Recently got some items here and ordering was quick and easy online. If I had a questions I didn't feel shy to call them because every time I called, their staff was sooo helpful. I'm a first time mom so breastfeeding is fairly new to me as well as the gadgets that come along with these pumps lol!

Received my free breast pump from CalMed Hawaii! Great customer service. The lady on the phone was super helpful and friendly. They do free delivery based on where you live which was super convenient but if you need to pick it up from their store, they are located near the airport. CalMed Hawaii also has free virtual breast feeding classes which I plan to attend since I'm a first time mama!

I have been working with Calmed for about 15 years or so. Each and every time, Calmed has been a huge help for all DMEs and supplies. They really try their best to meet my needs, even delivering supplies on the same day when needed, if possible.The owners are from Hawaii and I am a huge fan of supporting local businesses. Calmed staff are full of aloha and compassion for patients and caregivers. When I need medical supplies, Calmed is my go-to company. Price point is excellent! Excellent servicing is an understatement. Support local!

Tucked on the winding and small road in aiea is cal-med hawaii. Its on the second floor of a shared business building. They have signs "overly" with arrows so you shouldn't get lost finding their office. I came there and it was just me. In and out in less than 10minutes. They also have the latest style pump. They also have designated parking spots so worry no more!

So pleasant to deal with. Ordering my breast pump through their website was effortless and it shipped to me within a matter of days. 100% recommend them.

I found out about CalMed at the baby expo last year. They are very helpful and reply back to you really quickly. Since I was at the baby expo I just filled out the form with my insurance and what type of pump I wanted and they did the rest. They called my ObGyn and got the prescription. They contacted my insurance and got everything squared away. I received the Madela breast pump mailed to me a good 2 months before I gave birth!They did inform me that the pump (madela pump in style with tote bag) I wanted was not completely covered by my insurance and that it would be $25 extra, but I say hey $25 is way better than to have to buy it for $300 at babies r us.Expecting moms need to know about this. A lot of times they're not told how to obtain the breast pumps covered by insurance, and CalMed just streamlined everything and made everything stress free. The last thing an expectant mom needs is to be scrambling to get a breast pump right before giving birth or after giving birth.

All pregnant women should know about this place. Emma and Andrea were so helpful and genuinely nice both on the phone and in person. In addition to pumps, they have quality maternity belts which you can buy for retail price if not covered or reimbursed by your insurance. Tell me why it is so hard to buy one on island? Not many options at target and whenever you Yelp or google maternity, it's just a bunch of maternity photographers. I needed a belt fast because my online purchase from motherhood maternity which initially was supposed to be shipped in 5 days, instead is taking 30 days. And to be honest, I'm tired of being from Amazon when I'd rather support local. When I called, Andrea answered all my questions about pumps and belts, and when I got there Emma was so polite. She let me try on 3 different belts and encouraged me to fit them on in the restroom in case I needed privacy. Using my HMSA HMO, Initially Andrea thought I'd have to pay retail price because I still had a substatial deductible, but Emma says I can likely request a reimbursement from HMSA, which I'll try. Even if don't get reimbursed I'm pretty happy, because paying $40 is better than 5 more months of chronic baby bump back pain. Emma also told me that a lot of women, including those with quest can get a maternity belt covered so long as their doc fills out the CalMed form and faxes it over. She will drop off the belt (and pump if you got one) to your house! Wait that's not all... this place has lactation support that they hold via zoom! So if women are having difficulty postpartum they can sign up! Wow, wish that more women knew about this gem of a place. I will definitely spread the word.

What a wonderful group of women that work at CalMed Hawaii.I am on vacation and use a cpap device, lo and behold I arrive here in Hawaii and somehow lost a part to my mask. For any of you who use a cpap machine and rely on its ability to provide useful sleep, you know it's a recipe for disaster. The first night was horrible, I tried to use it all taped up and no go!!Enter the wonderful staff at CalMed. I called first and was going to purchase a new mask and headset, when I told them what I was missing and all I needed was the elbow valve part, they said "Oh is that all you need? We have an extra one here" So I offered to pay and they said no it's ok. I thanked them from the bottom of my heart and I realized that beautiful people live on this Island and so I will sleep tonight knowing that there are caring people here in Honolulu.Thank you Ladies for taking great care of me!!Mahalo!

I have a preemie and was desperate for parts for my medela symphony FAST. They were so amazing and helped me get the parts I needed in less than 15 minutes. I so appreciate the support in such a stressful time.

The staff here are very friendly and set you up with what you need. I was in and out of there so quickly with all my questions answered and parking ticket validated. Highly recommend!
