Stopped by Enzo night club last Saturday to check out these tacos I keep hearing about from chef Peij . Omg these are the best tacos I have ever had . So delicious and filled with so much flavor ! I had the steak and chicken and no other tacos can compares to these the hype is true ! If your a taco lover you need to try Josas Tacos .And they are organic which you don't really find in street tacos out there . I definitely will stop by Enzo night club just for the tacos only again very soon. You guys definitely need to go mobile or food truck because these tacos are ridiculous one of a kind amazing made!Sooooo goood i took down 10 of them !!!!!

I have chef peij tacos in Chinatown when he sets up on Smith Street on Friday nights. Best tacos on island by far. Always great service.

I love love love tacos, and this pace is hands down, best tacos on the island!! Amazing food + wonderful customer service = I will definitely make this a "must have" any time I visit! The quality of their food is top notch and so is their service. They treat you like family and make sure you're taken care of. We tried a little bit of everything: fully loaded chicken and steak tacos and the burrito bowl. Everything tasted delicious! Perfect portion sizes, amazing flavor, just the right amount of toppings/sauces, and most importantly the meat wasn't over cooked. I can't wait until I can come back and get some more!

Listen Linda!! if you see them at a pop-up drop whatever you're doing and hop in line IMMEDIATELY!! I don't know how he comes up with some of the concoctions that he does, but don't get just one thing.. get them all! He did the partial Catering for one of our Company parties to which he prepared the ribs. It was the first thing gone. It was fall off the bone tender and had wonderful flavor. By far my favorite is the hoagie. It's jam packed with steak and cheese topped with a spicy aioli and cilantro/onions. Absolutely wonderful and highly recommend!

Josas Tacos, run by Chef Peij, is a popular taco truck that can be found in various locations throughout Honolulu. We visited the truck in Chinatown on a Saturday night and ordered three tacos. While the tacos were good, we were disappointed that there was only one type of taco available, and at $15 for three, we thought the price was quite steep. That being said, we appreciated that the tacos were made to order and tasted fresh. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant dining experience overall. While we may not have been blown away by our visit to Josas Tacos, we would be willing to try it again in the future if they have more menu options available.

Fire fire fuego. Their tacos taste great after a long night in China town. Highly recommended.

The watermelon Fresca is to die for!!!Huge quantity and packed with flavor. Perfect addition to my beach day or end of the day thirst quencher. It is a must order if you are lucky enough to visit Chef peij's tent. The guys are amazing and full of aloha!!

I usually don't get tacos but Chef Peijs tacos are on point! Tortillas just right not too soft or hard! The cilantro onion mix is and I usually don't like onions! He also uses Greene Verde sauce which is my absolute fav!I also love how friendly he is! Love that it is a family businfavorite!Def recommend his tacos!

Possibly the largest sandwich I've ever ate and I ate every single god damn bite it was that good. The perfect balance of flavors and textures.Do yourself a favor and get one of these bad boys
