WOW! Almost feel like gatekeeping this place lol but sharing is caring. What a PERFECT location to everything. The only flaw is depending on what side you get of the resort determines your view (I'm talking overlooking the parking lot vs. overlooking the main street) Other than that, this place has everything you need, our room had awesome newer furniture, and you truly can't beat the hop skip and a jump to everything.

The staff here is all super friendly and the customer service is great all around. The property doesn't have some amenities as some of the others around. Example: 1 jacuzzi only (which is always full in the evenings), no ambience torch lights at night, no restaurants on-site, and no beach access from the resort, etc. But, you know all of this upon booking and it is in a very central location (close to walk to everything and can get to the beach in less than 5 minutes too). There is a game room which is fun for the evenings as well. Low Hawaiian music plays usually throughout the day in the background. Rooms are standard and clean. Kitchens come with glasses, a rice cooker, coffee maker, silverware, water pitcher, pans, and a few casserole cooking dishes. If you plan to cook you may want to bring some plastic bags or Tupperware as the rooms don't have this. Great, central location for those planning by on exploring the nearby surroundings.

Ahhhhhhh.....we finally found it! I love Oahu but Waikiki has never been my favorite place to stay. The struggle is real. This place was far better than anywhere else I've stayed for several reasons:1. Location: everything you need is right there. Even Starbucks. You can walk to everything. The beach. The shops. The restaurants. Did I mention shops? (That said, if peace and solitude is why you came, this area is a poor choice overall. Think Lanakai )2. Rooms: The rooms are clean and modern; despite this clearly being an older hotel. Immaculate. Thank you for that.3. Staff: Friendly and helpful without asking you if you wanted to buy a timeshare every day. 4. Quiet guests: Unlike a lot of places that are timeshares, this one didn't have a ton of kids screaming about, The only negatives were things they had no control over. As someone else mentioned, the noise from fans/air conditioning from neighboring hotels was loud beyond belief. We couldn't use the balconies nor sleep with the windows open. This was an issue why we stayed at the Outrigger, so it's probably a Waikiki thing. The pool was under renovation while we were there, but we were told in advance and it was on their website. Not a huge deal for us. (And we never once heard, "Marco!" "Polo!"If you're in Waikiki, this is a great place to stay! Highly recommend!

Definitely our go to!We love coming here for just a quick getaway with the family. From parking to guest checkin, to service... They are top notch in everything. Their rooms are super spacious and big enough for my family and I. Not to mention, the location... It's close to anything and everything in Waikiki. Also, if they close down Waikiki, this hotel does not get affected. There's restaurants right downstairs, shopping across the street and did I say that there is an amazing ice cream/coffee store right below? Or if you want the Starbucks it's also across the street... ohhh and a shopping mall steps away as well. Every time we try to book another hotel, this hotel just outweighs all the rest. They have different types of rooms and their presidential suites are a must stay! Not to also mention... their upstairs and downstairs rooms are great if you have kids. You hear no noise in the master bedroom on the top floor.I think the only downside is the pool. It's super deep and not very child friendly if you don't have a life vest on. Besides that, do not hesitate to stay here :)

Great location... Hospitality and Service shined!Check-in experience was good! We were able to check-in early. We checked-in the lobby. I think guests are also able to check-in curbside. Our unit on the 9th floor was clean and everything was in working order, although, our "two-bedroom deluxe" was smaller than what I expected. The resort property was clean as well. There is always resort staff employees cleaning the property. The open air entrance to the hotel and to the pool was nice and refreshing. I was worried about safety and security but to get to the rooms on the upstairs floors the elevator will require guests to scan their card key (or wristband key) before you can press the button to your floor. They tried but we didn't fall for their timeshare gimmick. Our worst experience was in Anaheim. Grrr! Anyway, our short stay in O'ahu really didn't allow for it. We were too busy with my daughter's wedding and we wanted to make sure that our short time in Honolulu was spent well. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the resort activities so I am unable to comment. This resort is at a good location. Step outside and you're in the heart of Waikiki Beach Walk. Walking distance to everywhere... food, shopping and, yes, the beach! The location is very touristy! The only thing I didn't like was the valet parking for $40/night (no other option if you drove in with a car). Self-parking is not available at this resort. Plus, there is a resident bum just outside of the parking garage entrance. This was our first time vacationing at Club Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk. Overall a pleasant stay.Review #2251

Creating a cost-effective Hawaii trip sounds like a challenge, but using our Club Wyndham saved us a lot of trouble with finding a great location for a great price!Coming to Hawaii, you want to experience the best of the amazing sun and warm water. Staying here at Club Wyndham allowed us to enjoy the beach, amazing eateries around Waikiki beach walk, and find some great locations to shop. It feels like downtown LA or Las Vegas strip with how exciting it can be and how many people are there at a time. You can find local dancers performing, singing, and even take a cute photo with a parrot all within walking distance from your hotel!Despite being incredibly exciting - you won't be bothered with noise when you enter your hotel room. After a day of fun and excitement, you can fall asleep in such a soft, firm, mattress with all the pillows you desire! This hotel doesn't serve room service, but offers a kitchen with every dish and took you could need. We like to drive to Safeway or local groceries to get some food to make for the week to make the most of our stay (that is, when we aren't eating the freshest seafood and local delights). Another perk is the in room washer/dryer for clothes. Something I hate when returning from vacation is the load of laundry I need to do when I unpack. With the convenient washer and dryer nearby, you can have your clothes fresh and ready to wear once you return home! This was a pro tip that's saved me time and time again. It's also nice because you can rewear anything you'd like to, preventing overpacking a separate outfit each day.Something I enjoy is that everything here is cleaned to the highest standard, and they boast that with signs around your room so you are guaranteed a clean stay when you visit Waikiki. The pool and hot tube are also amenities to use, especially later in the evening when it cools down. We've never gone into the pool since we usually go to the beach, but the hot tub is always a must! Be mindful of the hours of operation - I believe they're open until 11pm, but try not to push the boundaries beyond that (especially with young children). I've always had a lovely stay here, and the staff have always been friendly when passing by on the stairs or elevator. My most recent stay, they gave us reusable wrist bands to unlock our room and access the elevator - this was such a huge help! I hope this system stays in place, because it made everything go smoothly.Overall, Wyndham is a home away from home and gives a comfortable experience for all of those involved.

We are a VIP Wyndham timeshare owners which is the highest you can get. We have been treated horrible for two years and the level of mistreatment we never experienced before. What I find out that managers Neil and Sean receive commission from travel agencies for giving the rooms to "owners guests". Technically, non timeshare owners cannot stay in this hotel. So timeshare owners are getting smallest rooms, has to deal with bad customer service, listen from anti-American comments from reception (Charles),constant lies from managers and this is just 5% of what we experienced. I'm gathering a team of Wyndham owners who was mistreated just like we were to address the issues in this resort through Wyndham administration and owner's board. It is nothing like Wyndham resorts! Of you experience issues in this resort - you should speak out to make changes. I'm not leaving this until it is resolved.

I am a guest of an owner. Front desk had a difficult time finding my name in the guest list after multiple times was found. Mold in the shower and around tub formed on our last day for check out. Thinking it was there prior to be seen like in photos. Be careful of the sales guys to ask you to attend a Timeshare Orientation. They will give you incentive for attending. Our incentive is free parking ($60 a day) I had the worst experience with the sales manager named, Katie. She is persistent and rude thinking she'll save me hundreds of dollars of thousands of dollars from hotel stays. I rather invest and pay big bucks than showing with mold and a parking lot view! Please don't be pressured to buy their Timeshare! Katie knew I gave my 90 minutes to attend the presentation and well deserved my free parking. She kept pressuring us knowingly I stated I had plans with my daughter. I was so pissed!! I walked off! My question is why would I pay for a timeshare for mold??

UPDATE!!! Number provided below don't even work!!! There y'all go wasting my time again!!!! Crooks!!! Do not purchase a timeshare from this company. They manipulate terms and scam you into buying something you think is a good deal until after you sign and learn everything you were told was FALSE!! Beware of sales agent JAYSON MAYO. He will lie through his teeth to get a sale. He will use scare tactics to make you purchase. And once you find out you've been scammed, they are impossible to reach to get help. We filed a claim in August of 2024, and nobody will help us or return our calls. It's constant run around from one dept to the next, so here I am leaving bad reviews warning you!! The value of this timeshare is not worth it. Their terms and conditions are far from their sister company Worldmark who is amazing. Check out Worldmark if you're considering a times
