It's nice to do biz with a company has been around for 30 years. I originally purchased avfuton sofa with a 6-7? inch mattress from the same location in 1995. I wanted to upgrade and only replace the futon. Found them listed on Yelp. Owner Roberto explained the different types and features of mattresses available. You can test them in the showroom for your preference. Got it reliably delivered as scheduled by Superman Ricardo. So thankful for Creative Furniture!

Creative Furniture has been in business for decades. Located on Waimanu St just off of Ward Ave. A family run business that delivers great customer service at a good price. They're possibly one of the last furniture stores that carry Futon furniture and Mattresses. Bob Thomas is the owner and does a fantastic job servicing his customers and making everyone feel comfortable. What a great place to go to if you are looking for futon bedding. We found just what we were looking for. The person who helped us was a joy to work with, very knowledgeable, all with a smile on his face. I highly recommend this shop.

Quality of the full size futon is great and the replacement upgraded pad with inner springs was great. I moved and their original delivery and set up person did it lightning fast and even replaced a cracked piece which if he did not notice I certainly would not have. Dealing with the owner was very easy and aggravation free unfortunately dealing with his son was a very different experience as things the father said could've done but with the son it can't be done without an additional fee.

I searched online and tried two futon mattresses from Amazon but were too thin you could feel the wooden frame through it. I found Creative Furniture while searching and they had exactly what I wanted. The mattress is so comfy and well made!

Let's just say that this place sells the best futons period. My husband and I bought our first futon sifa from here 7 years ago, and it's still in good condition and still comfortable. Therefore, we decided to get another one this year for our living room. They still have a great selection of furniture and futons, and of course the customer service is still wonderful. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a futon and furniture. The furniture is well made (made in Indonesia) and their futons are super comfortable. Seriously the best sleep ever!

Great selection of futons and futon couches. The owner was very helpful and also gave me a discount. They had exactly what I needed. My double size futon was wrapped in plastic and loaded into my truck. I highly recommend this company. Go check them out when you're ready to buy a new futon. You'll be very happy with them and their selections.

New to the area and needed a multi-functional sofa/bed and went to see Bob on a Saturday. I cannot remember if it was delivered that day or the next but it was prompt. The installer took off his shoes without me asking. We went all out, futon frame, mattress, and cover. We loved it. Then we did not. We spent a month on it and it just did not suit our needs. After just over 30 days, I reached out and asked if they would exchange the frame. To our astonishment, Bob said yes and the same day he sent the installer to our house. The old one was packed up and removed and the new one built. All this in less than 3 hours.We didn't shop around and never would if we can buy what we need here.
