Ambiance is nice when it's not crowded like at 8:15 am. Absolutely, no one is sitting...empty.Service is great! People are friendly and accom-modating. Area is nice and clean. Food is great except for the bland Turkey bacon. No figure?! It's not the real thing! LOL ! That's not their fault, but should change brand. My eggs were fluffy and corn beef hash saved the day! Broke da mouth!Actually, I ate my chips while driving because I needed to curtail my hunger a bit before next appointment. But nothing like the zing of dietMountain Dew to wake me up, nice and cold going down. If you're at Queen's Hospital...check the cafe out! Ciao!

I just started coming here on the regular and the staff is always super nice and friendly. The food that I have picked (and that they have available to select from) is healthy and affordable. Also, I went in today very tired and needed a boost of caffeine. I simply said I wanted something with an esspresso shot and they gave me options for drinks. It was a simple and easy transaction! Overall, I could not ask for anything better from a cafe for work: healthy, affordable, and nice people!

Horrible customer service and the barista can't make a decent Carmel macchiato. Last thing the doors says the accept credit cards, and the cashier says cash only.. wtf! Last thing I bought a snack there then she says you have to leave because she about to close. What she should had said that she was closed, and that would had been the end of it. Instead of selling half ass coffee, and just being rude with bad service overall

Serving Starbucks coffee drinks as well as a variety of pastries and hot food items, the Queen's Cafe offers a handy alternative to the hospital's main dining room / cafeteria. A great choice for a quick breakfast or lunch, or for a comfy air-conditioned place to sip an espresso drink and read the Honolulu Weekly (available right outside). You can also sit at the outdoor cafe seating just out front of the building. My picks are anything with espresso in it, or the breakfast specials, especially the Belgian waffle with strawberries and whipped cream!

Conveniently located in the QMC POB I Building - 3rd floor. I work around the area so I walk over whenever I want coffee or I have no lunch :p. If I get coffee I order the Starbucks iced vanilla white mocha, no whip. It's really good and gets me through the day. I like going for lunch when they have Shoyu chicken (so gooood). Also, they serve the same food that they have in the QMC Hospital cafeteria. They have different stuff everyday like fish, meat, chicken, salads, and panini's, but the prices are kind of high for the portion since they charge by each thing. They also have already made sandwiches, sushi rolls, soup, and beverages. The workers are nice and quick.

Located on the street level of POB I (3rd floor).Customer service isn't the greatest. But I totally understand because it's usually always busy, especially around 8am. They serve breakfast, along with the normal "we proudly brew Starbucks" pastries and specialty coffee beverages. The mini breakfast consists of rice, scrambled eggs, and your choice of meat: bacon, cornbeef hash, or sausage. The big breakfast comes with fried rice instead of regular white rice. They also have daily specials: grilled ham and cheese, tuna melt, wraps, etc. I frequent this cafe during the work week (m-f) because it's pretty convenient for me, as I work in Kam I (on the 1st floor).

Convenient opening hours. My boyfriend is a resident here at Queens, so I often find myself lingering in the lobby waiting for him to be done with patients so we can grab a coffee.10 pm passes, my stomach is grumbling and sadly, there is nothing in a .5 mile radius. But what's this?! Gates moving...person gathering things behind the coffee bar...what?! Are you open?!Yes you are. And yes, thank you.

Ladies here are friendly, especially if they know that you work here:) I can see how they can let customer service go down, especially with those customers who aren't very friendly or courteous.Kinda overpriced for food since everything is ala carte. Coffee is reasonable considering it is Starbucks!Plus, they have a coffee card and once you buy 10 specialty coffees, you get one free, and they mean anyone. So you could buy 10 small latte's and get a large machiatto!
