Coffee or Tea？Kailua

We highly recommend this spot...we love the rainbow shave ice and iced honey black tea with boba.

Cute vibes & I liked my drink! I got the papaya milk with coconut milk. It wasn't too sweet. We were in the area & found this cute shop with boba, coffee, & snacks. If we had more time I would have definitely stayed & chilled for a bit. The barista was nice & she got our drinks out quick. Was pleasantly surprised all around good things!

Love this place. Parking kinda sucks but the matcha is great hurry. Friendly and quick service. I recommend this place!

2.5/5 - Papaya milk with boba - Wish I had known it was just papaya powder with milk but I probably should've expected that. It was just ok but I wouldn't get again. Boba was also ok but kinda soggy 4/5 - Jasmine Green Milk Tea with tea jello - Very fragrant and had a strong tea flavor3/5 - Assam Black Tea with lychee jello - Average

A little hole in the wall Asian coffee shop, but worth a stop. The iced Americano is fantastic. Plenty of pastries and snacks available as well.

BRING CASH! There's a $10 min for credit car purchases and some drinks are under 5 for the smallest (16 oz) size. Came here craving a refreshing drink after a day of hiking and spending time at the beach. Ordered 2 assam milk teas with boba ($4.45 each including tax). The boba is pretty chewy and the milk tea has a decent amount of sweetness, but overall it's a pretty standard boba drink. If you're fromSouthern CA, I'd liken the milk tea here to Quickly or Lollicup. Overall, it satisfied our boba craving, but I would likely check out another spot if I wanted a higher quality tea and boba selection.

Nice staff, quick service and clean shop. That's the only reason they got two stars. This might be a better place to get tea if that is what you are looking for. I got my usual, oat milk,latte, and it tasted like coffee with oat milk. A year ago I started making espresso for the wife and myself at home. Until I got the correct process down, mine tasted like coffee, and not the rich smooth taste you get when you pull an espresso shot and get the crema. I'm guessing this place is not run by coffee connoisseur's. I don't necessarily consider myself to be one, but I do believe I know a good espresso when I taste it. There is a little art combined with science to pull an espresso shot correctly. This shop needs to get educated in this subject, or just drop it from the menu. Ended up pretending to trip and dropped my latte in a garbage can so the wife would know I would be getting another one.

I have very fond memories of Coffee or Tea in the McCully shopping center. The only good boba in Kailua I thought would be this place. So when I had a craving for some boba, I headed to my one and only Coffee or Tea. Ordered the Hazelnut Milk Tea with boba as well as a #4 shave ice which has strawberries, pineapple, condensed milk, boba, and vanilla ice cream. First off, great selecton, super nice guy working the whole place by himself. Both items were made quickly. I knew everything was powder and would be on the sweeter side. Boba was sooooo soft and chewy. The hazelnut milk tea was really good for what it was. Just like how I remembered. The shave ice on the other hand was not as good as I remembered. Tasted like a gummy bear through and through. Ice was nice and fine, but the goopy syrup was way too sweet and was very over powering. Great for kids looking for a candy treat, but not for me.

The teas are super tasty. I always have a great experience when I come here. I also love that they're on doordash!

So sad. We gave them so much business , going there 3-4 times a week and we only asked to change our order one time and they refused and had to pay for it. That was our last time there.
