I also like that they give you the option of picking any ribbon color they have available :). I'd totally recommend anyone to come here to pick up leis!"

"When I went to Hawaii, my Aunt who is a resident there helped us with a hotel and a beautiful lunch. When we flew back to Sacramento, I ordered flowers to be sent to her job to say Thank You.I ordered a simple bouquet of flowers with roses, lilies and more. I'll post pics. I ordered it through their web site. I guess I was under the impression it was going to be in a much taller vase but my Aunt's photo with it was a much shorter vase. She was happy anyway. But for me, I think for the amount I paid for...I even requested premium flowers which mean extra stuff to make it special. Overall my aunt was surprised to received it and was very happy. It was just a little misleading in photos when making the online order."

"So we came home from our vacation to LA from our anniversary to be greeted with a delivery the next morning, a lovely peace lily from Honolulu Florist from my mother. Of course I do my research for new plants coming into my home, unfortunately I found out this plant is considered moderately toxic to dog. My dog Lola is a cattle dog and kind of a grazer. So I called up the Honolulu Florist and let them know of our situation, the lady I spoke to was very friendly and receptive to my concerns and she said of current inventory she had a nice rubber tree plant in a cool bamboo box. Right up my alley, mild if eaten accidentally and I had one before and they are easy to care for and pretty resilient. So I head over afterwork. A far more convenient location in nearby kakaako but it did plot weird on google maps. The store front is more on Kamani street, like a block off ward and parallel to ward. It's the green mall directly right to the new Shepard Fairey (OBEY) mural. Great shop, lots of lovely arrangements and a bu ch being prepared in back. I met the lady I spoke to on the phone (didn't catch her name) super friendly and understanding. Told me how to treat and care for my new plant. I mean I didn't know there was a florist so close and convenient, I'm used to trekking to Chinatown with the hassle of traffic. My mom on the east coast ordered it, she doesn't even have a smart phone so I'm positive online ordering is easy. Definitely will come back for my plant and flower needs."

"It should come as no surprise that the quality, care, and beauty that Beretania Florist provides in their flower arrangements extends to their leis. I'm so grateful for this family of companies and the family that runs these small businesses; I wouldn't go anywhere else for my floral needs.My friend was coming to Hawaii on Jan 2nd and I wanted to get her a Haku lei for her airport arrival. Beretania florist was going to be closed for the holidays from 12/31-1/2 so I had to pick it up on 1/30 - that's three days before she arrived. I contacted the shop on Thursday to see if they had anything in stock and they did and said I could pick up on Friday. I picked up the Haku lei and left it in my fridge until my friend's arrival. Even though the Haku lei was already at least 4 days old the flowers looked and smelled fresh! On January 13th my friend asked me where I got her Haku lei from because she has it in her room and the flowers and smell are still beautiful - these flowers are at least two weeks old at this point! She's looking forward to getting some more leis for her family when they arrive and we will, of course, be returning to Beretania florist."

"What a truly unforgettable and exceptional experience! So so happy I found them. I ordered an arrangement and did the designers choice. Designers choice is typically hit or miss when I ordered at other vendors, but I was impressed by their pics that I was confident that even if it came out differently than expected I still liked their arrangements. They are so elegant and sophisticated which was absolutely perfect! They also look so expensive tasteful. But they def don't overcharge. You get a lot of value. I think the magic also comes from the positive energy and love when doing the flowers & care for the people. They are so talented, artistic, creative. But on top of that they are so customer service oriented. It was such a pleasant experience. They called and left a vm the day before delivery to ask about what I'd like since I put in the comments of the flower arrangement I was hoping they can somewhat imitate, but I was so busy at work. Nonetheless they came out stunning! My friend was very happy with her flowers and just felt so wowed and special. They truly are beautiful. I order flowers quite often mainly in the mainland. And have ordered from few bigger vendors in honolulu since I have friends and family there. But honestly I am usually pretty disappointed. Communication, flower expectations, sometimes even delivery is off. I can understand things happy. But I've never been so impressed with a business. This will definitely be my go-to flower business. Thank you thank you! Thank you for the love and care you took into making these flowers the best they can be-it definitely shows! Thank you for your kindness, positivity on the phone. Professionalism. Wish there were more businesses like there like you, even beyond floral."
