Walked by this store with my daughter and there was a cute dress in the window so we went in. Clothes were so cute and the woman at the register was nice. She kept her distance and made us feel comfortable (usually employees act dumb in little boutique stores like this, following us everywhere and not asking us for help) but the lady who worked here was nice so it made our experience great. Wound up buying two dresses-- one for my daughter that she liked, and the dress in the window for me. Excellent customer service, and great selections!Also, to the person who wrote a review about them not taking a pair of earrings back: most businesses wont take earrings or underwear back after you leave the store for sanitary reasons. No one knows if you tried it on after you left and no one wants to get stuck with something that they cant sell afterwards. Just saying.

While we were waiting to get a text for our dinner reservation around the corner and decided to walk around and found this store. It is a cute little shop with a mixture of dresses, jewelry, and other items that are decently priced. There was also a sale and I mean who doesn't like a sale? The lady who was working greeted us and offered to assist us with anything that we needed. She was pleasant and helpful to everyone who came into the store. If you are in the area swing by and support your local business!

Chelsea was a sweet heart from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left. She helped me pick out dresses, rompers, jumpsuits and was all about it. Thank you for helping and giving me your honest opinion! I'm sure I'll be back for the short dress soon

I frequent the Hawaii Kai location and today was fortunate to be in when the owner was working! Superb guest service and great product at affordable price!As I told the owner this is the perfect store for the lady who is not so forever 21 anymore but still wants style, trend and affordable in her 30s! Big Mahalo for all my special finds!

Since I live on the Windward side, I usually got to the Cookies in the Windward Mall, but their service has gone down.I really like their style in clothing, but Kaneohe recently changed Management, and the Manager seemed uptight.. wouldn't accept a return, was not very friendly , didn't smile, and I have been disappointed in their inconsistency.She also told me they do not participate in the $100 Stamp Card anymore, which disappointed me even more!On one of my lunch breaks, I happened to run into the Cookies store in the Ward Center, not knowing it was here (even though I work 5 minutes away for the last 10 years!LOL). I thought I would see what they had.I was immediately greeted with a smile by the nicest associate, Dana. She pointed out the sales items, and new things that just came in. I told her of a return, I had, and she helped me with no problem. She was by herself, but seemed to multi-task well, and help all the customers with ease. She got me a room, and helped me with picking the right colors for me.She was so fun to work with , I ended up spending almost $100 of merchandise, AND Dana gladly gave me stamps towards a new Stamp Card, which she said they do participate in. Dana impressed me so much, I texted a Yelp review on her great service , right there on the spot!She was so surprised and thankful, that it really changed my outlook on their service.I went back 2 days later, and another associate and the Ward Center Manager helped me out with again, fantastic service, I ended up buying more stuff! LOL.I would DEFINITELY recommend shopping at the Ward Center Cookies Clothing, they have the cutest clothing, perfect for Hawaii, great Maxi dresses, and affordable.You will definitely get my business ! :)TIP of The Day- Spend $100 and receive $10 off your next purchase. I love all the Cookies locations but I go to the Hawaii Kai store the most as it is near my house. They have really cute up to date clothing and accessories. Their prices are great too. There is always a sale rack out front so you can find items which are very reasonable. I also find that different locations carry different styles. This is a good neighborhood option for us Hawaii Kai folks who may need a last minute outfit before going out. Go check out this cute little shop!!

I like the store but again, their return policy is very unforgiving. I purchased a pair of pants a couple of days ago. Came home and washed them as I always wash clothes before I wear. After one wash a seam unraveled at the waist. I took them back to show the sales person but she told me there was nothing she could do about it. I think stores should stand behind their product. I knew they do not do returns on change of mind, but not even for a defective item? I think retailers should stand behind their products. Very disappointing.
