Refreshing ! Boba is so soft! Ladies are so friendly, polite (epically when your family can't make up their minds), they make the drinks very quick. We'll be back again to try the other teas and milk teas ! Great spot to be in Kahala mall!

Tapioca was good and well made!Will noted that the milk tea is pre made and comes unsweetened, so specify if you want sugar.Located inside the mall around the Sephora area, a smaller stand with a large menu and photos to help you decide your drink choice.Because of the premade mix, service was quick and easy to receive my drink.

Haha I didn't take a picture of my taiyaki again! Fail! Haha. This time I took my daughter and she got the Matcha Kuromitsu Kinako Milk with boba and it was absolutely delicious. It was a little too sweet for me but the boba was so good. Nice texture and tasted fresh. I got a plantation black tea and it was a little bitter but was ok. My only issue is they have a rewards program but you have to enter your number before they charge you. Why don't they say something beforehand? Like oh please enter your number if you have rewards with us? Was kind of annoying but oh well what can you do I guess. Drinks came out quickly and there are tables around their kiosk so plenty of areas to sit if you want to enjoy right away.

Located in Kahala Mall, in a little kiosk. Im so glad I came across this place. I cant remember the drink I got, but it was so good! I was unsure of what to get at first and the cashier explained what was in each drink for me to decide. My daughter even loved the drink. The line was long when we got there but it went quickly.

Refreshing drink at Kahala Mall, Honolulu, Hawaii...Chaya Hawaii is a kiosk near to SEPHORA. I've passed by so many times without trying it. Now, I know to visit often because they have a Loyalty Rewards system: Five Stars. There's no card to lose... just enter your phone number onto the tablet!I just wanted something plain, so I decided to get a Plantation Tea, half sweet with black tea. The 12 oz. was $5 while the 24 oz. size was $6. Yes, I drank double the amount for $1 more!Service was efficient and pleasant in the air-conditioned mall! Order at one window and pick up at the window on the other side of the kiosk. I'll be back - especially because I discovered small bits of fresh strawberry at the bottom of the cup! Thank you for the little extra special touch!

We found this Boba place in Kahala Mall and of course we had to try it. The worker was friendly and recommended kid-friendly drinks, my kids ended up choosing the strawberry milk with boba and I tried the strawberry matcha on ice with boba. They enjoyed theirs, mine was good but I don't think I'd get it again. There's a place to sit at right near the kiosk but we decided to walk and drink. My kids have tried a bunch of strawberry milks and they said Chaya Hawaii probably had their 5th favorite strawberry milk.

We got free boba for Black Friday! I got the black milk tea and it was delicious! Strong black tea, I got it half sweet. I'm glad because it was just enough sweet for me. The boba was perfectly chewy too. My friend got the plantation iced tea and she wanted it to be more sweet but I'm not a sweet drink girl so, to each their own. Otherwise I loved it! Tasty drinks. The girl working the front counter was also super nice.

Today I ordered the matcha kuromitsu kinako milk. The picture looked so amazing. Staff was very friendly, loved that. Service was quick as well. The drink itself was delicious, I also asked for less sweetness and it was perfectly balanced.Now, for the boba, it was a little bit firm. I like my boba squishy, this was not. I will try them again in hopes for a better boba experience.

one of my favorite boba spots on the island! chaya is a cute kiosk in kahala mall with lots of pictures to show you what the drinks look like. great service and they're pretty fast (even when there's only one person working). i've tried a few of their drinks but my go to is the lychee jasmine tea with boba. every time i've gone, the boba is the perfect texture (even when it's close to closing!) with boba being so expensive now, i think they're definitely worth the price (~$7 for a large after tax). would recommend trying them out!

Great service, very friendly and helpful. My daughter got some delicious milk with the strawberry sauce. Quick stop in the mall at a kiosk. They had a couple tables to sit right there as well.
