"My post-operative search for pure protein powder to supplement a medically required 3-day liquid diet brought me here. In my youth (never mind the wisecracks), I would be in the gym 5-days a week so visiting this muscle store was sort of fun like going down memory lane! But that was then and this is now (as the French say) ... today I needed a protein powder that fit my current diet.... mainly no soy, no sugar, and no carbs or other man-made chemicals. Most all powders contain soy but soy is a toxin for some (like me). I was able to find a great powder without soy, milk, sugar or carbs! I liked how the only sweetener used was 1g of Stevia root which has a zero-glycemic index. The price was a bit steep ($42 for 2 lbs) but I might be back when my current supply (different brand) runs out.Enjoyed talking to the knowledgeable young man behind the counter (who looked like he could bench press my car for a warm up without sweating!).Very happy to know this resource is close by in the neighborhood.And the former weightlifter in me? "This store has been here forever and to my recollection it hasnt changed much.Located right next to kisos or diagnally across hans L'orange park....Its so cool to see these old school Mom & Pop stores still exist. I guess back in the days beforeregular and massive shopping markets there were these little superettes .....Pretty cool besides canned goods..a deli...frozen foods ...seafood section...snacks..icecream . ice ...fresh food they also have pretty extensive liquor selections and sell feed for livestock.I like that places like Nii superette still exist serving their communities with convenience and old word charm."

"Funny thing! I found Celestial Natural Foods by finding my way to the Cosmic Kitchen! Yep, that's right! The Cosmic Kitchen is in the back of this fantastic store!This organic/natural food market is in historic Haleiwa and is a historic business in its own right! I spoke with Leilila, one of the daughters of the founder, Carter Allen, and she said her dad founded this place in 1974! (at the location it stands today!!)First, Celestial Natural Foods is a Non-GMO store! Love that!! Honestly folks, Celestial has an assortment of everything. Supplements, if you have gluten-free needs they have a lot of givings, local fresh produce, homeopathic, vegetarian and vegan goods, herbs and spices, sustainable products, reef safe sunscreen, natural beauty products, essential oils, juices, kombucha (and Kombucha on tap!!), granola, probiotics, plant based cheeses, Dr. Bronner's products, flours, all sorts of plant based flours, snacks... think Whole Foods but in a family owned, local small town way. It's a smallish type store but it is jam packed! I really, really like it has the old school store freezers, shelves, etc... and vibes. It's such a comfortable, like a "you've been here before" kind of store. Celestial was as busy as a beehive when I was there and everyone was still so friendly! Crystal, an employee there, was extremely helpful and kind. I'm just the next town over and I'm already looking forward to my friendship with Leilila and Celestial Natural Foods. The cons are that it actually looks like weed (you can buy it prerolled like a cigarette or loose that you have to load in a pipe), SMELLS like weed, and kind of looks suspicious lol. Not a lot of place carry the CBD flower so I appreciate this option. They also have different flavors with the percentages of how much CBD in each one.Service has always been spot on too. :)"

From roll on , cream and oils .The roll on is water based and the cream is oil base and the oils you take it internally.There's also 3 levels of pain that you can choose from . Of course the cheapest is for pain level 3 out of 10 and next level is 7 out of 10 and the highest level is of course 10 pain level .I didn't know which one to purchase so of course when in doubt you never go for the cheapest and not the most expensive just in case it doesn't work . So I purchased for my wife the middle level cream and roll on.I maybe can use the cream because I have an old injury that my knees get sore sometimes.I didn't know that these products are very expensive just look at my receipt.
