This store always has the cutest clothes with the best quality! I needed an outfit to go out to dinner in and Savana was so helpful, she asked about the color and style I was thinking of and picked a few different outfits off the racks for me to try on. I fell in love with this stone gray simple but really comfy romper with a low back and pockets. She said that I could dress it up with some cute accessories for my night out and I could also use it casually for going shopping or running errands. I love an outfit that is versatile! I really appreciated the time and advice she offered. Every time someone compliments my romper I tell them to go to Cookies in Windward Mall and ask for Savana, she will help you find something you'll fall in love with! I will definitely be shopping there again because of her!

Just left this place and while the clothes are cute, the service is not. No greeting to my mother and I while other customers were greeted. When asked if there was another size in one of the shirts, a curt "no" was given and that was it. Judging by other Yelper's one star reviews, it seems my customer service experience was not isolated. What does one gain from being rude to customers? Hmmmm...If you want a sale or repeat customers drop the attitude!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.This most recent time, I went in looking for a gift. I left disappointed and pissed off. None of the employees said anything to me when I came in. None of them said anything to me while I was looking through the racks. Yet, they were more than happy to greet customers that were, literally, 3 feet away from me. None of the employees asked me if I needed help or anything, and yet some other ladies that were nearby were helped. What the hell kind of service is that? I'd much rather spend my money to get better products and service somewhere else. I'm not stepping one toe in this store again.I definitely don't recommend shopping here.

So I walked in 15 minutes ago and there are two sales people and not one greeted me nor asked me if I needed any help. no other customer is in here so I'm either invisible or they're rude but I think it's a combination of both.I rate them only two stars because of the lack of customer service and although their clothes are cute, you still need customer service to sell. If I needed advice or had a question, if there's no one around to answer then how do you sell? how do I get any blouses down if I need something? So I need to reach up on my own and get it?I think I will shop Eden In Love all the way back in town instead. They have awesome customer service and similar items. I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to get better customer service than to walk right across the street from where I work to be ignored! I see in previous reviews other customers have the same concerns about being ignored and rude customer service! Obviously this establishment does not care as they've never addressed it because it continues. Too bad, as their clothes are cute.

I have always been a fan of Cookies clothing, the fair pricing and the selection they offer. The customer service at Windward mall has always been the best, they always have the neatest and tidiest store. Nicole is always more than happy to help you select something cute. I rarely ever walk out without something cute, and always have a great experience there!

really great store. i didn't even buy anything but like the vibe was so cool and the clothes looked really cute. kinda expensive though. the music wasn't the greatest but i'd definitely recommend this store to anyone young or old. super well lit and great decor. real nice indie chill outfits.

Kristin at the Windward Mall location went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I wish all my purchasing experiences was with someone like Kristin. I highly recommend Cookies Clothing Windward Mall to everyone. Thank you Kristin for being so awesome!!

Went into cookies and was greeted by Caitlyn, she was so helpful and bubbly. She helped me pick out 2 rompers I would not have normally even tried on, and they looked GREAT!! thank you Caitlyn for helping me expand my style, such a great eye for fashion!

Went there a couple weeks ago and was helped by Savana with an outfit I needed specifically down to the specific material that I needed and wanted that I know cookies had. She showed me the material of the clothes I wanted down to every single color. Came back and she wasn't there, but whoever was, wasn't helpful much. Waited a couple more times and even called the store asking when she was working because she helped me well. Went back when she was working and bought hundreds in the material clothing that I liked. She was knowledgeable on the styles, color, and design of everything I wanted down to everything I didn't and it was a great outfit. Will return to this location often!

Great staff and great prices. I love shopping at boutiques! Agnes was so helpful and sweet. She has great customer service!! At a lot of other boutiques, the staff can be pushy, but here, I never felt pressured to buy anything. Just so happened that I found the cutest dress/romper ever. The dress wasn't in my exact size so Agnes checked other locations, no luck. But, she was so cute and supportive and really made me feel like I could pull the dress off. I'll definitely be going again.
