This is a great store. My girls (aged 4 and 8) and I (age to remain a secret!) really think the things provided here are really cute. They do have another store at Ward Warehouse, but it doesn't have nearly as many styles or sizes (my girls are very tiny). This store has a good selection of trendy clothes, footwear, and accessories for the fun and fabulous girl in your life. We valet parked our car, and it was worth every penny - which we probably could have gotten around had we remembered to validate! But we were so excited by our finds that we forgot! :)

My hubby and I went inside to look into the store since they had an eye catching window display outside. Was very turned off by the Asian sales woman there. I am Asian as well. We didn't have our kids with us at the time and I wanted to browse. As I went to go look at their clothing hanging on their racks, the sales woman was right there at the rack asking me how old were my children and what sizes was I looking for. Then she would take them off the racks herself to show me without ever letting me actually feel the quality or check the size myself then put them on the rack. She kept telling me that the outfit would fit my girls very well. I mentioned to her that I would have to bring them into her store to see if they would like it and to see if it would fit them. I'm thinking why isn't she letting me handle them. Then I thought, well maybe she was trying to help me look for the sizes I was looking for. So I went to another hanging rack cuz I saw another outfit that caught my eye. She did the same exact thing. Didn't let me touch, feel or see it. She just kept handling the outfits and insisting they would fit my children. Now this time I was not having a positive feeling about this sales woman. Twice she has not let me look, feel or touch the clothing without her showing it to me then hanging them back on the rack. Then I saw some sandals on their floor. (Thinking that is she going to do the same thing for the 3rd time?). So I physically went over to check for what sizes they had. I purposely picked up a smaller size sandal to see what she would do. Well there she was again like a hawk never leaving my side and not letting me physically look, feel and touch the sandals. She kept asking me what shoe size does my children wear. Then pushing me with her sales pitch that those sandals goes well with the outfits she had shown me. For your opinion while looking at the condition of those sandals, they looked liked they've been worn a few times. No mint condition there! At this point my hubby and I walked out of the store. He saw her approaching me and seeing her never leaving my side and not let me physically get a chance to touch, feel and see them. He couldn't believe it! As he is my eye witness. It seems to me that she didn't want me handling the items in the store thinking that I would steal them or something?? I would never to do that and why would I!!' I have no idea what the store policies are for their employees! Don't know if she's the owner or an employee. Obviously she left a very, very uncomfortable feeling for us!! I have never been into a store like this ever! Having this uncomfortable feeling like I was a thief or something, not letting me actually handle the merchandise myself. This store has lost my business!! I willnever set foot and browse in their store again!!!This place is not worth even 1 STAR!! There are many other cute children's boutique elsewhere who are nice and makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable and you want to be a repeated loyal customer. NOT HERE!! Take your business elsewhere!! Don't shop here unless you want your sales person to be at your side at all times watching you like a hawk!!

My husband and I spent our staycation honeymoon at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, where they have these "Crazy Fish" shops scattered here and there kind of like the ABC Stores. Very cute clothing, I love the colors and the cute designs, which was what drew me in in the first place. But after wearing my dress just twice there was already a huge hole in the back where the materials were sewn together. Then I realized the other seams on my dress were already coming apart. Thankfully, I got it on clearance but if I bought it at the original price of $70, it would've been a total rip-off (no pun intended). The service was "meh" as well. Of course, I've only visited this store once, but just from this bad experience and the poor quality of their expensive merchandise, I probably won't be returning anytime soon.

The clothes are cute. A young woman and another woman who I think is the manager make it very difficult to shop. They are trying to be helpful but are constantly asking questions about style and color and offering choices so you have no time to actually mull over the merchandise. Also my daughter tried on a few things that were clearly too large and they tried to offer undergarments or altering. We ended up exchanging an item and it was the same thing all over again. The ambiance with all that pressure isn't relaxing. For the money I would not shop here, the ability to not return is problematic, and for a dress that costs 80.00 (child's dress) any other high end store would offer returns.

My absolute favorite casual "Hawaiian modern " dress store in Hawaii. I've been shopping here for years and it always my first stop in Honolulu. I usually end up with five to six styles to take home ! I live in California so these are throw on dresses for me 9 months of the year. Cute, inexpensive and casual. They also have about 30% of the store in children's clothing.

The woman working store on 7/9 at 430p to 5p ripped me off. She over charged me for a shirt I purchased as well as barrettes. She lied about cost of shirt , took the tag off so I couldn't see the sale price. She also over charged taxes on.my purchase.. i waa told ome price , only to discover I waa charged something else. Tried to contact store, phone number doesn't even work. Horrible. Dont give this store your business. Liars, rip off artist, conniving. Ridiculous!!!!

The staff was very pushy, and items were way more expensive than the quality. When I finally purchased something I later regretted it, as the material was thin and wasn't even close to the right size. When I tried to return my items they would not let me.

I am staying at Marriott Resort and Crazy Fish is in the same tower. This morning I bought a $90 ladies dress as gift for my daughter. When I got back to my room and took the dress out of the bag i noticed one of the straps was detached. I scrounged in the bag and found a connecting piece had just fallen off. When I inspected closer I realized there were four of these flimsy plastic rings at each place where straps connected. There was no way the dress could be worn without a seamstress fixing it so I went back down to return it THE SAME DAY WITHIN HOURS of purchase. The salesperson would NOT REFUND my money happily pointing to a small sign and printing on the receipt "no refunds" This was NOT a sale item. As it was DEFECTIVE I was not interested in other merchandise from this establishment. Now I have $90 dress no one can wear. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Not an honest business practice. Purchase an item and it isn't until AFTER you have signed your CC slip you find out they do not do refunds.Cleverly worded 2nd stores receipt attached to your cc receipt informs you they will exchange items. Too late you have signed and paid. If you try to return you are then pointed to a sign on the wall not directly behind where you sign and waste your money on something that doesn't work. I went back to the store on Kalakaua a couple of times with no success, I contacted the DCCA Consumer Protection Division to complain but I cannot locate an office where to mail my complaint before I can file with the AG of Hawaii.

This store is really cute. It's similar to cinnamon girl without all the matchy-matchy prints and dresses. It's got a nice selection of tops, dresses and jewelry for anyone. If you don't want to deal with the whole Aloha Tower parking business, there's another store in Ward too.
