Chee Hoo Brews

This is a new entity within the Hilton Hawai'ian Village located just to the right of walking into the main check-in area. As a long time customer and Hilton HHonors Lifetime Diamond Member, it's good that there is another choice for coffee. As I will continue to be a customer of Lappert's, Chee Hoo is an option.I will say that currently the lines is always quite long the seating is limited and battling the pigeons is beyond annoying. However, I have been told by the Hilton Manager that there is more to come. Hopefully this will become a nice option.

My location for a morning cup of coffee while staying at the Waikiki Hilton village. The local Hawaiian coffee (I think) was great. I had the cinnamon roll which was good as well. I loved having morning coffee outside in the beautiful Hawaiian morning weather. You are close enough to get a cup of coffee and head to the ocean beach.The good is this coffee shop is open at 5am. The bad is everyone is up because of the time change. By 6:30am the coffee shop is busy, busy. If you are at the back of the rope maze line, you are roughly 15 minutes away from your coffee. One crazy order can hold the line for five minutes at a time.The staff was friendly and pleasant. They did a great job putting up with the guests nonsense. There are tables to work. A few places for power. I found wifi to be spotty.

Chee Hoo Brew is awesome! The open space makes this the perfect place to enjoy a coffee while taking in the fresh ocean air and beautiful landscape. The vibe is casual and upbeat. The employees are extremely friendly and patient. I'm a picky coffee drinker, and I was thoroughly impressed with my hot coffee and iced latte. They do not over-roast their beans or over-sweeten their drinks. My coconut latte is smooth and balanced. I love this place.

Well I don't have much to share but the line was very long but the service itself was fast. I ordered a tea and latte and by the time I finished paying the drinks were ready. The location is definitely convenient. The tea was just fine! I didn't try the coffee so I can't say. I would just prepare to wait in line, otherwise it's totally fine!

With the time zone change, I was waking up at 4:30 am in the morning. Ouch. Not many places open for coffee at 5 am am so glad to see them open. And looks like I am not the only early bird at 5am. Friendly and fast with good robust tasting coffee. Lost one star because they were out of 16 oz cups and they could only give me a 12 oz. If I wanted more coffee would have had to buy 2 cups. That's $10 for my need for caffeine.

Conveniently located in the hotel lobby. Best cappuccino I've had! Service is fast and excellent.

Close too early @ 12 noon. Be nice if they would stay open for a few more hours. Also Malasadas were always sold out.

Coffee is fine. Customer service is less than. After being 5th in line and ordering a rather simple drink (hot black coffee), the 6th - 9th customers all received they orders before I did. When asked about my hot beverage, it was handed over as if it was my fault I couldn't see it wasn't on the counter. It's too bad the customer service was bad that day, because the items on sale are delicious.

coffee was ok. syrups a little heavy, espresso a little light. There are better options nearby if you don't mind leaving the resort. There is a line in the morning and it takes awhile to get through it.

Great service. However, the decaf soy latte was not good - little foam and not much flavor.
