Course Hawaii

We were looking for someone who would cater our wedding at a secluded beach on Labor day weekend and found Course on IG as they have done some great work and they had great reviews on yelp as well. They have even worked for celebrities such as the Rock. The reason why is that Chef Andrew and his team are absolutely fantastic! We had a party of about 70 guests, and the Course team helped serve all the food and drinks. Everyone praised their professionalism and great attitude throughout the night and to this day. Best of all, everyone is still raving about the food. Some people have told me that "it was the best wedding food they have ever had." The appetizers were sliders and garlic shrimp. The short rib and fresh white fish were showstopper entrees and all the sides garlic noodles, rice, potatoes and veggies really completed the meal! Chef Andrew also offers a oyster bar and that was a huge hit! FYI order more than less as folks were destroying these oysters and Chef was putting in work shucking them to order. We really wanted to thank Course for making our special day extremely successful and would definitely recommend them to anyone hosting an event in Oahu!

Do this one! Chef Andrew and Chef Loraine were awesome. Super fast response time and they provide EVERYTHING! We did a cooking class as our team activity for 6 and we all loved it. We just showed up and got cooking lessons from the Chef who was The Rock's personal Chef!Personally, I would recommend this 100% for visiting family and friends. It was so great and such a fun time. The whole day was from about 11am - 3pm and Chef Andrew and Chef Loraine were 30 minutes early to set up and care fully prepared with all the tools and ingredients. There wasn't one thing we cooked that I could not put into practice when I'm back home. They broke down all the steps and told us a few secrets and tips too! For $175 a person, we learned how to cook (hands on!) coconut mochi, Kauai Prawns, Fish, Seared Ahi and Poke (3 flavors). Such a good value. 5/5 highly recommend!Mahalo

I truly enjoy working with Chef Andrew and his team. His ability to create custom menus at reasonable prices that work to fit your budget is one of his biggest strengths! He accommodates all needs and makes perfect suggestions as needed. We have received countless compliments on the food and he is personally one of my go to preferred chefs. Highly recommended!

I agree with all of the five star reviews before me. Ordered the Mothers Day Special w/delivery. Coordinating and payment was seamless. Meal was even better. I can honestly say it was one of the best meals I had in a while, if not EVER! Everything was on point and the prime rib was cooked to perfection. Wife (mom) was really happy so my goal was accomplished. Thanks Andrew!

Chef Andrew was very easy to talk to, quick to respond and was very accommodating (esp with food allergies). Lots of back and forth through e-mail since we were not on the island, and as annoying as I was with all the changes and questions, Chef Andrew was amazing. He also makes great suggestions with food pairings, and of course everything was delicious! I am so glad to have found him to cater our tinee tiny little wedding at Koulua Ranch on October 16, 2017. I would highly recommend Course Hawaii for your wedding. Food and service were top notch. :)

Thank you Chef Andrew!! We booked our wedding catering starting with max 200 which ended up being 240! but he was still able to work with the initial menu we chose, even though it involved more work for his team. He was able to create a custom menu which was everything that we loved. Chef Andrew was also very accommodating and was able to work with our budget as well as provide us with everything we asked for! Everything went smoothly and the food tasted delicious!After the wedding, our guest couldn't stop talking about the menu we had and were so happy with the service. That meant a lot to us that not only we enjoyed it, but our guest did as well!Thank you Chef Andrew for making our wedding night the best night ever! We couldn't have asked for a better catering vendor.

Excellent experience with Chef Andrew Stone - amazing food for our party of 9 during our vacation in Hawaii! He is responsive to emails and super chilled out with great attention to his menu/dinner. Highly recommend him for your next vacation or event in Oahu

The sushi was on time , tasting very clean and fresh , and delivered within 10mintues of ordering nearby ! Chef ethan was amazing with his skills and served that four-course meal leaving us starving for more!
