Cheeseburger Factory

I am not a burger person but was craving a cheeseburger and saw Cheeseburger Factory. Ambiance:This is a walk-up counter at the Makai Food Court at the Ala Moana Shopping Center. There are many seats in the food court, but it can get very busy at times, and looking for a place to sit may take some time. The noise level is rather louder in there as there are many people.Service:There was no line when I walked up to the counter. The service was superb. The employee greeted me promptly. He was very nice and friendly and also encouraged me to get the cheeseburger, which he said was good.Food:I ordered a cheeseburger combo. I really enjoyed the burger. The bun was soft and the burger was similar to a smash burger and fresh. It was perfect to my liking as you could taste all of the condiments and ingredients in the burger. There was enough of everything and not too messy at all. I also liked that it was not too oily and the fries were also crispy and a good size, not too thick and not too thin. I would definitely return when I'm craving a burger.

Super awesome bacon cheeseburger with crispy bacon (special request)!! The patties were nice and cooked smashburger-style, crispier on the edges, with a super tasty onion/cheese wetness and crunchy/fresh veggies!! The staff is super friendly too and they make it right outside in the Ala Moana food court. They are underrated but way exceeded expectations!! Great cheeseburger indeed!!

This burger joint is located at the Ala Moana Center.Parking's a non-issue since you park at the mall. Parking tip: I usually park on the Neiman Marcus side, enter and exit out Neiman Marcus, take the escalator down to the food court.No restrooms but you're at the mall which has plenty to choose from.You order at the counter, in which the menus are displayed on their mounted TVs. I ended up getting the Bacon Cheeseburger with Avocado. Okay, I don't mind a few onions on my burger, but this burger had way too much onions topped on it! I ended up discarding most of it unfortunately. The beef paddy itself was pretty good, seasoned well, very flavorful, and juicy as a burger should be. The remaining veggie toppings were so-so at best, wished the cheese was something other than american cheese, bacon was crispy. Fries were deep-fried as expected at a high-traffic area. Tried it but I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.

Admittedly, this is just a little food counter in a food court, but what sets it apart to me is that the food is nicely made to order, the food is a good sized serving (which is always a plus for local folks here in Hawaii), and it was done quickly! For those who are cautious, they also prepare the food right in front, so you can see them making your burger, or steak, or fish... their menu is nice and varied. But all in all, I recall coming here frequently when I worked at the mall, and it's a nice spot to get a decent burger.

Lunch at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, Hawaii...Located at the Makai Food Court on the ground level (near the Poke & Box entrance) is The Cheeseburger Factory.My friends and I were having a discussion about the best burger in Honolulu... I went to check it out.Free parking is a plus! Great service by Michelle was wonderful - she took my order, ran the cash register, and even cooked at the grill! Amazing!I took my brown paper bag to my car to eat in privacy. The cheeseburger is a bit messy because of the Sriracha/mayonnaise sauce. I didn't like the patty - it was a bit gristley to me. I liked the toasted bun, grilled onions, fresh lettuce, and tomato. Maybe I should go back and get the avocado bacon burger or the shrimp burger. The cheeseburger wasn't a hit with me.

Located in the food court at Ala Moana Center. I was in the mood for a burger so I spotted this place. I got the cheeseburger combo. It tasted good. The staff was friendly and service was good. Overall a good burger place the burger was tasty they give a good amount of fries as well.

In the Ala Moana shopping center food court and craving burgers? Look no further! Cheeseburger factory will fulfill your cravings! The burgers are made to order and the cooks really put the time into preparing and cooking your burgers. They ran out of bacon when I went unfortunately but their cheeseburger is pretty good. They added grilled onions and it was very tasty. Their fries are okay. Just deep fried and put in a bag. Compliments the burger though. Overall, pretty good burgers. Price is a little up there compared to other burger restaurants but it is located in a tourist hot spot so that's probably why.

The Cheeseburger Factory at Ala Moana Food Court is another entity owned by Liliha Bakery. They also own Mama's Spaghetti, Lahaina Chicken, the Poi Bowl... just to name a few!Today I was in the mood for a good burger, and decided to try this place for the first time. Healani was our cashier and she was amazing! She was very patient and explained how everything worked, what was on the burger, how the salad bar and soup worked! I hope management realizes how much of an asset she is! She even went so far as to check with us during our meal to see if everything was OK. We gave her the thumbs up, and that made her smile.Everything was fresh - the burger was well, seasoned, hot and made to order! The fries were fresh, the chicken noodle soup was spot on, and the salad bar was fresh, well-maintained, and all filled up! Someone next to us had the steak plate which is right next to Cheeseburger Factory, and also part of the Liliha Bakery franchise. Her plate looked amazing and I may have to get that the next time I'm at the food court.Seating is at a premium as it was prime time lunchtime when we went but we found a counter space before our number was called! Parking would obviously be at the mall or if you are catching the bus.All in all, the burger combo meal for $16.95 was worth it!

Sorry they closed 20 minutes before there scheduled closure time and I could not eat there

Every time I eat at the Ala Moana Food Court, I try to choose a different food outlet. Today, I decided on the Cheeseburger Factory. The menu was very clear on the choices they offer. I decided on a simple cheeseburger combo that comes with fries and a drink. It's the food court, so I had to look for an open seat. I found one at the counter table. The cheeseburger with grilled onions, a slice of tomato and lettuce tasted okay. The bag of fries was filled to the top. The fries were okay. It was not made fresh but it still has a crunch to it.
