Daddy Delicious BBQ

Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture. The ribs were gone too fast. I ask for brisket, but it wasn't available. The owner let me know it usually sells out fast. This was my first time seeing this food trailer in the park. I was eager to try whatever they had because I could see and smell the grill. There is another rib/bbq truck nearby but I prefer the DDR ribs because they are smoked. The other ribs are baked (for those who don't like the smoked flavor). The owner/operator let me know he is in the park Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday around lunch time. I was lucky he wasn't he wasn't busy (Thursday around 1310). Don't expect this to be lowkey for too long. Soldiers and imports love the Southern styled offerings the trailer features. I'll have pictures when I update this review.

Daddy's delicious bbq catered our work event & didn't disappoint. BBQ Pitmaster & owner Frank Lekrone was very accommodating & had enough food to feed about 50 event attendees.Food catered was the following: Brisket, bbq chicken, mac & cheese, green beans, banana pudding, sweet tea.The brisket was overflowing with flavor & very tender. The bbq chicken was fall off the bone goodness! Let's be honest here... there are a lot of catering businesses to choose from. However, the field narrows when you want amazing food (not just good) from an organized, efficient, courteous and personable catering/special events team while still being professional. That's what is served up at Daddy Delicious BBQ. Frank, nothing but wonderful (and so many) compliments were received about your food, there were no disappointments; it was amazing. Your signature sauce was clearly the MVP. Everyone took leftovers home AND your information. Thank you for meeting our last minute (less than twenty-four hour) request. It was a big relief knowing that all I had to do was call you, select a menu, tell you how many guests I would be serving and then you made it happen. (Again, with less than twenty-four hour notice). Thank you again, Frank and Britt! We will absolutely be calling on you again!... I should've taken pictures, but now it's all gone, but there will be a next time!

Daddy Delicious BBQ is the best BBQ on the island. The chicken and the brisket are savory and made to perfection. You must check it out!

I went to Daddy's BBQ today for lunch. I was craving BBQ. The owner works out of a very small white colored trailer by himself.My plate that I ordered was called "MAMAS FAV".It consisted of 4 St.Louis Ribs,Smoked Mac n Cheese and BBQBaked beans. Majority of thePeople waiting in line orderedPlates with Brisket as the mainMeat. I will revisit that plate the next time. The BBQ beans weregreat and had pieces of burnt porkEnds mixed in with the beans.The other side was the smoked Mac n cheese. That was the bombOf the plate. So Smokey and cheesey. Wowie I highly recommend that one. The smoked Ribs were great too. They seemedTo be finished with a vinegar basedBBQ sauce. I would order them again they were nice cut of ribs butI was hoping that they would haveBeen fall of the bone ribs. They were not, but the meat was stilltender and Smokey. The brisketLooked very tender. All in all this was a pretty satisfying plate andI cannot wait to revisit this merchant. He is set up at the Mililani tech park from Wed to Fri.The owner states if he gets moreBusiness in the future he would like to hire help. Tomorrow 3/14He will not be at the park. He stated he has a large catering order for Friday and needs toSmoke the meats all day on Thursday. If you like BBQ this merchant is worth a visit.

Just stopped in and I am ready to go back, the brisket is insanely good it melts in your mouth like butter and while it's awesome by itself it hits even harder with a side of bbq or with some of the pickled onion. I'm definitely coming back thanks for the meal.

Daddy Delicious did an amazing job for our event. From the booking process to the delivery they were so professional! Britt was so sweet in suggesting what would be best for our event. They were accommodating in many ways. They arrived early to set up and made sure we were happy. That banana pudding was the bomb! I'm thankful we found Daddy Delicious BBQ and we will be using them again. Already sent them a few referrals. Go book them now! They also give a military discount.

DaddyDelicious catered my military farewell and I can tell you that it was a hit. It was not cheap, but I feel that I got every dollar back in quantity and quality. I'm pretty capable of eating anything and I loved it, yet those who have more discerning palates complimented everything. Everyone loved the banana pudding (didn't have it) especially. Everything went smoothly from recommendation (another event I was at) to delivery and compliments. I'm not used to things going smoothly and it was a nice change. I may not have an opportunity to hire a caterer again, but if I do, I will absolutely use this vendor again.
