My daughter and I came here for dinner last night. I always get the calamari plate which comes with white rice, miso soup and salad. The salad is always good. Food is made hot. Everything was good. I also got a diet coke to drink. They serve it in a can and give you a cup of ice. My daughter got her beef curry ramen. She loves that. She couldn't finish it so she took the rest home and ate it. Service was excellent by our waitress. She was quick with checking up on us and asking if everything is okay. It wasn't crowded here so that's a good thing. I definitely avoid crowds if I have to. I would come back over and over. Highly recommend. Definitely worth your money.

Sorry but I used to love this place. Got the chicken fried rice and calamari side. 6 pieces of calamari which is expensive but not surprising. The fried rice had no flavor! It's like they forgot to add the Dashi seasoning or something. Miso soup was watery. I'm sad because this place used to be soo consistent. I felt like I could have made a better one at home and that is exactly the opposite of why I eat out. I'm not saying this place sucks but there definitely wasn't a line like before. Just don't order the chicken fried rice. I hate feeling like I paid $25 for something that was tasteless.

My husband and I stopped by for a quick dinner and it was delicious. Service was fast and super friendly and prices were pretty decent for how much food you get too. The amount of depth they were able to get in their broths were out of this world. I really enjoyed the spicy beef ramen. Beef was cooked well, it had the perfect amount of spice without being over powering. Only complaint if I had to fine one was that their noodles weren't my favorite. Pretty lumped together but I'm able to overlook that. My husband really enjoyed his ramen and said it was some of the best tan tan ramen he's ever had. He wasn't a huge fan of the gyoza so he wouldn't order it again but he said it was also good enough that he wasn't mad he ordered it. We can't wait to come back and try some different ramens.

Absolutely the best place to get your Ramen combo the fried rice along with the chicken Katsu and I recommend the black garlic Ramen. It was very delicious. The service was also excellent. They were attentive and prompt and left just enough room to not bother you. They also kept the close eye on your water cups and refilled it every time it reached the halfway mark I definitely recommend this place over their competition.

I think this was the fastest I've ever been served food in Hawaii in my entire life! I feel like we placed our order and then less than 5 minutes later, it was in front of us. I was shocked! This is definitely a good place to go if you're in a rush, if their service is like that normally. The place is a decent size and with how fast the food comes out, I can see them going through customers fairly quickly, depending on how long each party takes to eat and digest.I think the only thing that threw me off with my Mapo Tofu Ramen was the consistency of the broth. It was almost gelatinous when it first arrived and it really threw me off. It tasted good though, so maybe it just needed time to cool down? By the time things cooled down and I had been eating it, it seemed to be okay, so it's not something that I would knock a star off. I am debating on seeing if it would be the same consistency if I were to order it again.I went with the mini ramen combo, got the mapo tofu and had gyoza. I didn't realize that I would get charged extra for the mapo tofu though, so if I were to order the combo again I would try to do a regular ramen instead. But the size of the mini worked out in my favor. I felt satisfied rather than stuffed, and I had enough room to enjoy the mini gyoza order. I recommend that if you want more than just ramen.

Great food. Love doing the combos. I got the combo with mini miso ramen, curry & rice and gyoza. It was all so delicious! Also tried their lunches and warning, it was hot. Very spicy. We got seated very quickly and our food came out really fast. The dinning area is clean too. Definitely coming back for a ramen/curry fix.

A new found favorite of my family's! The food comes out super fast and hot! We've been here twice already in the past month and food has been consistent. My twin boys enjoy the shoyu ramen and I like the combination sets. The gyoza is also pretty good! Happy eating!

Friday night has been a tradition for us to dine out. We were craving ramen so we decided to venture out to Daiichi Ramen in Pearl City. My favorite is the Beef Curry Ramen. It's the best tasting curry ramen in my opinion. Service is always quick and friendly. If you're looking for a variety of ramen, try this place.

If you're ever in the Pearl city area, this is a must visit place. When you enter, you are immediately helped sometimes you might have to wait. But not to worry, the food comes out fast so just be patient.Once you enter, you are greeted by the staff and given water. Make sure to look at everything on the menu there are so many choices! I swear when you order your meal it takes a few minutes and you get your food pretty quick. For this dine in session, my hubby and I ordered:Combo with 1 choice: black garlic udon with mini curry (combo is the best in my opinion, my go to is the black garlic ramen. It is so flavorful, garlicky, and has a perfect balance of flavors.Combo with 2 choices: black garlic ramen with mini curry and chicken katsu (my hubby loves this combo since he gets the best of two worlds, ramen and curry with Katsu)Overall, the ambiance can get loud depending who is in the restaurant BUT, service and food quality is impeccable in my opinion! It is a must try if you're in the Pearl city area near Walmart, TJ Max, Starbucks, or even Sam's Club!

They used to give a lot and their broth had more flavor before. Ate here after several years and the broth lacked flavor, the char siu was dry and chewy, but the only thing in the ramen that was good was the egg. Maybe different cook, but I was not at all satisfied with my ramen. I felt like I gobbled in empty calories instead. They also don't have happy hour (free gyoza between around 2p-5p) like before.Don't think I'll frequent here, but maybe try again in several years from now or if the free gyoza on non busy times return.
