This place is a lot better now than what it used to be. Looks pretty shnazzy too. Maybe it was their way of justifying the prices. :) Our server was a nice enough guy. And, as others have mentioned, he tried to upsell pretty aggressively. Why not? All you have to do is say no. Mama took him up on his offer to get a double vodka in a short glass with pineapple juice. After bringing the drink, she had second thoughts on having that much vodka in such as short glass. We saw the server come back and were just about to ask him for a tall glass when he placed one on the table, with ice and another small glass of pineapple juice saying "just in case you need it". THAT, ladies and germs is service! We ordered the wings and some salad with fries. The wings were actually pretty effing good. I mean, even for airport food it was exceptional. Mama was so-so with her salad. The fries were good though.Yes, it was expensive. And yes, the restaurant next door was probably cheaper. But, it's an airport and this place has a bar. We'll be back.

Had the au jus. Mediocre. Small portions. The sandwich was OK, but nothing special. Not worth the price (even allowing for airport pricing). Service was pretty fast, though. Still, I think I would go to the fast food chicken place down the corridor before I came back here.Tries to look classy, but really it's just a facade.

I'm writing this so others don't have to deal with this place if they check Yelp. First off, the prices are VERY inflated. More so that anywhere I have ever seen. $7 for a can of Miller Lite, and $4 for an iced tea! The soda tastes funny.Avoid.

Waiting at Honlulu airport a couple of weeks ago between flights.Decided to order a "club sandwich" at Dewars. After 20 minutes, was finally served a flat, dull sandwich of ONE slice of turkey and ONE slice of cheese slapped between two slices of bread!!! It was like something you would make for yourself out of the fridge at midnight.You will do better, MUCH better, at McDonalds!

A trap for those who are waiting for their delayed flights especially when the 2013 Finals game is on. Rachel the bar tender is great, half off of any shots after a certain time.

We had just gotten off of our flight from the island of Kauai and were generally confused as to where we were supposed to go for our connecting flight. We wandered outside through this covered walkway heading toward the building with gates 15 and up. The second that sliding door opens into the terminal you are hit with the most deliciously overwhelming smell. Dewars is situated in between the two entrances to the terminal and you can't escape the aromas coming from the place. There is a nice setup with family tables in the center and bars along the outside placing customers looking out towards those walking by. They have a great big bar as well. After finding our gate we wandered back to get some dinner. We stood there for maybe 20 seconds before a hostess showed us to a seat and we were nearly instantly greeted by our waiter. The staff here looked swamped and were running wild but they never once acted as if it was a problem. The waiter chatted with us and took our order with a smile on his face the whole time.They have quite an intimidating menu, everything looked so good. We both settled on their bacon burger that also had sauteed mushrooms and carmelized onions on it. Oh my it was as good as it smelled. My husband and I both finished everything on our plates which in looking around seemed to be a reoccuring theme throughout the restaurant.It's not the cheapest place but I found the price to be reasonable for the service and quality.

Just like the scotch- but in this case, you don't get what you pay for. Pricey sandwiches and burgers. Nothing special. Open area, great seating, and friendly servers.

Amazing food! I had the roast beef with au jus and it was spectacular as was the horseradish that went with it:) my boyfriend had the kalua pork sandwich and he loved it! Definitely would recommend this place they also have friendly staff!

The service was great, but $15.00 for a mojito that's highway robbery! They have a nice clean area and great service, but if you wan a drink, make sure to check their prices!
