I love this place so much! I used to go to one when I lived near Napa. They have the greatest little items. On this trip , I bought my usual coconut syrup along with Lili koi butter, macadamia honey and a few little other items. The coffee is great and the food is like Starbucks but it's a great little shop to visit and grab a snack or two. It's near Sheraton and Royal Hawaiian. I never miss a trip here when I'm in town!

Shokupan is bomb diggity! The loaf is loaded with flavor and texture -itcomes unsliced - does not need anything to accompany it- its great by itself - the lack of one star is for slow service - I have found that most D and Ds have slow service - but thats ok considering the quality of the goods - think the bread is delivered after 10 amI even make my own Honey Toast with this -and the D n D logo on the crust is so cute!

Good coffee. An iced latte is $9.90 though and there are better coffee shops around the area just in the plaza.Premium price for NYC.

When we stay nearby, definitely a stop for us since we're fans of the brand itself, but if you are not within a 5 min walking distance, I'd say there's other more interesting cafes to visit.Small location, with some outside seating. It's located close to Sheraton, Halepuna, Halekulani and Royal Hawaiian so it's a good option, or if you are shopping close by. Espresso here is solid. I usually get the honey latte, since Hawaiian honey is just that good! The tea options are all tea bags and very.. sad so I'd skip it. Food options are not worth it.There's a variety of pantry and home goods that you can buy as gifts and even some of their popular totes.

This is the tiniest Dean & Deluca I've ever been in in my life. I usually visit the Napa, California location. Honestly, your local Starbucks in a mall is larger than this place. There's a spot for getting a hot sandwich and some very pretty frosted cookies and some condiments, but that's about it. There's very little selection and if there are more than 3 people, it feels cramped because they put a table right in the entrance way. Hope you don't need a wheelchair to maneuver around this place. Also, if you have dietary restrictions, check everything. They have wheat in their honey mustard for sale. -_-Visited September 2024

Stopped in to pick up some pastries. The chocolate croissant and almond croissant is a must! Light, fluffy, and melt in your mouth goodness! Excellent service - friendly team members are willing to help guide you to make the right selections. The store is clean, easy to navigate and well stocked with local items to gift or take home.

Our first time at Dean & Deluce and we tried their limited edition fruit milkshakes, the Peach Pineapple and Strawberry milkshakes! Both were delicious! Not too creamy and not too light, not too sweet either. My only complaint would be I wish they had bigger straws so you could eat the fruit more easily but it's a small thing. Otherwise the service was good, the employees were kind and welcoming. And the store is well kept, clean and quaint.

This is based awful the food. The service and the brand name products offered was fine. The store is beautiful too. The double espresso was good, just good, not great. We went there for breakfast and bought a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich and a pastrami sandwich . The breakfast sandwich was like a Jimmy Dean's frozen breakfast sandwich. It might've been worse than that. I had a pastrami sandwich and realized it was only half a sandwich and it tasted like a airplane refrigerated sandwich. It was hard and terrible. By the way they posted pictures outside of the restaurant, I would've thought that there was a reasonable quality of food, but I was completely wrong. I was extremely disappointed with the food that they offered, and I will not go there again. They need to stick to their products and not offer food.

I've seen this small shop for years across from the Sheraton but recently came here specifically to buy omiyage for Japan. A young Japanese national living here gave me a list of things to take and recommended their totes.Shortly after, I was at Ala Moana and noticed a woman from Japan carrying one. It was really cute! The shop sells several different totes but the smaller one with an aloha print at the bottom is behind the counter- You have to ask the clerk for it.. The large totes are out on display.I asked a woman restocking products what was popular and inexpensive with Japanese tourists and she said the small jars of macadamia nut honey so bought several jars of that tooThe pastries looked delicious but I didn't buy one. Maybe next time!

We've become regulars here. We just came back from Japan and were missing Dean and deluca - and this place did not disappoint. Japan is definitely better, (milk and syrup they use are different ). Here we get their honey oat latte- less ice Service : fast and friendly Ambiance: casual, parking (garage )
