Cheeseburger In Paradise

HERE IN HAWAII!!!Aloha- so before coming to Hawaii I had looked this place up and seen they looked and seemed to have the best burgers in Waikiki!!!Well let me tell you, THEY DO!!! It was 2 min walk from my hotel and everyone was super nice. SUTTON AND COLE helped me and let me just tell you... Sutton was so patient with me but on top of things and worked efficiently and effortlessly- I had ordered the wrong drink and wanted a different one. She did not get upset or anything she was like it's ok, it happens and made me the drink I wanted. Now, that's CUSTOMER SERVICE... Cole seemed to be a manager not sure, but he checked on EVERYONE. Soon as he seen you had food or a drink you just ordered he followed up to you.. wi the a , how's everything going for you, you alright, need anything... and if you plate or drink was empty he was attentive to figuring out, if you needed something else. * & we had the same name so that's folks now... lol I ordered the Blue Hawaii drink... it was pretty strong lol... and I ordered the Ali's Cheeseburger WELL DONE for me.... Onion rings on the side, to sum this up. * a kiss to the chef because my burger was FIRE!!!! Even tho it was well done it was so juicy, all my veggies were fresh with a crunch... it was amazing delicious!!! * going back today for something more on their menu.The vibe was very chill, mostly all tourist but a chill vibe, they even had all the sports games on!!! Check them out if your in Hawaii Waikiki =)* UPDATECame back and had a terrible experience- was greeted rudely by this rude waitress at the bar... she even unprofessionally spoke bad about me to another waiter ( Steven )....her name I believe is ( Stacie ) I am trying to get a good look at her ID. But I can definitely tell she doesn't want me to take a look. PLEASE MANAGER OR OWNER. PLEASE FIRE HER NOW. I HAVE NEVER FELT THIS BAD RACIAL PROFILING IN LIFE.COLE - the nice young man I met the other day. Please, please have a coaching moment with this lady. Or FIRE her.

There was an hour and a half wait at another restaurant, so we decided to come to this restaurant - and I'm glad we did! This is an AWESOME place to watch sports - we were able to watch the Eagles game on every screen - love it! I don't remember our waitress but she was on top of it and was there to check on us when needed. We got the mimosa flight which originally comes with a bunch of different juices - we got orange, cranberry, guava, and grapefruit! Sooo yummy. It comes with a full bottle of champagne and 4 glasses of juice. We got the omelette and loco moco (a Hawaiian breakfast tradition!), which were both awesome! The place is big! It has open windows if you want to sit with a breeze near the outside. We sat near the TV's which was perfect for us. We would go back to see what they offer for dinner!

Stopped in last night for a quick burger dinner with the hubby. Our server, Zack, recommended the bbq bacon burger. It was cooked perfectly to order- I hate a rare burger. He also pointed the hubby towards some good local beers. The food was good, but the service was amazing. We were well taken care of. Thanks, Zack!It was also nice place to people watch as it is right on the strip. I'm sitting here eating my leftovers as the portions were quite large and I needed a to-go box. Excited to come back!

Come here every time we're in Waikiki which is a lot. Service was absolutely terrible this time. Sat at the bar as we usually do. Very slow service, not that busy. Bartender was simply rude. Burger was not cooked to medium well as I ordered and instead of offering to have it cooked more she chose to say it was good. Just obnoxious. I would not go here unless you're desperate. Too many other great places to eat.

I visited this spot during the Christmas holiday. We came across it on a walk along the beach.Location / AmbianceIt is perfectly located in the Waikiki Beach area. It's an open concept, so no windows and a beautiful breeze. The space is split where on one side it's traditional seating and on the other side is a big bar area. We opted to sit there.FoodThe major staples on the menu were burgers, but they also included wings, nachos, loco moco, fish tacos, and other bar food staples.As a vegan, I opted for the Beyond Burger and added guacamole and a grilled pineapple. It was the best burger I had on the trip! It had a bit of smokiness from the burger and the pineapple. The pickled onion and guacamole added some freshness and a little tang. It was a perfectly balanced burger. To drink I had guava juice. It was so fresh and naturally sweet. 5/5 stars ServiceIt was a relaxed vibe and everyone was cool. The food didn't take long to come out either.Overall, if you're ever in Waikiki Beach, definitely put this spot on the list!

Cheeseburger in Paradise is a nice burger spot conveniently located across from the beach, making it a great place to grab a meal with a view. The full bar and TVs add to the laid-back atmosphere. We went for lunch and were seated right away, but I noticed there's a long line at dinner. The food was pretty good, though a bit pricey. Service was fast, and our server was friendly. Overall, a solid spot for a casual meal, especially if you go during off-peak hours!

We came for a late dinner as the place was near our hotel. The dining room is a giant, open area with casual tables most like an IHOP or other noisy, family restaurant. It had less charm than a Chili's. Based on yelp reviews, I got the coconut shrimp. It was a major disappointment.There was a long wait for the food after I ordered and the first plate served was clearly overcooked; one bite proved the shrimp were dry and not flavorful. I sent it back and waited quite a while for a new plate. The second order was just as burned up as the first and it took awhile before the waiter came back to check on us. We ate the food because we were so hungry and the service was so slow.A manager never came to address our dissatisfaction, the waiter was apologetic but useless, and I ended up paying $25 for 5 nuked shrimp and a bunch of below average fries.

FoodWe ordered two cheese burgers and two hawaiian burgers. All of them were so greasy and saucey. Nobody could finish the over priced burgers and walked out with growling stomach. Stopped here for early dinner while on vacation in Hawaii. Service is fast and the atmosphere is like any other sports bar/burger place. It's loud. Televisions all around with football games on. Good tastes good but the portions are pretty small for the money.

Had breakfast pancakes are delicious !Crispy bacon, strawberry smoothie & loco moco was delicious !!Shout out to our server Zack, thank you Zack!
