The best investment I ever made is a telescope microfiber mop from Crestek cleaning center . Their located right across from McKinley high school on Kapiolani Blvd. I had to buy a new replacement because my old one broke near the extension of the rod. I remember my original microfiber mop cost me a good penny about $95. Here at Crestek they sell good quality products mostly for commercial cleaning business and also small businesses. The good thing they do sell to the public also . After work today I went to the store and they practice safe protocol with hand sanitizer set up in the front door also they have a temperature machine . Got there a sales person was very friendly and asked if I needed help. I explain I need a new Rod for my microfiber mop. She guided me to the area and said they have the same one but it was still expensive. Afterwards she recommended behind the counter they have another type available. It was even much cheaper so I was happy it was only $15 for the rod and the microfiber pad was only $6. That was a deal so I bought 2 mops. I like this type of mop because the microfiber pad is attached with a Velcro so when you remove it you can easily clean it than put it back on easily. Plus the rod is a telescope so it can be extended for under beds and high ceilings. Support local and happy cleaning for the New Years

I went for a particular product for my slate tiles in the outdoor patio...I wanted to waterproof seal them and then make them shine. The product I originally went for was all out. The service rep was knowledgeable and if she didn't know the answer...wait for it...she asked SOMEONE ELSE who KNEW!!I came out with a better product than before AND I bought a spray that you spray on your tiles in your bathroom and it basically makes the mold and mildew go away with NO SCRUBBING or WORK!!

Carolyn & Edie both replied to me quickly and courteously on my question of putting in an order for 1 item.The first follow-up was through email, on the same day as my inquiry. They are closed over the weekend, but I tried to contact them anyway. I wasn't expecting a response when they were closed, and was happy that they acknowledged me on a Sunday.The second follow-up was a week and a half later by telephone, to let me know that my order had arrived.The price was right, and they didn't forget about me. Don't waste your time on that cheap stuff at your big name stores.This is the only and best place for all cleaning needs. The staff here is very knowledgeable of all items in inventory also very friendly and helpful ... 5 stars *****

This store located at central Kapiolani Boulevard is the bomb. They have products for just about every cleaning job that you need. Prices are reasonable compared to Walmart or Long's and there is ample parking in their parking lot. Des helped us find what we needed. She was very knowledgeable about the products and provided excellent customer service. Took the time to explain the different products on the shelf. We asked her about the specific cleaning needed around our house and Des let us know what to buy and even the type of scrubbing pad works best that they sell. You know what? The products really work. Yes, yes, and yes! That's why I'm giving it 5 stars. Go and check it out. Housework just became a pleasure again.
