Highly recommend this shop. Best prices I could find in town, and repairs include color matching. Took a board that I was afraid to fix myself (large 6"+ ding taken out of the nose), and they shaped the nose back to normal. Color matching wasn't perfect; but still done really well. This shop is super popular, and wait times are 7-10 business days. On the day I went, the owner mentioned he had 75+ boards waiting for repairs. Will bring all my boards here to repair in the future.

Earlier on, I was looking for a surfboard ding repair shop that was convenient and fast. Yes, I could do repairs myself and I have, but I just get tired of driving to the hardware store for missing sandpaper or having dried out resin and also getting blisters on my thumb.I had an old Firewire Timbertek Almond Butter board that I loved and wanted to get it repaired so I found DingDocs to repair the epoxy resin. - They are professional, fast and extremely reasonable. - This latest repair took them only a week. There was some rail touch ups they did too. They texted me on my cell when it was ready for P/U. - Staff is super friendly. - TIP: Take off your removable items - leash, fins, camera, etc. - Payment: They take plastic: Debt / Credit Card. Also emailed me the receipt. - A bit hard to find, but once you go there it's pretty convenient. - PARKING: Right in the front. Never a problem for me.Now this board (Firewire Cymatic)++ BEFORE shot is a ding an !d!0+ did dipping right underneath me and poked the tip of his board into the logo of my board. +++ AFTER shot is they quality of work these guys do. I thought they would have to trash the puncture part of the wording, but they saved that piece and blended it into the finish. Channels are smooth and shaped as new. Gave them a tip.

I bought board from here a couple years ago. It was nicely repaired and discounted because of the repair. This time it was my board that hit the reef due to the drop-in surfer to my left (surfing etiquette 101 don't drop in on people already on the wave). Anyway instead of running into the bonehead I had to bail and board went straight, nose dived into reef. I called these guys up and my day was instantly better. He did an assessment, told me easy repair and needed about a week. Called me back around 5 days and told me it was ready. I went back, board looks great! Happy to know these guys! They're not gouging for repairs. They also do a great job and are friendly to talk to.

My SUP was knocked over by the wind and landed right where a tie down was. It pushed the tie down and cracked the surrounding area. I took it and they did a great job. While they didn't have an exact match for the stock tie down, they offered me a similar one that worked. I'm very satisfied with their work and would use them again.

When my son dinged his new surfboard, I checked Yelp and DingDocs had stellar reviews. So we brought his board to them, and now I know why. Great communication, straightforward pricing quote, quick turnaround time (faster than the 7 days quoted) and great work! Thanks guys!

Gene from Used Surf Boards recommended this place to me. Unfortunately, I only ended up here because I forgot to ask for the single-fin screw from Used Surf the day before. Came back on Monday and they were closed. I went to DingDocs out of desperation that they sell me a screw, and they were so nice that they gave it to me for free. If Mr. DingDocs is reading this, please know that your aloha has secured me as a loyal customer and I will go to you guys for all my future board repair needs.

Took my boyfriend's 15-year-old longboard (passed down from his grandpa) in for some long overdue, much needed touch ups as a Valentine's gift.Long story short...board came out CHERRY. At a very good price (not going to break the bank here) and small amount of time, your board will get all the TLC it needs! Definitely recommending DingDocs to all my 'ohana and friends! Mahalo nui, JT and Ryley, for your hard work and aloha! Valentine's was a success!

Took my brand new longboard in after it flew off the roof of my car due to a gust of wind. The entire front corner of the rail was shattered and there were scratches all the way down the board. They were able to make the marks completely disappear and make it unnoticeable unless you knew they were there to begin with.
