Chong Qing Hot Pot

The food was great, I love the sides that they have while we wait for the ingredients. They have chicken feet and these jelly dessert is what I love getting but there are other stuff too like kimchi etc.I got the spicy bone marrow and always get the beef and tripes with my veggies! The service was fine and the ambience was nice and clean.

Ambience and space is really huge! Definitely a good spot to go with friends/family. There were a good amount of things to select for hot pot, and a separate spot to get sauces and things to flavor or dip for your hot pot selection. fast service menu slightly confusing - it's all you can eat, however it's actually 3 rounds of whatever you want to eat - it's sufficient tho, I was totally stuffed lol love they that have a sauce station, it also has kimchee and dessert.the restaurant is spacious and the tables are bigger which are nice! fun for get togethersnot bad the price and next time I will try their $20 lunch special forgot to take pics but they have a ton of choices - love the mushrooms, greens, meats, and noodles sooo much!

My son took me here for dinner. He had reservations. We were seated right away. When we left the restaurant, there was a long like outside. Broth was very tasty. Meat was fresh and very good. Vegetables were fresh as well. Deducted 1 star because the sauce station was not being kept up. It was messy and didnt get cleaned and replenished often. But other than that, the place is very good and servers were very attentive and nice.

We went on New Years day, because nothing else was opened, and were SO blown away with how yummy everything was.There was a waitlist, but since we got there at opening, we were seated no problem. You get a menu where you can mark off the broth, meats, veggies, starches and seafoods that you want. It's broken down into R1, R2 and R3, for the three different rounds you can order. You write down how many of each you want per round (ex. 1 order of pork, 3 orders of lettuce, etc.). There's a sauce bar where you can make your own sauces and add toppings, and the broths come in a personal pot so you can enjoy your own. Prices are really reasonable; $34 for weekday lunch and $39 for weekend lunches and Dinner. Be aware of the 90 minute limit, and don't over order because you may need to pay a fee if you leave too much food.The service was SO quick and attentive. My water was always filled and they constantly came back to ask if we were doing okay. By the time we left around 7pm there was a line of about 20 people waiting outside.

This is the best hot pot restaurant on the island! They've got everything and more to choose from to add into your broth. They have all you can eat appetizers like shrimp chips, ice jelly, chicken feet, buns with condensed milk, kimchi and assorted fruits! The sauce bar gives you the freedom to make your own dipping sauce for your meats. The service here is quick! It's kind of pricey compared to other hot pot places but with the amount of options they offer, I don't mind paying the price. I'll be back to bring my family and friends!

Personally this is my favorite hotpot location.They tend to be quite busy the past couple of times I have visited to keep that in mind. I tried to call ahead of time to ask to put my name down but they said we had to come in to sign into the waitlist. When we got here we were given an estimate of 15-30 minutes. However, less than 5 minutes later we were seated.Very pleased with the experience. With such a large restaurant they're bound to small details such as your water, but if you ask they're quick to fill it right up. When we ordered we made an accidental mistake for one of the broths and we asked politely to change it and they happily obliged with no problem.The process is straightforward, when you are seated you're given a piece of paper where you will order with (including the broths). You get 3 rounds. Under each round you can put the quantity of that item. Don't be shy when you put the quantity of the meats down, the images I have included was orders of 4 and then 6 (of each meat in separate rounds) it looked like the exact same to be honest. Self Serve Station:This is where you can get your sauces designed to what you desire. They also have small sides such as various fruits (ex: pineapple, cantaloupe), seaweed salad, peanuts, shrimp chips, and mini fried mandoos (last time it was sesame balls) (with condensed milk). Ordered:I got the spicy marrow broth. It is my go-to and super flavorful. - Supreme Beef: Delicious, MUST order- Beef Short Plate: A bit on the gamey side compared to the supreme beef, we almost mistook it as the lamb. Personally a bit too fatty for me as well. Would order just smaller quantity- Supreme Lamb Shoulder Plate: Also gamey as expected but it was perfect and expected if you enjoy the lamb flavor.I tried many things but the must orders beyond the meats for me are: - Shrimp paste with roe- Fish ball with roe- Wood ear mushroomsI would really recommend to not be shy when ordering and try what you'd like as you have only 3 rounds to order and the quality of each order is very small (eg: 1 order of shrimp paste is like 1-2 singular shrimp paste ball).

Yes, yes and HELL YES!! Everything from the broths to quality of meats and veggies, and service as excellent! It maybe on the pricer side of hot pots but it's AYCE and parking is easy, what more can you really ask for?! The ward location is spacious enough for large groups so bring in your friends and fam!

Arrived right when it opened. This place is huuuuge. Lots of seating, it must get super busy during its peak hours. We sat down, got offered the menu where you mark down with the pen they provide on how many meats, veggies, seafood etc. you want for each round(3 rounds). Be prepared and "over order" on each round because portions are smaller than you think. Although it is all you can eat, there are 3 rounds to order as many food you wish to eat until the last round is over or if you decide to give up after the 2nd round. We ordered an assortment of food. From my observation, I put "1" order of sausage. 2 pieces of sausage was given. I put "1" order of clam, 2 pieces of clam was given. I put "1" order of mussels, 2 pieces of mussels was given. I should've asked how much pieces of food would be given for each order beforehand. The portions are really small. I was surprised when the mussels came out, I literally questioned to myself if it was actually mussels or not. You can barely taste and enjoy the mussel meat itself. Compared to in my opinion, the best hot of place shabu shabu house, the mussels and portion of food are huuuge, an order of clams is equivalent to 5-7 clams compared to here 1 order is 2 clams. The meats itself were really good quality meats. The broth were tasty, I got spicy tom yum. Flavorful spicy broth, had my nose running, that's how good and spicy it was! The sauce selection isn't that impressive(tried all the sauces) but the spicy garlic chili was the best to dip the meat in. Service is ok, employees should be more attentive especially since the restaurant had just opened for the day and there were only 3 groups to attend to.

Every item has 3 boxes each, each box representing the wave it comes in. So first box of items will come first then second etc. we just checked off boxes 1 first then checked off more as we ateI dont remember the name but there was a spicy flavor soup base I do not recommend.
