Maddi and the whole team are great. The staff was very attentive and met all our needs. We had beach from views. The chair and umbrella were clean and well maintained. We also rented a paddle board that my daughter had fun on. Very affordable and convenient. This is the place to rent from.

We got a Great Rental deal on 4 chairs and 2 Umbrellas! And we met "John Wick" lol Definitely recommend!

A big shout out to Chase, Leigh, and Joei at Dive Oahu & Surf for helping our family out. They really stepped up and took care of my daughter and her roommate. I highly recommend Dive Oahu & Surf.

Lonny and Aiden were incredible!!! Ill admit I'm a nervous mom so when my youngest kiddo asked to go out and surf in Waikiki I was a little apprehensive. The lesson started with safety tips and key do and don'ts. Once they hit the ocean both instructors were simply amazing. I highly recommend them because they were so professional and the convenience was a huge bonus. I 100% felt that my daughter was taken care of and her safety was top priority.

This was my first time surfing and it was a marvelous experience. Lonny was such a great instructor! Everyone was so helpful, kind, and FUN! If you are think about it, just book it, you won't regret it!

Awesome and kind crew. They set up our umbrella outside the Hale Koa on the beach and we got two lounge chairs. The second day we rented, the chairs were broken. They replaced them, but the slats on one of the others broke and my husband only weighs 170. Overall, we were happy and grateful they were there to set up for us. THANK YOU!

Dive Oahu &Surf has been carrying the torch for the legendary Koa Beach Services since 2019 when they shuttered. They offer all the same great activities like body boards, kayaks, paddle boards, floats, and of course lounge chairs and umbrellas. I find the prices reasonable considering where they're at, plus military gets a substantial discount. They even offer multi day pricing which is a real bargain. The staff is pretty friendly and Manager Mike is very customer focused and attentive. Only opportunity is to be a little more proactive on cracking down on poaching. Nothing worse that paying for a chair/ umbrella setup only to have some poorly behaved freeloaders plop down right next to you and never pay a cent! Overall, if you're looking to carve out a comfortable spot and chill on Waikiki beach, then you must make this your first stop. Open daily 9-5pm. Online reservations also available.

Zero stars -Witnessed this employee cuss out a man she accused of shouting at her daughter- her daughter had been surfing without a leash and her board had hit the man's son in the head- instead of apologizing- she gets in his face - spews spit and cuss words- in front of all the kids - asking where he was from in a threatening tone - using her hand gestures and waving that head like she was on a reality show - the man calmly explained that her daughter should have a leash on her board and she flat out stated that her daughter did not need a leash - very inconsiderate and neglegent - then her man comes, accuses the man of theatening his daughter, grabs him and pushes him- the daughter finally admitted that there was no threat and they walked away without an apology-VERY DISTURBING to have these people run the show here in Waikiki- true Kamaaina are full of aloha - very disturbing to see locals act so ghetto with groundless animosity - hope they get to the root of their unhappiness- instead of trying to instigate fights- and what are they teaching their daughter?

My husband and I rented 2 chairs and an umbrella This male employee was on the phone the whole time helping us, smoking while working and very disrespectful like he didn't want to help us. My husband and I watched him work for quite some time as he continued to be rude to others as well. He would sit down and smoke or go on his cellphone and stand back up when he had to do get something for someone. This customer service was Very unprofessional. I asked the lady worker for his name and said Junior. Nice young lady working under the tent. Beautiful beach with no aloha spirit very disappointing. Avoid this beach service!

My friend and I had a great first surf lesson with Lonnie. Lonnie showed patience and worked beyond hard to get both of us old guys up and surfing. I wish my children were here to take lessons with Lonnie has a great personality and works to ensure everyone is have a great time while being safe. -hope to do it again! mark and Carl
