The wife and I absolutely love their pizza and wings lol ppl may think it's weird to have (2) grown adults at this establishment w/no kids idc I like the food. Lol service is hit and miss at times. They need to pay those workers that have to do the dance when none of the kids want to participate ugh that's rough...just have tables w/adults and not all but w/some naughty ass kids. Anyhow i enjoy their pizza and wings.

Chuck E Cheese Kapolei is located right in front of the Kapolei transit center, across of Chun Wah Kam shopping area. They have their own parking lot and we've never had an issue with getting a spot, even during the weekends and peak hours. When you arrive there, the staff has to let you in and takes a picture of your party with your phone and you have to show that same picture when exiting the facility.The service isn't bad considering how busy and hectic it gets. We always get asked if we're okay. You order food and your pass to play games at the counter and they bring it to the table you choose to sit at. Drinks and salad bar are self serve. Tip: when buying games, the time is way more worth it than the points! But they had a promo going on for a summer pass where you get points everyday and discount on food for 2 months which was super worth it to us. There's plenty of seating inside but during rush hours it does tend to fill up quick.Food is actually really good for an arcade-chain type of thing! We come here just to grab food sometimes. We tried the home style BBQ chicken pizza which is essentially the same as their BBQ chicken pizza but with bell peppers and red onion on top and we really liked it! Actually a little better than most places IMO. The BBQ chicken wings are always a must get because everyone always finishes it and it's not bad for the amount you get. According to the worker they do it by lb and not pieces. The salad bar is great too - everything is fresh and you can see them refilling it with fresh ingredients throughout the shift.Overall we really enjoy Chuck E. Cheese and it's a great way for both kids and adults to have fun and get something yummy to eat!

Though he's graduated to bigger arcades, we keep returning for the nostalgia, good food, a surprisingly decent salad bar, and the fun games with generous prizes. It's the perfect blend of childhood memories and family entertainment.

I've spent an unimaginable amount of time at this location and all hats off to the staff that works at this place. When you put it all together, they orchestrate a business to run that revolves around "children"... Meaning, that's not an easy set of shoes to fill, considering most of the parents here act like children. Yes, there are times the machines are out of service, and? They get abused all day, sometimes they need repair. Yes the place is loud, it's a madhouse at times, but the problem is usually the caretakers of the children attending. The food options are consistent and the salad bar is always kept up to par. I mean, 5 stars to anyone brave enough to open their doors to an establishment like this.

I love the food and service. It's other people that seem to be entitled. I waited to play a certain game. A kid was playing no problem. So I waited until she was done and told me I could play. Didn't realize this kid was a liar and terrible person. She got her grandma to confront me saying I rushed her. I did no such thing. The grandma stunk of tobacco and resembled Roz from Monsters Inc. Her granddaughter let me play. I got an ear full of how Chuck E Cheese games are only for children. Where is the sign that says that? Totally ruined the experience and the environment. People who suck the fun out for others should be banned. Also watch out for local kids that lie. I swear I' probably won't trust any local kids that let an adult play in the future. Nothing like being stabbed in the back by locals that think they are entitled. Chuck E Cheese is for all. Not just kids!!

Always friendly staff. So patient with the kids. I personally would not have the patience to work the ticket redemption counter! Much respect to all the employees. Salad bar is always clean whenever we come by and well stocked. Much prefer this salad bar to the Pearl City location.

First time here bringing my grandkids! Had a wonderful time! lots of help.. salad bar & pizza was awesome! One ticket per game! they totally love it.. and so did our pocketbook!

Not my favorite Chuck E. Cheese on island, but their food is yummy enough. Haha I can eat a whole pan pizza by myself. Love having parties there! service can be great depending if they work as a team good.

After the movies with my grand nephew decided to take him to play some video games at Chuck E Cheese's. I've been to their City Square location (Kalihi)and Pearl City and now Kapolei. So now I experienced all 3 locations of Chuck E Cheese's. This location I was impressed not to many games compared to the other 2 location but it was nice. The reserved party section was in the back side of the restaurant. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza with 2 drinks and that was about $18.00 . Than I spent more than $40 on their pre-paid game card. Which you have to purchase for $3.00. I remember it was tokens I guess now it's pre paid cards like fun factory and D&B. I told my wife wow we're going to take my nephew out only on special occasions because this can be very costly lol Support local and be safe

Came for a birthday party on a Saturday evening and surprisingly had a great time with my 2 year old. It's been over a decade since I last went to Chuck E. Cheese so I had low expectations for this, but it was great!The location is clean but a bit tight. It got super crowded as the night went on. Pizza is *chef's kiss* So good and much better than all the other pizza chains.I will complain that there were adults hogging the token machines and had a huge pile of tickets next to them. They did not move and probably just let their kids go wild. Go somewhere else so others can have a turn! There's only like 4 machines!!!!
