Courtyard Cafe P.O.D

This P.O.D. has a little bit of everything. It's the perfect little shop to dip into if you catch yourself hungry while on campus. During school seasons they've got a lot to offer: a hot bar, a salad bar, grab-n-go salads and sandwiches, musubi's, coffee, canned and bottled drinks, microwavable foods (that you can actually microwave there), snacks and munchies and even F'Real shakes! Prices are great too. Where a sandwich can run you $4+ at 7-11, it's under $3 here. Awesome. The hot bar and salad bar items are priced by weight. They even have a few other items like pens and batteries and practical stuff like that. The attendants are always fast and friendly as well. School seasons they open from 7:30a-7:30p. During the summer they're usually closed and then reopen a few weeks ahead of Fall semester with modified hours of 11:00a-2:00p (something like that).Great POD. Beats having to go off campus.

This is a cozy cafeteria at Chaminade University. There is a fresh salad bar and a hot meals bar. They are charged by weight. You can enjoy the Starbucks Coffee and smoothies as well.Personally I like their soups. various small bento, musubi, sandwiches, snacks, drinks, and desserts are also available. No seats inside but many picnic tables at outside for students.It is a very clean and cute place for a little break~*

I go to Chaminade so this may be bias, however, this POD has some of the best foods that I have ever tried at any university. I have been all over the west coast to large universities and none of them compare to the quality, variety of healthy choices, and warm customer service that the POD provides. Great thing is - it is open to providing not only to students, but the public! If ever in the area looking for a healthy meal, unhealthy meal, spam musubi, Starbucks coffee, f'real shake, chips, sandwiches, etc - visit um!And make sure to give Charlotte a hug! She's the best!
