John is so accommodating and fast. He helped counter balance and regrip a putter in 25 minutes. Installed a new head and adapter on a blank shaft in 10 minutes. He helped me even though he had a tee time to play golf. He is the MAN! Call him around lunch to see if he's in. Once confirmed-he will help you with your golf repairs.

John at Custom Golf is the absolute best! Not only are his rates amazing, the service and his willingness to get it done is truly great customer service. Just dropped off two clubs his the heads broken clean off, he had them finished in under 2 hours for 1/2 of what I would have paid anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Get it fixed faster than Roger Dunn or any of those guys. Hopefully I don't have a damaged club again but I'd go back.

He's experienced in every aspect of golf! He's a Certified Golf professional and experienced repaired guy! Instead of visiting those big national brand store, please visit and give business to this 'awesome' small business in our neighborhood! This shop is the only shop that was willing to bend my irons. He did it it using a technique that many mainland golf repair shops use but no other shop here is willing to use. He did it successfully and has not gone back to the original shape as other shops claimed it would. Enough said.

I had called, but got a voice recording at first. However I got a call back from this shop & the person on the other end asked if I had called. So, I wanted a reset of my iron club head, which John took care of in a couple of hours because he was in between lunch & had a lesson appointment coming up. Work was done when I returned. John is very easy to talk to & reliable.

Was referred by a friend to see John to get my defective golf grips replaced. He replaced it on the spot and the cost was pretty reasonable. The shop is just a little hole-in-the-wall with two entrances on South King (right before and right after Cake Works). There are a few parking stalls in front of Cake Works, too. South King is a bit tricky; we drove past the second entrance, ended up on the freeway, and had to double back. John is personable and knows his stuff. His work days/hours are pretty laid back ... if he's in, he starts at 10:30 AM so call before you go there. Very happy with my new grips ... the manufacturer's grips were starting to "melt" and turned my glove and hand all black!

This place is great! You should come here instead of Roger Dunn Golf or any other place if you want to have your irons upright, flat, stronger, or weaker. Or maybe even changing grips, etc. John will do it right on the spot! I came in I told him what I want and did it quick! You can watch how clubs are bent! If you go to Roger Dunn you will have to wait a couple days to a week. John will bend clubs in about 10-15minutes! Mahalo!

John is always courteous and prompt. He regripped my driver and irons yesterday. He also checked the loft and lies of my irons and adjusted two of them. I took them to the range today and couldn't be happier with the results. Five stars for his workmanship.
