Conny your Italian Chef

One of my best friends had always wanted to go to Italy-I couldn't afford to take her to Italy, but I could let her enjoy an authentic Italian dinner here in Hawaii-I had contacted several Italian restaurants, and they either could not accommodate us, or didn't offer the atmosphere and quality I was looking for.I found Conny and sent her a message.She was super accommodating, visited my house to see if my kitchen/dining area would work for her.She sent me a menu and walked me thru the process- was very helpful with decorating ideas and set up.The day of, she showed up at my house with all of her supplies. The house smelled amazing. The food was so fresh and beautifully prepared and served.I can't say enough about how fantastic the night turned out.Two thumbs WAAY way up!!Thank you so much Conny

Conny is the best and most accommodating teacher and chef! She makes it all easy by breaking it down into steps explaining the why, all the way through. She made our "evening in Italy" a party to remember. Delicious, we ate until we couldn't eat anymore but with her cooking, you still want more even though you are full! Thankfully, we got to bring some home to munch on once our stomachs could accommodate more. Thank you Conny we couldn't have asked for a better lesson or meal. We'll be back for more very soon!

WOW! That is all I can say! My husband and I wanted something special for our trip to Hawaii a few years ago and we came across Conny-and she delivered! We have now been blessed by her cooking twice and both times we were blown away by the quality and love she pours into her cooking! Our first time was a gorgeous 3 course meal that was so fresh and delicious! This last trip we opted for pizza which was completely from scratch and she was happy to walk me through the whole process and let me tell you-best pizza I have had in my life. My husband is still raving about it! We will use her every time we visit the island! You will never meet a kinder soul or a better Italian chef than this woman here. Highly recommend if you want a unique, personal experience for either an intimate gathering or a group of friends.

Conny is AMAZING!! You won't regret your Italian experience with her! We requested Conny for a birthday dinner and Conny went above and beyond! She even was so lovely to cater to my gluten-free request. Conny is professional and also she made us feel like family! You won't regret her pizza, lasagna, pesto, seafood pasta, and of course her tiramisu. Squisito!! Mahalo again Conny!!

The PERFECT party! Conny is a brilliantly talented chef, a teacher and host. I hired her for a party of six for my boyfriend's birthday. She taught us to make fresh pasta, tiramisu and the most delicous ragù Bilognese. We learned recipes that I thought would be way to complicated for me. For three hours we cooked and time flew by because we had so much fun. She's able to accomodate everyone's taste and include everyone in the cooking process. She also taught us tips and recipes we can now cook on our own. I can't recommend her enough as a private chef and cooking instructor. She truly brings the taste and warmth of Sicily to O'ahu.
