexible with our requests, making the planning process so much easier. He had super straightforward instructions on how to submit our song choices and helped us with any questions along the way. On the day of the wedding, he exceeded all expectations--his song selections kept the dance floor packed, and guests couldn't stop complimenting the music. He really knew how to read the room and create the perfect atmosphere. Beyond his talent, he's just a great guy overall, and we're so glad we chose him to be part of our special day. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about DJ James! We hired him as our wedding DJ and we are so thankful we did because he made the atmosphere perfect at every step of the night. His music knowledge is unmatched, and he is so great at mixing songs together. All of our friends were asking for the playlist at the end of the night because it was so good!!

We got married mid-February in Kaneohe. DJ James was accommodating, very responsive and professional. He met with us a number of times to discuss timeline, details regarding the entire event, and music preferences. He kept the MCing portions to a minimum per our request and made appropriate and timely announcements. The lighting was nice and set the atmosphere. He did a great job and we had an amazing time dancing the night away. Everyone had a blast! I would definitely recommend him for your wedding or any other event.

DJ Jimmy was amazing! He was great early and during the planning process and on the day he was there early to make sure everything was set up properly for a smooth wedding! He communicated with everyone there especially with the caterers and the officiant! Highly highly recommend him. Prices were beyond fair and he is definitely engaging and thoughtful & flexible with any minor requests! We were so glad we chose him ! He will definitely make you feel like a VIP!

Tried to make this review shorter but if I could give 6 stars I would!Planning a wedding during covid was to say the least stressful. When James reached out, he immediately wanted to set up a time to talk over the phone. It was important to him to make sure HE was the right fit for US. This was extremely different and I knew immediately he cared- about music. Everyone else cared about how quickly I could send a deposit.This was important to me. Music is important.When he called, I then saw a New York area code, and us being from Connecticut, at that moment I knew he was placed in our path for a reason. After talking for a while, we agreed to hire him and the rest is history. He followed us on Instagram and began to get to know us and dig our brains on our music taste. He helped me through my indecisiveness (I would stay up listening to song after song to find the a absolute perfect combination). He brought to life the soundtrack we had envisioned in our heads for our wedding day. He understood our vibe and made it come to life.Although we spent all of 4 hours together, I feel like I've known him my whole life.10/10 recommend!

I had the pleasure I'm attending a wedding event that he DJ for. The set up was so professional. He got the crowd moving was very good about taking requests mixed amazingly and had an energy that is unmatched by most wedding DJs that I've seen thus far in my 47 years. He literally had everyone up and dancing this is the type of wedding or event that you want or people say wow everybody really did have a great time and not be self-conscious and just got out there and danced.I would definitely use him for any events that I had in the area we were very impressed by everything

My wife and I selected James to be our DJ at our wedding in Kualoa Ranch Low Camp without meeting him. The process and guidance in music selection for various aspects of the wedding was flawless and executed exactly as planned at the wedding.James actually DJ'ed for us his birthday and made himself available for our special day. Not only did his music keep everyone dancing all night, he personally became another photographer + videographer for us and captured additional amazing moments which we will cherish forever.Probably won't get married again but highly recommend James for any event or venue. I'm keeping an eye out in case I have another special event which require his services.Cheers!

Man where do I start?! Needed a DJ after firing one, 1 week prior to wedding day july 2024. Hands down BEST DJ I've came across in my 29 years living. Mr. James Vincent really brought his A Game & knocked it out the park. My family is from the North Shore of Oahu, Kahana. They NEVER have experienced a DJ mash up of all genres of music. DJ James got taste, flavor, variety, culture and vibes. Most professional and responsible DJ hired to turn it up and shut it down.

I hired James for my wedding after he DJ for a friends wedding. I initially hired him because at my friends wedding he was amazing with back to back amazing songs. After hiring him and working with him, I am so happy I went for it. James followed the list I sent him. He nailed it with every song, it felt like I was at my family parties. He also stepped in and helped set some stuff up when he was done setting up. He offered to get me some water and stuff. He was amazing. He also worked with our budget. Being from Hawaii, it's hard to have the wedding of your dreams without selling your soul. He understood this and it meant the world. Definitely would recommend and would hire him again
