We booked Rolls Royce transportation services for our wedding day, from our ceremony (Paradise Cove) location to reception (Moana Surfrider). All bookings require full upfront payment and a minimum of three hours charged. While we were reluctant to pay for the full fees upfront and did not require the car for three hours, given that we had always dreamed of having a Rolls Royce as part of our wedding, the website stated that it was the only one available on the island and we were promised 5-star service we moved forward.On our wedding day the Rolls Royce was incapable of transporting us to the reception. After several attempts to turn the car on and the car stopping in the middle of an intersection in front of oncoming traffic we requested that the driver turn around. As the car attempted to pull into the ceremony parking lot, it turned off again. We were on a strict time schedule, it was 87 degrees outside and we could not risk being unsafely stranded on a highway. As a result, we incurred further transportation fees and were not able to take photos at Ko'Olina or our reception venue. The next day I requested a full refund from the vendor, however he refused to provide a full refund stating that because we took photos in the parking lot that that carried a $187.50 "photo shoot fee" (a fee which was never discussed prior to entering the contract, within the contract or referenced on the company website). This experience is every bride's nightmare. We expected to receive 5-star transportation services and instead were provided with a faulty car, unprofessional customer service and hit with unreasonable fees. I would highly discourage any customer from booking Rolls Royce transportation services from this company, especially for a day as important as you wedding day - you only get one chance. I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews.

I love Cloud 9 Limousine! From the first time I talked to Peter at Cloud 9 in August 2008 I immediately felt the love and the Ohana from him. He was so gracious, warm with a bright personality. The limousine ride with Peter was one of the most memorable, special and cherished experiences I have ever had under the Faery moon night. You always remember the first time, the first impression, the LOVE. Since then I have stayed with Cloud 9 Limousine for all my limo rides like the special pre-party limo ride for The Cure concert, (brought by BAMP Project) in the summer of 2016 and especially in the more recent one, the Duran Duran concert in 2017, ironically, the date falling exactly one year after the Cure concert.As alway, Peter is a gentleman and always made me feel extremely special whenever I booked a ride like the latest one on Sunday, July 16, 2017 for the Duran Duran concert. It was the first performance for Duran Duran in Honolulu and a special one indeed. It was a wonderful and special night for me. Laurie, our well-dressed driver, who's beautiful inside and out has a great personality. She's has always been so accommodating and kind to me and to us. She's on time, the Limousine is clean and smells fresh, cold bottled water is readily available, full ice bar, the AC is cold especially in these warm summer days and most importantly, the music speakers in the car are in stereo and the bomb ! What's a cruise without music to fill your ears with passion? Music is my life! The Limousine ride was comfortable and smooth. Laurie is a wonderful driver and a beautiful person. She even dresses up with a stylish hat to sport the entire outfit. I recommend her if you are reading this and looking for a limousine for your next party, graduation, wedding etc. Request for her. It was top quality service and my family and friends were satisfied : My brother Ken, sister in law Christine, nephew Bryce, my good friends Malia and Barron all had a wonderful time ! A few hours earlier I took my little cute nephew Klyde, nieces Elyse & Aubrey and my mom for a ride before dropping them home. I look forward to riding their Rolls Royce the next time ! We hired these people for 2 very important occasions:1) To pick up my future husband's elderly parents flying in from Canada. Being elderly and not frequent flyers, it was important for us to have them being met with a greeter that had their name and a lei greeting to offer a nice touch. They said their driver was nice, easily identifiable, and helped them with their luggage. Sweet. 2) Our wedding. We hired the Rolls Royce and Jason was our driver. The Rolls arrived on time and Jason was professionally dressed. The Rolls was able to fit me and 2 bridesmaids in the back (I didn't have a big puffy dress, just a fitted trumpet style with little train) and my Maid of Honor in the front. Although it had A/C, my MOH didn't feel much of the air sitting in the front seat and we spent most of the time fanning her to get the air moving. Jason was nice, was easy to talk to a bunch of girls, especially me, who was filled with anxiety and he tried to find the right radio station to calm my nerves. He waited for us during the ceremony, and then drove us all the way back to our reception in downtown Waikiki. It was a very pleasant experience and we loved riding in the Rolls, especially the time spent with my girls going there and then the alone time with my new-husband riding back. FUTURE BRIDES BEWARE!!!This vendor is a wedding nightmare!!!We booked the Rolls Royce to pick us up on our wedding night and take us to our hotel in Honolulu from the North Shore.The car never showed.The owner called me 10 times on my wedding night leaving varyingly incomprehensible messages. I did not have my phone on me because it was my wedding.My husband's father ended up driving us to our hotel. But it was after a big upset to our wedding, and my husband was dealing with the details of how we will get to our hotel DURING OUR WEDDING. No couple should have to deal with that on their wedding day. When I called and asked for my refund, the owner was rude, unapologetic, and made excuses for not showing, saying the car wouldn't start. Then he said, "you know this stuff just happens." BS - you could have literally sent any of your other cars to pick us up. I told him I just wanted my money back, which he did process that day (only up side to this nightmare). I know the RR is a cool car and they may have the only one on the island (so he said when we booked it) but this vendor is just not worth the risk of being a no-show or late or even rude (I am assuming he is also the driver).I do not give out 1-star reviews lightly. This was truly a horrible experience that I want to help others avoid.

Very POOR customer service!We had paid this company in full a whole year in advance to reserve the Rolls Royce for our wedding. 2 days before our wedding the Cloud 9 says we never booked their company and stated that our credit card was declined. They claim that they tried contacting us by phone and email many times, but this was a lie. We never missed a call from them, got a voicemail, nor did we receive any emails saying anything of this nature. After going back and forth, they said they already booked their Rolls Royce with another wedding party and there was no way for us to use their services. We, luckily went with Albatross Transportation and reserved the brand new 2012 Rolls Royce Ghost. This vehicle was so much more luxurious that than Cloud 9's old car. After the wedding, we contacted our bank. Our bank says exactly one year before we were to use their services they endorsed the check we sent them. Even then, Peter still denied the claims. To make a long horrible story short, we finally sent a letter to the company with a copy of the endorsed checked. 3 weeks later we get a check in the mail with NO APOLOGY! The least peter could have done was apologize!! HORRIBLE. DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY they may steal your money!

Good customer service when booking, amazing customer service from the driver! We rented the Rolls Royce for our wedding and it was just perfect and way more fun than a plain ol' limo. The driver, Billy, provided over the top amazing service! Friendly and informative, pointing out things of interest while he was driving and he even helped my parents with directions getting back to Honolulu from our ceremony. If you book Cloud 9 request Billy to be your driver, he was fabulous!

Unprofessional. Untimely. Uncourteous. Where do I even start? Let's see... we booked the Rolls Royce for 3 hours for our wedding about 5 months before our wedding date, 5/28/16. It had always been our dream to have a classic getaway car for our wedding. We got a call 1 week before our wedding that the Rolls Royce "engine exploded" and that we had an option of getting a refund or booking one of their limos. A discount of any sort was never offered for the inconvenience. Stressed with the short amount of time we had to get another car we conformed with getting a limo from them. We spoke with them and confirmed our pick-up times and locations for the wedding day more than once yet they were incompetent on our wedding day and caused a great amount of stress. It upsets me tremendously even as I write this review. Not only was the woman driver late to pick up the bride, she was also leisurely and impolite while driving the bride and her party to the church. I barely made it to the church on time. When the bride and groom walked out of the church, she immediately confronted and accused the groom of being at fault for not giving the correct location for bride pick-up, which is a completely out of line since they had the exact address and time before hand. Our maid of honor stepped in and told the driver that this was not the time or place. The driver later apologized for her behavior. The service we received from this company on our wedding day is completely UNACCEPTABLE and we highly DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to book them, especially not for a special event.

We had the pleasure of having the Rolls Royce limousine service during our recent visit to Hawaii.The driver, Peter, who is also the owner of the company, was professional and courteous. He got us to our event on time and in style. He was also an outstanding guide, with a thorough knowledge of the area.From the excellent condition in which Peter keeps the car, you can easily tell he takes pride in owning the only Rolls Royce of this type on the island available as a limousine. We definitely recommend his service based on the experience we had.

She was so sweet, gave us a your of the city, made sure we didn't need anything, and even went above and beyond to get our cake when we realized we forgot it. Made Round Trip reservations, Paid in Full In Advance...Then ...Pickup from the Airport was supposed to be memorable, instead calling them and looking for the Driver to find out where our ride is????Then when had to return back to the Airport, they Forgot about us, we are not on the schedule !!! Was fast enough to take the customer's money but not efficient enough to give them a ride, not to mention the inconvenience and hassle we had to go thru on the way back to the airport...They do not answer their phone, for a service that should be on 24 hours non-stopI would NOT recommend them to anyone, In Fact it may be time to Retire the Business...
