A decor of your own...It's amazing what a year did to CocoNene as I remember that this was a slipper store with some build your own decor items which now has focused on just the decor items exclusively and what a beautiful direction they've gone to. Located in Ala Moana Center Street Level near Centerstage if the storefront hasn't captured your attention what they have here certainly will.Fun is what you'll find especially if you're local the humor is definitely there as "On Island time" is their clock where you can turn a simple wall clock with adding a pendulum is the cutest idea along with their Longboard Letter by filling in the gaps with various items that represents the moment and is very interchangeable so nothing is set and permanent is a bit how we live with each new day."'Opihi Stickers" lol!! Aahhh the creativity of it all as you choose what you want to stick on your surfboard and they do have a bunch to choose from along with picture frames and ornaments there's so much to choose though it all can add up as each item are individually priced here and it's all fun and vibrant that will make anyone smile and the staff here is wonderful to help you with any questions.Thank you!

Loved the build your own frames for photo frame shopping. I liked how you can come up with your own frames with different wooden cut outs, letters and so on. The associates were also super duper nice too!

Island sole has tons of footwear as well as the perfect customizable Hawaii souvenir or gift by a brand named CocoNene! This shop is located on the ground level outside of the ground level food court. Although it's a little pricey, I love my souvenir to commemorate our wedding anniversary in Hawaii! You choose a wooden longboard base size, fill it up with wooden letters, characters, photo frames, plant decor, or animals. There are so many to choose from! The base itself says "made in Hawaii" and the decor is all Hawaii / tropical themed. The base I purchased which was the biggest one along with 9 separate pieces cost almost $70, but no regrets! The letters and icons that are placed into the longboard base are NOT stable or permanently placed into it unless you glue it yourself. It should definitely be in a sturdy place and kept away from children. You can keep changing up the design if you get a bunch of different pieces. The friendly staff member thanked me for shopping local and I'll definitely be back to make more for loved ones!

Cute items, but really disappointed that they stopped carrying shoes. Guess that makes sense since they dropped IslandSole. Store is super bright and clean. Bonus points to the quick response of their team. Other locations still have shoes! Yay!

I love this shop! If you are looking for unique Made in Hawaii souvenirs, this is the shop you must check! It was like a puzzle , I picked a small surfboard base first. Then I tried so many items to put in the slots. I chose these 3 items, then, I tried different color items.... The sales person gave me an advice if I need! I also got Christmas ornaments. She put each of them in a gift bag with different background paper! She checked color of ornament, then picked perfect match background paper. She was awesome!It's located near the center stage, mountain side. Those 4 items I got was little over $50, so the gift box was free (as of 9/14/2023).
