The uncle who runs this is friendly. The fish is fresh. I got the shoyu and spicy ahi mix poke bowl. The buggah was heavy for the small size container cause he fill em up. Perfect amount of fish and rice portion. Definitely worth what you pay.

Customer service was awesome. They both was very friendly and they even was giving out free samples. The sample he gave me was the ahi katsu and lomi oio. Both was good. I decided to try the ahi katsu again since the sample was that good and shrimp tempura combo. The sauce they put on the ahi katsu and shrimp tempura has a sweet taste to it. I think it's what made the food good. The sauce. Ahi katsu was moist. Shrimp tempura was ok. A little more on the bread side but like I said the sauce made up for it. The mac salad was good too. The mac salad seems like they added tuna to it for more flavor. Now for the location. Not sure if they're there every weekday but when I bought from them they was located at the mililani spectrum area where there's usually other lunch trucks. So if you ever see this lunch truck order the ahi katsu. I promise you that you won't be disappointed. Like I tell everyone when I say order this and order that on my review. You'll thank me later. Lol

Been wanting to go here for a minute since I always go to Shay's right next door, did not disappoint. Got the ahi katsu and after taking a bite, I knew I had to come back to try everything else they got. The uncle that helped me out was nice as well and greeted me while i was just walking by and was really helpful. If you're in Pearl City Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, check them out!

Wonderful ahi katsu! The owners are great people, friendly and helpful. One day I have to venture out and try their other menu options. I get hung up on the Ahi Katsu and Spicy Ahi mix plate every single time. They are in a new permanent location in Aiea, on Kam Hwy across near 49ers Diner and 7-11. Used to be a used car lot, now home to D&L Seafood, Shay's Smashburgers, Joe's Backyard BBQ, and more.

This place was recommended to us by a local. Very nice owners and even better food. We came for lunch and ordered multiple items but tuna was so fresh. Caught locally the night before. A must try!!

D&L Seafood specializes in seafood (not surprisingly). What is surprising is that my 5 star rating is not in connection to their seafood, but the fact that their chicken katsu just blew my mind. This is not a dish I would usually order. I really got it for my kids. But when I opened the lid, I knew I had to try it, and it is hands down the best I have ever had. Juicy fresh chicken, light panko coating, and a delicious sweet (but not sickeningly) honey sesame sauce. It can with rice (a bit mushy) and Mac and tuna salad (which my kids loved). The ahi katsu I did not enjoy as much (but I prefer my tuna raw). The pickled ogo (seaweed) was crisp and delicious (and beautiful), and the shoyu ahi had a great ginger flavor. $40 for all the above (which was way too much food). I will definitely be back for the chicken...

For those of you who use to go when they were located roadside on Kahekili Hwy by the Ahaolelo Rd. intersection, they didn't close they just moved!Their new location is at 48-228 Kam Hwy just past Waiahole Poi Factory! Still serving literally the best ahi katsu on island and other fresh seafood items. Also, get the monchong katsu if they have it for the day! It's a softer, whiter meat fish. They have the best sauce and the best portion sizes. Their tuna Mac salad is so good! Even if I'm going Waiahole Poi Factory I have to stop by and grab a plate. I usually grab squid luau at Waiahole Poi Factory, then grab ahi katsu plates at D&L. If you go on Saturdays sometimes this uncle is there selling the biggest opihi ever and yummy beef chips. Cash only! They're not by 7-11 no more so you can't just run to the ATM if you forget.

The Ahi Katsu was da best! Even my wife who rarely gets excited about food trucks fell in love with this one! Was soooo ono! Light, crispy outside, with tasty ahi inside with one killah tangy sweet sauce that surprisingly brought everything together. Rice and a subtle Mac salad rounded out the starch. Amazing!!! We'll be back Donavan!

Got to try them out during a catered event. I had their poke nachos and pastele stew plate and they did not disappoint. Poke was super fresh and the won ton chips were crispy and NOT BURNT!!! Super generous with their poke. Huge cubes of fresh ahi. And their stew was absolutely delicious. Will definitely try their other menu items.
