Catering by Hy's

Jordyn (catering manager) did an excellent job in planning a wonderful dining experience at my home. My guests are still talking about it which says a lot since they often cater events at their home as well. Chef Justinwas masterful in re creating the Hy's experience off site. He did not miss a step in getting food of great quality and presentation. We also had a treat in that they sent their sommelier (Taro) who we know as the former sommelier at the Pacific club. Hy's arranged the set up and clean up along with upscale plating, linens and chairs from Accel. Very Impressed.
