I booked with Ed for my wedding in February 2017. He was great to work with, easy to communicate with and gave me the freedom to let him know what I was looking for from him and his crew. I initially booked him as my photographer but ended up adding on Dj services and videography. The price he quoted me was unbelievably affordable compared to many others which was the ultimate reason why I decided to book him.Planning was great but some things fell short...He told me he was going to be at my event but never showed up. Not even once. He told me he would include disco lights with the DJ services but none were provided. The workers that did attend our wedding were great: our DJ, photographer and videographer. With our photos, he told me he would make us a digital photo book and yes you guessed it, did not get it. I got all our photos digitally, our video was beautiful and DJ was great. I would definitely give them 5 stars if all things that were said were done. Like any other, if you're told you'd be receiving certain things it'd be nice to follow through. Other than that, services that were provided did suffice and do the job.

I've never done a review. I got married in 2016. I had a great experience with this company. I'm not a stressed person or do I care about a lot of things that most girls do. I just wanted a beautiful experience and wanted things on a budget and plan. I had all my expectations met. Of course planning a wedding from the mainland was super difficult, I would've changed things knowing what I know now. But, I had an amazing wedding video and the staff was super professional. I was able to communicate with Edward in a timely matter any time o wanted. There's not many things I would've changed. My main thing I wanted was pictures and video and set up and floral. Nothing extremely fancy for under 60 ppl. I was happy with the end result from trying to do this all from CA.

I can't begin to tell you how happy my wife and I were when we saw the finished product of our wedding video. Ed and his crew were barely noticeable, yet caught some of the most endearing moments of the day. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a videographer/artist to record important moments of your life. They only happen once and you really have to trust the videographer to get it right. There are no "take two" opportunities for those special days/moments. Lar

Very impressed with their work and service. Found these guys a week before the wedding and glad I did. They provided a full of attention to my wife on our special day, and the video was very good. The work was great and they didn't mind changing a few things for me even after their work was done. And gotta tell you. Ed and the rest of the staff were very easy to work with. It was a fun experience. Thanks guys. Appreciate it.

I have know Mark and Bo since college days at UH so I already knew they would do a spectacular job as DJ's for my wedding. They worked with their friend James to provide the MC work. They kept the crowd moving the whole time and worked closely with our wedding coordinator to keep the night on schedule. We had compliments from all of our guests on how much fun they all had thanks to Culture Kinetic. I would highly recommend them in the future. They are also a steal for the services they provide. If you need commercial work done, Ed is the man! Extremely fast, efficient, great communication, and most importantly, produces superb work! Being a graphic designer myself, I had very high expectations. My needs were met and surpassed. Thanks for the great work !

Edward and Bo were outstanding for my son and new daughter-in-law's wedding. We gave them a brief set list of new, old, rock, country, and dance. They built a great evening of wonderful and engaging music. Highly recommend Culture Kinetic.

If you are reading this review for your wedding, I do understand how stressful this search can be. I started planning Hawaii wedding not realizing how hard selecting videographer can be without meeting them in person. Luckily, my husband found Culture Kinetic very last minute when one other contractor canceled on us a week before our wedding. (I am thankful that they did. Because of them, we ended up worked with Culture Kinetic.) We did not have much info about CK, yet decided to work with them because they were very sincere, flexible, and helpful during entire communication. I believe that they have many experiences with music video therefore your video will coordinates well with your choice of music. We had a fun and relaxed wedding and our music video captures the essence of vibe. Whether your weddings are formal, emotional, casual, I strongly believe that Ed will deliver a great memory of your day. During our wedding day, they were very fun to work with. They coordinate with our photographer well in a professional way. I am sure it would not be so easy for both photographer and videographer work together on site when both want to capture in their best way. Also, I tend to be very stiff in front of camera and I was worried a lot before the wedding, but Ed and his crews blended into the environment so well I was not so self-conscious. (Kudos for the people who can act naturally in front of all source of media.)Time-wise, it took somewhat long time until we got the first draft. Fast production was not our priority, but if you need it sooner you should talk to them in advance. I am so grateful that we decided to hire Ed for our special day and keep fun and vibrant wedding video for a very long time. I hope that we can work with them again for a next big event.
