Came here just to buy their toffee brownie because my friend posted it on Instagram and I had to try it.This review is going to be based solely on the brownie because it was my first time there and it's the only thing I ate.So the brownie has a chewy texture and it is stuffed with toffee chips, dark chocolate squares and I believe the white thing is marshmallow? Actually not sure what the white thing was but it was good. I had a craving for something sweet so I drove to Ewa Beach to the Queens West hospital just to try these brownies.PARKING: so there's lots of parking at this hospital.. just tell the gate guard that you're going to the cafe. Just don't park in the reserved physicians stalls. There are lots of visitor stalls.LOCATION: once you walk in the main entrance doors, it's a little to your right. It's a small cafe within the hospital to get your coffee fix or just your brownie fix.COST: I don't remember how much the brownies were. My fat butt bought 4 brownies and an iced caramel mochiatto, the total was about $10.SERVICE: sweet cashier. Friendly. I was too focused on the brownie that my mouth was salivating for me to notice anything else.So those brownies.... yummmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!

Came here to meet a friend but there was no tables to sit down out Looks like a stripped down Starbucks with some pastries for those who need a quick and go. As you enter the main entrance of Queen's Medical Center West it will be right off to your right. To the left, on the other side of the wall is the waiting area for patients waiting to be called. I guess you could sit there. The decor is nice especially at this time of the year with the flowers and Christmas tree.

Coffee is great. They have Starbucks coffee, lattes, smoothies and teas. But they don't have a wide variety like your regular Starbucks. They also have pastries, fruits, sandwiches, and salads. I like the strawberry salad and fruit cup. The prices are kind of expensive.

Over priced food and the coffee drinks are too bitter. Although I'm not a big Starbucks fan.
