"I'm not a raw fish person but my son for months been telling me to try it. It's pretty good & not fishy at all. All the sauce didn't make it tasted fishy which is a plus."
"#5 rank out of 5.Of the 5 poke places we tried while on Oahu, this one was the lowest rank.Came in after the lunch rush, selection was small, but service was excellent.Food was subpar / mediocre - almost supermarket quality.Fish freshness tasted like defrosted frozen ahi - cuts were very uneven - large uneven chunks to tiny cubes.Taste was way too heavy/strong in sauces and therefore very salty.Tried: shoyu, limu and spicy. All were very salty - made me remove the dressing/sauce on the ride just to be able to eat it.At $26/lb it's too pricey for what you get.Tried their beef stew and katsu w/ garlic chicken plate - both were very salty as well.Beef stew was almost all fat - very little meat and one small piece of potato and carrot was all that was found.Had to take a anti-hypertensive medication after that meal.Would not return here."

"Located next to Dipped by Dee's in Aiea. Lots of parking outside of Queen Street Cafe and Grill. I got the shrimp... super yummy! The service was great, as I entered the Aunty took my order and gave suggestions on what to order. I didnt realize a lot of people come here."
"Our Sailor recommended Young's for lunch as soon as we landed. We all enjoyed the pork special and wow, it was a lot of food! The place gets packed too. I loved the dried pork the most. Great local place."
"Double ahi belly plate is a WINNER every single time !! My husband's favorite... it comes with rice, taegu, kimchee & your choice of fresh poke. This place is busy and so I usually order by phone & pick up. Small mom & pops type feel with friendly service and nostalgic old school fish market type vibe !Highly recommend"
"Monarch poke is a locally owned poke shop located at the Pearl Kai Shopping Center. My friend and I have been wanting to check this place out, but the last time we came, they were closed for cleaning/renovations. Parking available at the strip mall and bathroom located within their establishment behind their kitchen Service & Ambience: The owner worked the register the day we went and was super sweet. We told her it was our first time there, and she offered to give us samples of the poke before ordering. We sampled the inamona as it's their specialty. She also told us that all their pokes are made fresh daily from auction block tuna. It is not the largest place, ~5 tables (4-6 seats each) decorated with beautiful murals. We did feel a bit rushed to finish as it got busy and a lot of the other guests also wanted to sit down. TPrice: $$. Poke bowls and poke by weight are charged at market price for the day. On the day we went, it was ~$18-19 for a half pound, which is pretty standard pricing for fresh poke lately (getting more expensive lately) Food: My friend opted for Poke Nachos with 1/2 pound inamona, and I opted for a quarter pound of crispy garlic chili oil and a quarter pound of inamona The Inamona is made with green onions, onions, limu, and light sauce that doesn't overpower the taste of the fresh ahi. It was highly recommended by the owner and another family dining in the shop, and it did not disappoint. The Crispy garlic chili oil poke, however, was a bit too oily, and the crispy toppings became a bit soggy. It was still delicious with ample garlic and mildy spicy. I personally would have also liked to be a bit spicier. Overall, I'd recommended stopping in for some fresh poke"
"Looking to satisfy my poke cravings, I stumbled upon this spot in the Ala Moana food court. The location is pretty cool, and the team here is super friendly--seriously, they've got that aloha spirit down! The poke boxes are huge, definitely enough for two meals or to share, and the variety is off the charts. You can customize your box with all kinds of toppings, sauce, and extras.I went for the Makai box, while my dad tried the Mauka box. He said his was just okay, and honestly, I think I might have gotten a bad scoop because my fish wasn't the freshest. After reading some other reviews, it seems like they might be mixing fresh poke with the frozen stuff--bit of a bummer there. Plus, it's a bit pricey for what you get; after taxes and tips, a medium box runs about $20. But hey, other than those minor hiccups, this place is a solid find and definitely worth a try, especially if you're into big portions and lots of choices. Just maybe bring a friend to help you finish it, or you'll be hauling leftovers around the mall--because, you know, if you're paying $20, you're eating every last bite!"
"First time trying this place. I don't eat raw fish/meat, so I'm happy that they have cooked maki options. I ordered the California maki, Grilled Salmon Maki, and a bowl of Teri chicken.California Maki - it was good. I just didn't like the avocado in it. It wasn't fresh. Maybe because it wan around 7:30pm when I picked up my order, close to closing time. Taste was good though, just had to take off the avocado.Grilled Salmon Maki - this is my favorite! It was yummy and I'd definitely buy this again.Teri chicken bowl - my husband said it was goodThe place was warm, they have ac but it was not on. It didn't matter though since I just came for something to-go.All in all, if the avocado was fresh, I would give this place 5/5. This review is only for the ones I've ordered. I don't eat nigiris or poke so I can't review for that."
"Paradise Poke Hawaii was recommended by my step cousin, claiming it to be the freshest place to get poke.I had my parents pick me up a one choice poke bowl with SPICY HAWAIIAN ALAEA- tuna with red clay volcanic Hawaiian salt, seaweed, and kukui nut ($14) with sushi rice (+$1). According to their menu, their Spicy Hawaiian Alaea was the #1 Poke Fest Winner of 2022. With that said, they also have a variety of ahi and salmon options. The SPICY HAWAIIAN ALAEA definitely has a kick to it and needed the sticky sushi rice. It was super rich in sesame/kukui nut oil and had great umami taste from the seaweed and Hawaiian salt. The poke just melted in my mouth and you can definitely tell it's not your average Foodland poke. Topped with seaweed and garlic crisp crunchies, this bowl was exploding with both flavor and texture.I will sure to be back on my next trip to Hawaii!Overall: 5/5 for food"
"It's been several years now since I don't work in the heart of Chinatown anymore. However, I still visit the area weekly and keep up with the businesses. Recently, I needed to pick up some food to bring over to my sister's place as her niece and family were coming to town from SoCal for a short visit. I wanted to get something local and to suit their palate so when advised they like sushi, I had my work cut out - - I'll get a sushi platter. I wanted something different from what I often see at get togethers, as well as supporting small businesses. I then recall Domo Café (DC) in Chinatown and glanced at their menu online. Party Tray #5 (Nigiri and Sashimi Trio) got my attention, and the decision was made. On one of my nights off, I trekked to Chinatown after work and scored street parking on Maunakea. DC is not what I remembered it to be - the doors were open and there were dining tables on both sides filled with customers eating. But then again, this was pre-COVID. This time, I noticed a neon "OPEN" sign with their doors closed and an unused sushi chef's counter on the right just as you enter. I had already decided what to order and it was good to see Queenie again. She recognized me and I advised her I needed a party tray for a potluck attended by 6 adults and 2 children. I placed my order for Party Tray #5 and received my receipt/confirmation via text.On the date of the event, I once again scored street parking on Maunakea and as I entered DC, I saw my party tray on the counter ready to go. They also provided a bag of pickled ginger and soy sauce packets. When I arrived at my sister's house, I opened the tray and it was colorful and nicely arranged. At first, I mistook the lemon slices as egg (tamago nigiri) and it brought a nice color contrast to the arrangement.Family members were all waiting for the sushi as after we took turns taking photos, they dug in and the nigiri and sashimi disappeared at a fast rate. Of what I sampled from the party tray, the hamachi nigiri exceeded my expectations. It was fresh and sliced at a thickness where I could appreciate the protein and was satisfied. To allow my guests enjoy, I decided to not eat any more from the party tray and ate potstickers instead.Overall, I am very pleased with the party tray from DC and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. They do have a large selection and venture to their other options.NOTE: Maunakea Municipal Parking lot adjacent to DC and they allow a 15min grace period. Preorder your food for a quick pick-up."
"This place tucked in the middle of Koze Sushi and another restraunt is a small place. Seats about 20 people. The price is ok I guess because it's raw fish. good quality fish! The only thing that probably was not to my husbands liking was the shabu shabu meat It was really shredded mostly fat too! I thought my poke bowl with additional avocados was tasty. If you're on a lunch break. Know that this place is in no rush. You will not be in and out in 30 min. More like 45-1 hour. Parking is plentiful too or bottom. It says 1 hour parking but it's not monitored. There's a desert place across of fresh bites. It's literally 10 steps across. I would come again and maybe try the poke wrap (burrito)."
"Love Domo Cafe!!!It was my first time to Domo's Kahala location, having been to their Chinatown location many times. Domo was able to accommodate my lunch gang. We all had a hard time deciding as there were so many tempting choices on the menu. Luckily you can customize your poke bowl by substituting sushi rice with salad for $3 extra or adding miso soup for $2.You order at the counter - everything is made to order. Food is brought to your table if dining in.I decided on the Cali Hachi poke bowl E8, after contemplating the Seared Salmon E4 and Seared Scallop E9. So glad I did as there were three thick pieces of hamachi. It was delicious!!!My lunch gang totally loved their selections. Didn't take photos as we were busy munching away lol. We can hardly wait to return!"

Came here with the girlfriend during our 5-day vacation in Oahu. So happy we got poke here (half½ was recommended)! Love this spot.Hands down the best poke I've had so far--although, that might not be saying much coming from me. So much flavor in every bite. Buttery soft, fresh fish. Ono to say the least! If we ever come back to Oahu in the future, we'll have to swing by again!

Ordered the Spicy Ahi Katsu plate and a pound of the Spicy Ahi. The Katsu plate was amazing - so Ono. Comes with a layer of spicy ahi katsu with mayo and furikake over lettuce leaf for color. As for the pound of spicy ahi - I'm glad I brought to share because salt was heavy on dis one. Either that or it wasn't lomi'd enough in da poke. I caught a pocket of Hawaiian salt and my tongue was pau - but everything else was Ono. I will still come back but I'll ask for a sample next time. Service was fast with talking story small kine since was busy but very efficient and didn't keep people waiting to long. Over to the right of the restaurant is a long bench - cafeteria style where you rub elbows with new friends. We chose to eat on the run since our party was big. All in all, it was a good day.

We haven't been here for years! We ordered the UH special plate and shared it because it was a lot of food! Everything was ONOLICIOUS, the ahi fish katsu with tartar sauce, luncheon meat was sliced thick, furikake garlic chicken was juicy and soft and the kiawe steak was cooked to perfection medium rare with kim chee fried rice. The wait was about 25-30 minutes as posted which we didn't mind. There were already a couple of customers waiting and then some after us. We'll be back again to try out the rest of the menu and get some sweet goodies. Mahalo Queen's Cafe!

I thought I reviewed Young's Fish Market before I guess not shame on me . This is my personal favorite Hawaiian food place . I've been to many Hawaiian food places and trust me Young's Lau Lau is Da Best . For one thing its juicey and lots of Luau's leaf and the there's a lot of pork inside and the Lau Lau is huge. Also they use butterfish. Other places don't use at all because it's very expensive or they substitute it with another fish Most places it's either dry or not enough luau leaf . Young's also sell Turkey Tail which is very good moist and lots of fat and meat .Young's fish market is located in the City Square shopping center right next door to Utage and across from Kamehameha Bakery.Young's also sell poke as well along with fresh Roast pork and char Siu. Service is friendly and quick .Support local

This place was on my radar for sometime now, just never got around to popping in. That ended today as got the Salmon Belly & Oyster Sauce Poke Plate for mommy and Ahi Belly & Hamachi Sashimi Plate. We were pleasantly surprised and both over the moon for our plates. The fried ahi and salmon belly had a nice crunchy outside and a moist and soft center. The poke was fresh and mommy said one of the best she had had in a while. The Hamachi Sashimi was buuuuttttaaahhhhhh!!!The server was polite and food came out as quick as the ahi and salmon belly were cooked to order. The actual place is your typical hole in the wall, nothing much to see but great food :-). The prices are also pretty good considering the fresh fish. We will definitely be back.

Went outside of my usual methodology, instead of over analyzing reviews I just picked this from the food court because I was hungry and feeling hot, so I didn't want a hot dish. Plus there's no good poke where I live, so taking advantage of poke while visiting Honolulu. My expectations were low, being at the mall, plus realizing when I walked in that they were closing and I was the last customer. To be fair, I was crossing my fingers I didn't make a bad decision with fish here so late in the day. Boy was I wrong. The meal I got was wonderful! Even the rice wasn't stale, plus the fish portions were quite generous. I ordered a medium bowl because I was hungry and it was a nice big portion. Got 3 sides and different toppings, the kimchi was so good, not really spicy if you like spicy, but flavorful nonetheless. I am not a fan of mall food, but I wouldn't mind returning here while I'm visiting. Surprising little gem here.

Dynamite Maki my absolute fave! Really quick to make and not too busy at night. Lots of parking out front and street. If you decide to dine-in there are about 5 - 6 tables available. The owners are so friendly and kind everytime I go and they never disappoint. Highly recommend trying if you are in the area.

"Ate here recently and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the staff. I ordered the orange chicken with rice. The orange chicken was some of the best that I have ever had. The rice was a simple white rice, so not too much to say about that. I had 3 dining companions with me with one ordering the chicken and waffles, the other two having the house fried gyoza with the noodles. The chicken is two boneless breast pieces that are fried to perfection with a nice bubbly waffle. The gyoza came in chicken and beef again paired with the noodles. The gyoza and noodles were awesome. The cafe has a wide variety of teas that are served in a bag; somewhat hard for me to explain. The cafe is located in an industrial complex and parking may be a little difficult. Once inside the complex, the cafe is down a hallway. Chelsea was the only employee that we dealt with and she is amazing. She is energetic and aims to make the guest as happy and comfortable as possible. Definitely going back."
"What a cute place to enjoy some great drinks or lunch! We decided to order some drinks and poke bowls to go. By the time we sat down to eat it, we were beyond hungry. The first bite was to die for. So flavorful and fresh! We all enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Service was good. Nothing special but they got the job done. Great ambiance for having lunch with friends too."
"Late lunch/early dinner in Honolulu, Hawaii...I hadn't eaten a real meal all day. What came to mind was Ali'i Fish Market It was 20 minutes before closing at 3pm... and some items were HALF OFF! I got the Hamachi Kama (delicious) and Miso Butterfish (firm and tasty)... what great deals! In the refrigerator, I selected the Lychee Strawberry dessert (yummy), pickled ogo (sweet sour crunchiness), and Mari's Salad (with fresh citrus dressing)! Parking: free shared lot at Old Stadium Square Location: closer to the Young Street entrance... across from Golden EagleService: efficient and helpful Environment: tidy, cozy, and takeout onlyNote: there's a rewards system, so, I'll be back!"
"Another fantastic poke shop in Waikiki. Paradise Poke Hawaii is located inside the Llikai Hotel and it's only a 5 minute walk from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. This was perfect. Their poke are fresh. We tried five different flavors. All was fantastic.Truffle Ponzu Salmon- Exclusive flavor- This was fantastic. The truffle wasn't overly powering the taste of the salmon.Spicy Hawaiian Alaea- Fantastic.Shoyu Ahi- Classic flavor and still the best one.Garlic Tare Ahi- Delicious if you like a hint of sweetness from the tare.Ginger Scallions Ahi- Excellent, this was my second favorite out of the five. Ginger and scallions perfect combination. Overall Paradise Poke delivers the good it was fresh and and close for our convenience.Service was fantastic as well."
"Lookin' fo' a spot to grind and Rainbow's is waaaay to crowded? Go next door to Hawaii's Favorite Kitchen on Castle St. They have a smaller parking lot and some indoor seating, but due to COVID restrictions, they are only doing take out orders. They close earlier than Rainbow Drive Inn (7pm vs 9pm) but serve almost the same menu as Rainbow's and they have brown rice and steamed veggies. They use to have a business that sold fresh poke, but going to blame COVID on their departure. Shimazu's Shave Ice is STILL located inside this joint and you can still get your frozen treat hea if you need relief from the weather. The KC Drive Inn Waffle Dog is also sold hea and dat tastes pretty much the same as when KC's was still open... you don't know KC Drive Inn? Neither do I ;D.My go to dishes are are the Boneless Chicken with Brown Gravy & All Brown Rice... a classic from next door or the Curry Chicken Bowl...The Boneless Chicken plate I usually get hea, if I'm around wen dey open. Lately, haven't been able to get hea til after they close so settling with Rainbow's version is no lost to meh. Still ono, just no brown rice. The Curry Chicken Bowl with Brown Rice and Steam Vegetables is a wee-nah! This bowl is only found hea and is pretty cheap too. Don't want to post the cost, for not sure if COVID has raised this price too, but is a good deal hea & ONO! They seem to use rotisserie chicken, de-boned, then drop in their version of Japanese curry and then stewed. Very comfort-like food fo' my palate and tummy.Have gotten shaved ice hea a few times, and Shimazu's doesn't disappoint with flavor and toppin' choices... as long as I get condensed milk on top of mines, no matter da flavor to me ;)So, if you're in the Kapahulu area and need something to snack on, go to Hawaii's Favorite Kitchen... til my next snackin' visit, Grind On, Pau!"
"I'm a "lover" of Ahi Lovers! Fresh, yummy, and total dealz! How can you not love them? Located across the street from the Pacific Guardian Center, you'll find this cute little shop. Due to COVID, the one table in the shop may or may not be available for use. It's best if you take it back to your office to eat or possibly find some seating across the street on the planter walls. In regard to parking...#gl, it's downtown. Jk. The closest without validation may be the post office..with their metered stalls. Or else there is parking in the building and in the other buildings. Like I mention, the fish is fresh which is something I love. You're also not paying super crazy prices either. They have all types of plates, from bowls (rice or salad) to nigiris. Thank goodness I'm somewhat far away from them...or it'd be so hard to pass them up every week! I'm not sure if they're related, but they also remind me of Ahi and Vegetable on Fort Street Mall. If you're a sushi/fish "lover", be sure to check them out!"
"I love that Paradise Poke (PP) is in Pearl City! I was looking for something to eat for breakfast but it was super early (6am-ish). I didn't feel like McDonald's or dealing with 7-11's parking lot so Paradise Poke was perfect! When I arrived 6:30am-ish there was a bunch of onigiri available along with some salmon bentos. I love that they have cold sides (desserts/kimchi) too. I got a baked salmon onigiri and a salmon/ikura one. The baked salmon onigiri was filled with moist salmon. I really liked that the salmon was moist! I've had similar onigiri from other places and it's always so dry, but PP's one was perfect! The salmon/ikura onigiri was also amazing! There was a decent amount of ikura in it which made me so happy! The girl at the counter was super friendly and helpful. Since I was there, I also got some beef jerky that they had in the case.Location wise, they're by the Pearl City Walmart/Sam's Gas Station. But specifically they're in the area next to Panda's and Crumbl. I'll be sure to go back in the future to try their other goodies!"
"It was on a whim that i decided to stop by and order lunch. I ordered a 2 choice with white rice, shoyu ahi and kalua pig. For my toppings I ordered cucumbers, crab salad and takuan. When I got back to my office and opened my container I noticed the cucumbers looked white like they were frozen. But to my surprise they were soggy. I think they were frozen and thawed out. I was very disappointed. The rice was also hard.I'm probably not gonna go back. It seems their quality of food has gone down.I didn't take any photos because I wasn't planning on writing this review."
"What a fun concept...Indeed it really is though this place has been on my long list of places I somehow keep forgetting and am so glad that I didn't remember lol but almost drove right past it as I've been contemplating on dinner for the night. Located on busy Kapahulu in the newly built building along with a few parking making it an easy especially finding street parking here can be tough.Walking up to the restaurant I immediately noticed the outdoor seating which has the chairs chained to the tables...interesting, there's also images of some of the menu items which already has caught my hungry mode and went in to see quite a busy place and since it was about an hour to closing many of the grab and go items we discounted...ooohhh! Out of it all what caught my eye was a Poke bowl layered with salad versus the traditional rice and it was generously topped with spicy ahi and salmon combo originally at $10 was at $8! What a deal though I really came for Kalbi since it's mom's favorite and scanned the menu noticed Naengmyeon & Kalbi Combo which comes with two pieces of Kalbi grilled to a delicious flavorfulness that we both enjoyed (I got just a nibble) the Naengmyeon was the refreshing meal I was craving for without being too heavy though the amount of noodles given was so generous and cooked to a slight al dente perfection. The broth wasn't spicy but had a dollop of spice on top along with daikon, cucumber and half a boiled egg.Everything was packed so nice and thoughtful we really enjoyed it all and will be back again for sure.Thank you!"
"If you like building your own poke bowl, then this is the place for you to choose whatever you want! For a large bowl to choose as many toppings and sauces with your choice of fish, it's perfect nutritious meal with fast service and quality fish! Plus, you can enjoy your bowl at Kuhio Beach that's right across the street. They also provide online order, but it is only offered at the other location at Lewers St. on their website at: https://www.ilovepokebar.com/locations/waikiki. SEATING: about 2-3 tables located outside of the shopPARKING: limited parking meters on Ohua Ave."
"Parking is by DTE or longs then walk to the Main Street facing lanikai juice. Food was fresh and quick for lunch. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Love the inside seating."
"Moved to 1502 Liliha St Honolulu, HI 96817Right next to Liliha Library. Lots of free parking. Working out of a lunchwagon."
"The customer service was amazing though , Aside from the exceptional food, the staff at Waikiki were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain the different options and flavors, making sure that every customer felt comfortable and satisfied. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness added to the overall dining experience. It's delicious and satisfying with all the flavors and feels so healthy would get it every day if I lived here . It's in the Royal Hawaiian food court where you can validate parking or I just walked here from my hotel ."
"Food 4/5 stars: poke is a little above average taste. Somewhat decently priced. They also have plenty of musubi and some cooked fish options. Location 4/5 stars:Conveniently located near Costco. Parking can be limited because this. Plenty of tables inside and outside. Restaurant is clean. Service 2/5 stars:Cashier was really rude and not helpful. No Aloha spirit. No more viral mango or peach ice cream. They said they do not plan to re order. I found some at H mart kalihi."
"I wanted a salad for lunch and decided to try this place out. The menu is very similar to Ahi & Vegetable.I was greeted by a nice man who appeared to be the owner after speaking with him. I ordered the salmon/hamachi sashimi salad with a side of spicy ahi. The fish was fresh and I love their vinegarette dressing. The lettuce was fresh as well and not wilted at all. The food came out about 10 min later which was fine. There seemed to be just one person working in the back and they had many orders before me.This is only a take out window in the Pearlridge Makai Food Court. All of the tables for eating are in the center of the food court. The take out counter had a chiller with poke bowls and bentos ready for sale as well. The lighting for the restaurant is bright and the menus are clear. Although it is located in the food court, the noise level was fine. The food that I ordered was delish and fresh and I would definelty get it again."
"Late night munchies meets gourmet dining. It's almost a shame that this amazing truck is only available so late at night. Especially since I'm visiting from SoCal. But it's worth adding another meal into your day, or should I say, night. Then order more food for your lunch the next day. After a night out at the club with friends or lounging at the hotel pool, get your foodie fix here. The ahi bomb was my favorite. Locals and visitors alike, come check it out. And don't forget to tell a friend. Cheers to the owner and best wishes to your growth."
"Staff is friendly, parking is horrible. I ordered the Hawaiian tasting plate, the Squid Luau and Kalua Pig was DELICIOUS. Long Rice had no flavor and the Pork Lau Lau was dry.Server was extremely friendly"
"So we stopped by earlier this year but parking lot seemed packed so we didn't go the first time. Yesterday we went at 5pm and it was pretty empty for a Saturday but maybe because the summer tourist season is over. Specifically chose this place to try because of the Tiki Bar ambiance and vintage feel. We did have drinks/pupu and main course. Food was fine for your average bar-type place but my Fish & Chips (i switched out for rings) had 3 very large pieces of Ono (not cod) and lots of rings! My friend had the shrimp/bacon/avocado sandwich which would have been better if it was done as a melt with cheese. The mixed drinks were stronger than your average bar and were good and not watered down. Service was prompt and friendly (maybe because it wasn't crowded) and enjoyed it. Too bad the gift shop closed when we left but took a quick look inside as we arrived...oh well next time! Definitely go check it out for the Tiki decor ambiance and don't judge solely on the limited food offerings (but they do have regular specials)."
"Alicia's Market was our first stop right when a landed from the Philippines. We arrived around noon and parking was simple. We were greeted by young man behind the counter with smile at that piont we immediately felt welcome. We order the following:Meat+Poke- Roast Pork with Masago Wasabi Ahi Poke. Absolutely ONO!! The roast pork a that perfect crispy skin and moist. The poke was fresh and tasty. It has a nice wasabi kick.Meat+ Poke- Roast Pork with Sweet Onoins Shoyu Poke. Delicious!!2 Choice Poke Bowl- Spicy Ahi and Masago Wasabi Ahi Poke. Super fresh and delicious. Service was fantastic and so friendly. I highly recommend.Overall Alicia's deliver's the Poke craving and the roast pork craving. We will definitely be returning when we come back."
"It's only take out which was perfectly fine with me as I wanted food to take to the beach. Great options for poke and other hot items. Everyone was very friendly and poke was delicious and fresh. Very small parking lot but since it's only to go no one stays long in their spot."
"Best meal I've had in Waikiki. Fresh sushi lots of toppings. Super friendly service. Def get the large. I had the Tuna w Shrimp; half brown rice and half sushi rice; avocado & seaweed toppings plus others. Cashier gave good advice about the sauce combo (spicy mayo + jalapeño shoyu). Small seating space outdoors-- beware of feral chickens. All in all: loved it."
"The first thing I eat in Hawaii is always poke!Even if you don't like raw fish, I would still highly recommend trying poke! The fish here is so fresh and you can really taste the great quality in the flavor and the texture. Since we stayed in Waikiki, we stopped by here for the first time! We got their spicy mayo ayo ahi bowl for $12.94, Hawaiian limu ahi bowl for $12.94, and sashimi 20-piece with the chutoro upgrade for $30.95z. In terms of seasoning and flavor, I noticed it was a bit lighter so you can taste the quality of the fish which I didn't mind at all. The limu gives everything a nice crunch, and the sashimi plate had a nice variety such as tako, hamachi, ahi and salmon.I think the prices were reasonable and pretty affordable for the portion and quality! It's definitely a must stop if you're walking around Waikīkī, and want a legit poke bowl! They opened around 5pm when we went last Thursday, and it was pretty busy. Add this to your list of poke places to try the next time you're in Oahu!"
