Speedy elevators. Friendly staff. Clean and fresh smelling at all times. Pool area is large and clean albeit a bit uninspiring. 3/4 mile walk across DeRusy Park to beach and fun. Definitely would stay here again.

Stayed here based upon the ratings but not sure how they scored what they did. The rooms were just okay, not anything special. There is no housekeeping, towels are available at the front desk and you have to dispose of your own trash. There is the perk of the no charge use of washer and dryer and they do have laundry detergent available. We had rented a car and the parking is $40 a day. The guys (Jay, Greg, Mark) parking the cars are knowledgeable of the area and really friendly. They were the people we asked the most about were to eat dinner and always got a good recommendation. The room could have been cleaner. As the air vent was extremely dusty. One of the drawers had a dead water bug. The shower head was corroded but they replaced that on the second day we were there. The hotel is in a great location for dining and shopping but it's a little noisier than we would have liked.

This was my first time and it won't be my last. This place was very close to shopping and restaurants. The front desk and valet were very welcoming. So I stayed in a studio with a stand only balcony. However, my view and location could not get any better. I heard the Rooster in the morning with a view of the sun rising. We drove to the beach but it could have been walked. The shopping with a very beautiful mall is just blocks away, actually there is two. If you love luxury as well such as Prada, Hemes, channel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton... etc then the walk will put you in heaven but, don't worry it's a mixture of stores and food all around. Please note their parking is 45.00 a day. Also some energy fee per day mines was like 10.50

Stayed here my first few nights in Hawaii. I loved how close this was to the Waikiki shops and how it was also not far from the local neighborhoods (where all the good food is). This place is also off the bus line (definitely get the holo card day pass for $10). I loved the room, especially the kitchenette. I would definitely come back. The only thing I wish was better was the pool, but with the beach only a walk away, I understand why the pool area is so small.

Pikake (the activities coordinator) is such a talented and sweet gal! We brought our 8 year old daughter to her Hawaiian tiles activity and it was so fun. Please do more cultural activities so we can continue to learn more about this beautiful island and its wonderful people. Thank you, Pikake for teaching us. We had so much fun! Our daughter especially loved it :-) Mahalo!

We have stayed here numerous time and enjoy it each time. The location is close enough to Waikiki to enjoy all the hustle and bustle - but also a few blocks off the main drag to enjoy some peace and serenity. The canal is right across the street which provides for an enjoyable morning or evening walk. Of course there is an ABC store at the end of the corner for all your quick needs. The staff are always very friendly. Our room was not available when trying to check in 2 hours early. The desk stored our luggage for us so we could enjoy the afternoon in Waikiki. The rooms are extremely spacious - AC, fridge, microwave, sink, table and basic necessitates.

We had an opportunity to stay at the Club Wyndham in Waikiki. It was a fantastic stay. We had a Presidential suite that had a spectacular view pictures below. It's a timeshare place so it's not the typical hotel experience. It's a hotel building converted to condos/private residence shared by groups of people. You know how it works. Minutes from everything and anything. Make sure your bring your platinum AMEX or an equivalent, it's a pretty pricey town. Beautiful beautiful beautiful!!!! Save your money check it out. Oh amd by the way you don't have to buy a timeshare

I stayed at my parents' timeshare at this location and we loved our studio room w/kitchenette. Room felt spacious for 4 people. Overall hotel seemed clean and had very fast elevators. Amenities were nice.. my dad loved the zen garden and game room. I was not impressed with the pool.. definitely not kid-friendly and half the pool is deep at 6 ft. I highly suggest they renovate the pool area so kids can safely enjoy it more. Lady at the concierge was soo pushy with her sales pitch. She even called our room after we politely declined her multiple times. That put a bad taste in our mouth. Valet was fast and efficient. Stores & restaurants within walking distance so i didn't mind the walk. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

We are staying here via an exchange through our timeshare. It's a very tall building shared with The Royal Garden at 440 Olohana. The lobby looks classy and staff at check in was very friendly. We were gonna leave our luggage having arrived in the morning and coming back to check in at 3:00. But to our surprise, we were accommodated right away and shown our room. Our studio had a king size bed and a small kitchenette. Room is very clean, and up to standards with our timeshare. Furnitures are nice and well put together. Fourth floor has laundry facilities and lounge but unfortunately lounge was closed for upgrade. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel always marks the start of a good vacation.
