Gina is amazing! I couldn't have done it without her. I planned my wedding and needed a day-of coordinator. I did my research and decided to contact her. She gave off such a friendly vibe and I knew that she's the one. She was very patient with me and corresponded with me every time. I put my 100% trust in her on the day itself, and she did not disappoint. My wedding went smoothly all because of her. Don't think twice, just get her, and you won't regret it! I have to start this review by giving a Huge Thank you to Gina!!! I cannot express how happy I am with how my wedding turned out!!! For everyone that is getting married and is planning a destination wedding or even local, Gina is the wedding planner you NEED by your side on your special day! She was so wonderful and patient. She stood by my side the whole entire day and attended to all my needs. My hubby and I planned for a very small intimate destination wedding but she made us feel as that our wedding was not just any small intimate wedding it was so thoughtfully planned out. I felt like the prettiest and happiest bride on my special day! She went above and beyond what she charged me and I feel so blessed and thankful! She found solutions and gave me ideas I would not have been able to think of on my own. I'm promising you that if you choose Gina as your wedding planner your special day is going to be the best day of your life. To all the ladies that come across this review my destination wedding was beautiful thanks to Gina. Gina is someone you will want to see over and over on you vacations to Hawaii bc she will remind you of a day that was so beautiful and dear to you and your hubby's heart!Gina,Thank you for everything. Gina is everything you want in a wedding coordinator and more. I hired her for the day-of, and she started working with me about a month and a half ahead of time. At that point, she was able to take over coordination with all of my vendors and put together a detailed timeline of the day. Because of Gina, I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day. No one bothered me with logistics or any other issues. Gina's policy is that she doesn't escalate problems to her brides on their wedding day unless they need to know. For example, on my wedding day, Gina couldn't find the pins for my money dance. I didn't even find out about this until the next day. Instead of asking me where I put them, she asked my sister, who was my wedding fashion designer and seamstress. My sister didn't know where I put the pins either, but she was able to supply her own pins from her sewing kit, and the money dance went on without a hitch.

I am sooo GRATEFUL that we hired Divine Weddings & Events and had the absolute pleasure to work with Gina & her team. My new husband and I did a destination wedding in Oahu and just like most people thought we could handle it all. I'm super organized and we are very involved in the wedding industry since we are wedding hairstylist for Salon 25 Brides, so we thought we were pretty prepared. To anyone getting married, especially anyone doing a destination wedding I highly highly highly reccommend Gina and her team!In a nutshell Gina saved the day many times...so many times that I didn't even know there were any challenges on my wedding day till months later, she was on point and just got things done beautifully! I do have to say I don't usually write reviews but she really went above and beyond for us. For example, my white dance floor I ordered with Accel Party rentals decided to never show up (nightmare). Gina handled the situation like a pro and with LESS than 2 hours before our wedding she got Pacific Party rentals to come out and install a gorgeous white dance floor for us! We LOVE you Gina!!!!

this review is long over due!! Gina coordinated my wedding in October 2013. First of all she was the only one that called me back. All the other companies I inquired with just sent me an email.The same email they send to everyone else that's interested. Gina went above and beyond of what I ever expected a wedding coordinator to do. I have to admit I wasnt the easiest bride. I am very indecisive and I changed my mind a lot. I changed the number of guest attending my wedding 4 times. Which meant that Gina had to reorder and get new invoices for invitations, linens, chairs, and table arrangements. She did this 4X. and didn't complain or show any irritation at all.My wedding was amazing. The only thing I worried about was my husband and his line drinking too much before the ceremony. :) But other then that Gina took care of everything. Everything flowed so smoothly. My wedding was awesome!! And I thank Gina for it all. She was the best choice I made for my wedding. once I had her she helped me with every other choice I made. You will not regret making Gina your coordinator.

We utilized Gina for our "day of" coordination services. Even though her job was to mainly get us through the day organized and keeping us all on track, she was very helpful in the weeks prior to our wedding helping us with our timeline and recommending vendors. She really eased my mind and made the day stress-free. Our officiant and wedding party also made comments that they really liked her direction, etc.. it wasn't pushy but she was there when we needed her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone (especially if you were like me and planning from the mainland).

Gina is amazing! We hired her for day-of coordination and the wedding was wonderful. Everything went smoothly and I did not have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. No details were forgotten. She is very organized but also not pushy at all. She has a very calm demeanor which put me at ease during the stress of wedding planning and on the day of. She also stated intil all our guests left and helped us pack up our guest book and cards. I highly recommend her for wedding coordination! Thank you Gina!

Gina from Divine Weddings was FANTASTIC. She was helpful from the first phone call that we had with her, when we were just trying to decide which day-of coordinator to hire, and that was a big sign for us that she would be amazing. Gina was so patient, organized, and communicative as the big day approached, and every time I spoke with her I just felt calm and reassured that everything would go smoothly. She ran the rehearsal so efficiently and clearly that on our wedding day, everything just went perfectly! I'm sure there were issues that came up throughout the day as there were many moving parts and with Covid everything is more complicated, but we just got to relax and enjoy our special day because Gina and her assistant took care of everything. She coordinated with all of our vendors, our wedding party, our venues, and our guests to make sure everyone had a great time and the day ran smoothly. When things were slowing down she moved the timeline around to make sure the party kept going and at the same time, made sure that we had time to breathe and really take in the moment. We had everything we needed at all times without ever feeling like she was intruding or taking time away from anything. I'm not the most laid back person in the world and can get anxious and nervous about things easily, but I can honestly say that I was relaxed and had so much fun on my wedding day because I didn't have to lift a finger thanks to Gina. I can't say enough good things about her, I am so grateful to her for everything!!!

Anna Hinkley, Banquet Manager, is super!She assisted me from day one to the final evening of this very special event. It was my husband's 88th birthday celebration, and by Japanese tradition, it should be special. It truly was.Anna assisted with coordinating the orchestra, the taiko group and the food service. My guests thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the evening. Anna was there that evening to assure the taiko group got what they needed and to make sure the food service was up to snuff.Should I host any future celebration at the Kahala Mandarin, I hope to work with Anna again. Gina planned my destination wedding beautifully. There were a lot of challenges in coordinating our wedding which was on holiday and it was also during the week that President Obama and many other dignitaries were to be present in Honolulu. I highly recommend her to any bride-to-be. She's truly a professional and I really enjoyed working with her. Couldn't have asked for a better coordinator.
