8/3/2023 - I just purchased my fourth THC vape pen from this place and I am so excited to try it! This location has a much bigger selection than their location on Waialae Avenue. Comparing the Hazy and Torch THC vape pens, the Torch ones are much better - they are much stronger. However, the Hazy THC vape pen lasts longer for some reason. I highly recommend both!

Okay, decent prices. THCA a bit too expensive for not being pure cannabis. Fine place. Service, hit or miss

I've visited several locations of this business, and while each has potential, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. There are consistent issues across the board, from dirty and cluttered spaces to poor management, and it's evident that the wellbeing of both employees and customers isn't a priority.Let's start with parking--it's a nightmare at every location. Employees are sometimes late because they aren't provided with a designated place to park. That's unacceptable, especially when the stores don't even open on time. If you're going to open a business, the basics like proper parking and punctuality should be addressed. At the Kaimuki location, there's a flooring issue that's a clear tripping hazard. Despite being the best of the locations, it's still inconvenient for me, coming from the west side. And after several months, the door still isn't fixed. This isn't just an annoyance--it's a safety hazard. You can't run a business where employees and customers are walking through broken doors. The Liliha and Waikiki locations are downright dirty and rundown, and Keeaumoku is so cluttered it feels like you're navigating a maze. The shelves are literally held up by duct tape. It's shocking that management is willing to let these locations fall into such disrepair. I understand the aesthetic of these stores is meant to be nice, but upon closer inspection, it's clear they're rundown and neglected. The employees themselves are great--helpful, friendly, and always willing to chat--but it's hard not to feel for them. They're clearly working in a stressful environment where their wellbeing doesn't seem to matter. There's no management presence to speak of; I've called numerous times only to be told that the boss is never around and there's no one to speak to about concerns. Employees look lost when asked for help beyond basic inquiries, which reflects poor communication within the company. To make matters worse, I came in one day when someone was being trained, and they didn't seem interested at all. When I asked them about it, they told me they got 10 minutes of training before being left alone. That's just crazy to me! How do you expect employees to provide good service when they're barely trained? It's baffling that a company with multiple locations can't seem to invest in making them safer or more organized. The displays are unorganized, cases are flimsy, and it's clear the space is too cramped for employees to do their jobs properly. I've even had an employee laugh with me about how little room they have to work. If you can afford to open more locations, you should be able to afford basic repairs and improvements, as well as creating a better working environment for your staff. In summary, while the employees are kind and do their best under difficult conditions, the company seems more focused on expansion and profit than creating a clean, safe, and organized environment for both customers and workers. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and make some much-needed changes.

2/24/24, Sat 9pm / employee Quick to sell however didn't let it be known or remind that you need to try before leaving the store. Not all customers read every sign posted or speak English especially in Waikiki. As an employee no customer service. Didn't check any customers ID checking if they were underaged before selling. No supervisor or manager available... nor was able to provide a business card or owner's contact information. 2 out of 4 vapes were damaged & wouldn't budge for an even exchange or refund. Probably taking advantage of tourists in Waikiki wasting their money not understanding their policy since they don't enforce their test product before leaving store. How many customers/others got ripped off??? WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!
