Chubby's Pantry

I went in to buy a vape then selected cash back and it goes thru then she tells me we don't do cash back and tried to convince me it wouldn't go thru so I checked my bank and it did. Then she refused to give me the vape that I paid for. The last time I went there she wouldn't sell me a vape cuz I didn't have my ID in me but she didn't even ID me this time. So inconsistent

Clean little mini mart on the side of kam highway. Good pricing. The man working was freindly and helpful.
