Oh Henry, thank you so much for your help! This Boutique Assistant was fast and friendly, from the moment I stepped into the establishment. The Sales Associate acknowledged me but she happened to be with another customer.For background, I share with you that my initial viewing pleasure of the Red Bottom I purchased, was actually at another store, in Ala Moana Shopping Center. The NM women shoe sales associates were opposite of fast and friendly so I took my purchasing power and commission to the Christian Louboutin Boutique in Waikiki. Someone might say that I was making a revenge purchase, but hey NM employees didn't want to help me....so....Here we are :)While I enjoyed browsing their magnificent array of Red Bottoms, my eyes were already set on this one particular style. Henry was pretty darn close to fetching my heel size without me having to tell him. He even brought out a few other heels for me to try on.Overall, my shopping experience at this boutique was wonderful. My new Red Bottoms went to fancy dinner once so far. She's classy and comfortable, worth every pretty penny :)

It's my birthday month so this store is the reason I wanted to do a weekend getaway from Maui to Oahu.I think it's just the red that I love so much. Plus their iconic red bottom shoe is just beautiful & makes it easy to spot. Which also makes this the only brand I can easily point out when binge watching Netflix.Christian Louboutin has definitely succeeded on making what I'd consider eye candy or wearable art. Even just browsing their website or socials is an easy way to get an idea of what items you're already interested in before shopping in store.Speaking of which, this store definitely has that luxurious feel. You can see a few items highlighted in the front window. Plus you can see other items in the back of the store that make you want to come inside to browse around. Walking inside makes you feel like you gained entrance to a private club as you walk past security. We did a circle around the store & I ended up liking a few items. Like this adorable mini purse is something I've been drooling over for a hot minute. So I was definitely excited to finally see it in person. Plus who knows maybe I'll get the matching larger tote bag next time too. However I must say those matching shoes were hella cute & made only picking one item this visit so hard. Although you know the funny thing is, I don't usually wear fitted shoes. I normally just wear a loose size 6 sneaker. So not even thinking about that I started with a 6 to try on. Except there was a large gap. So I ended up trying on a 6, 5.5, 5 & surprisingly a 4.5 before discovering my actual shoe size here is a 4.5.Everyone working here were so nice & it made my shopping experience enjoyable. So thank you for making my weekend special.P.S. I am usually a more budget friendly shopper. So sales or out of season discounted items are when I'd be interested in doing my next shopping spree. Who hasn't heard of the famous red bottoms? Celebrities and socialites all wear them. This place isn't for me and I'm not really into their shoes. My friend has some of their stuff. I guess he likes it. He wore a pair of their shoes with spikes on it. When we were in the store I saw a lot of items with spikes. It must be something else they're famous for.It was my first time in the store. The sales people were nice and asked if we needed help without crowding us. We were free to roam around the store and look at the merchandise. The store wasn't that busy. We were the only customers in there.

Thrilled with the Louboutin store! The products are top-notch, and this location stands out as the best. A must-visit for your vacation in Hawaii and they ship for free. Go figure! The taxes are cheaper also.

Located in the International Marketplace on the street level, this is the only Christian Louboutin on the island. I must have passed this store a dozen times and still not really aware we even had one. About a month ago I remember seeing the explorafunk mini keychain while scrolling through social media, ads... I know mini things are adorbs but this was just not practical. While looking through the other Louboutin mens bags I see theres a small size! No idea when this was released, but unfortunately it's all sold out online. Poop.Checked yelp to see if we had a store. It's there but no phone #. So, I set a day to venture out to Waikiki and see if I can find this item. When I got there the doors are locked. The employee saw me and remotely opened it, cool. As soon as I walked in, the employee behind the counter greets and walks to my direction to ask if i need assistance. I show him the exact backpack I'm looking for and we walk to the back where the mens items are. Unfortunately, they only have the regular sized sack. My heart sank and I just wanted to throw a "it's my birthday and I'll cry if I want to" fit. Joe was super helpful. He tried to show me many other items but my mind was set. The small explorafunk just gave my heart palpitations, almost the same way the Dior mini saddle oblique backpack did 2 yrs ago! I think this is just a sign that although I really want backpacks to work for me, they just don't or won't. I think this might be 3rd strike, and I'm out. I still very much appreciated Joe's persistence in trying to help find something that could catch my eye. After taking a bit of time to check out other things in the store, I must say it's very nice and has it's own unique style to it. Much like the brand and it's well known beautifully funky footwear, its busy but it works. It's a small, cozy store but doesnt feel super tiny or cluttered. Products seem limited and very seasonal. So if you spot something, scoop it up right away because you might not see it again or for a long while. Overall, I'm not too interested in the footwear but I will def be on the look out for a small/medium sized bag. A lot of the items in the mens line appealed to me. I'm still debating on the bum bag so I'll update my review once I make a purchase...

They did a charity event for us and raised $3500. It wss the most for one store. Really appreciate their generosity.

Warning: Check shoe bottoms before purchasing!! CL claims that all their stores have carpeted flooring so they can "protect" the red bottoms from scuffing when customers try on shoes, however, this location is not all carpeted. Beware of buying any display items, if it's scuffed up due to customers trying them on good luck with trying to return them. Unfortunately, I purchased the last pair in my size and it was a display. I noticed some scuffing but I thought that was normal and the SA didn't say anything when he checked it. This location and all other locations will not take accountability for shoes that are already ruined even before you purchased them and had I known this I would never buy from CL.By the way, there's another comment like this by A.G. but at least they were able to return it. Now I'm stuck with shoes I don't want because I had FOMO. Never again...

I got my first pair of red bottoms here. The customer service was excellent! I love how the So Kate heels matched my skin tone perfectly, but walking in the needle thin heels can take some getting used to.. It is highly recommended to protect the soles so the red paint doesn't wear off. I think I will use the heel mainly for photoshoots.

It's every girls dream to own at least one pair of these red sole shoes. I am lucky to even own two! I got my second pair at the international marketplace location and little did I know they also had a sale rack! I was able to get a pair of a pink glittery heels for $475! It was a total savings of $300. Keep in mind tho as it may be the last ones and you may even get the display shoe. The service was a little confusing. I guess they were a little busy at the time so the door woman helped with getting my shoe. But she had to ask the other associates to get it for me and ring them up. I don't normally wear these shoes on a daily basis. They're too nice to mess up. I usually put an iPad sheet protector underneath to protect Them so they last longer.

Firstly, this store is gorgeous - like walking into a shoe museum. But the highlight for sure are the two gentlemen who work there. Stephen helped me find the perfect pair - my first ever - as a birthday treat to myself.Always a must stop place on trips to Honolulu
